2021-02-20I have had this Agency for my mother since October. While the Aides a very nice the Agency is the worst! It is the 20th of February and I have been without an Aide 5 times and only once was due to the weather and that was after the aide had worked 6 straight days. They dont have people to cover the assignment and are very content to simply not send anyone! Extremely unprofessional!

2020-11-18I cant say enough wonderful things about Ropen. My brother had become paralyzed due to a surgery mishap. After nearly a year of being in facilities and trying private health aides we found Ropen, and we have never seen such fantastic, compassionate care as he is getting from his Ropen aides now. I have seen a couple negative reviews and I can only guess that these people had a personal and unreasonable conflict. Ropen has changed my brothers trajectory with their caring and nurturing aides. They are A++++++++++++++++++

2017-01-16Unfortunately they are unorganized. Left my grandma with out an aide several times expected my family to take care of her. Takes them forever to call ypu back when an aide does not show. I would not recommend this agency. The office is disgusting. The aides for the most part were decent but 2 were caught sleeping on the couch instead of feeding my grandma. 1 had no idea on how to make tea. the other 4 were awesome. This agency is unprofessional. The Aides are not paid well either. One girl(was very professional and highly trained) quit because of non payment. The administration is rude as well. DO NOT sign on with them ...unless you do not care about your loved one. Horrible!

2016-09-16Extremely bad service by the administration. Every time I call to complain about something, they say it is familys responsibility to take care. Agency does not provide any notice if aide is not available and expect family to take care of the patient. My fathers aide gave them 2 weeks of notice and they ended up firing her. Now they are keep sending aides who are not trained at all. I have decided to move on and go with some other agency.

2020-11-21My parents received wonderful care from the health care workers and the staff at Ropen. My parents were under their care for several years and I am so grateful for the professionalism and compassion shown by everyone at Ropen. I would recommend their services highly!

2017-04-24I worked for them in November 2015. First i was told i had to pay for my certificate even though my patient was on CDPAP program. Then I was told check has to be direct deposited. I was told my check is at the office. It was not. Was told it can be mailed and it was not. I had to demand payment in person. The admin , I will call him Mr nasty said it was all my fault that i did not get paid. THAT MY PAPERWORK WAS NOT COMPLETE. his own worker said all my paperwork was complete. Took Ropen almost 3 months to pay me. The other issue is poorly trained and incapable of caring for dementia patients. They dont bathe patients, dont do laundry, cant cook, dont clean up, and left my patient with feces/urine on her underware several times leave crumbs on the table constantly, wont vacumme or sweep.etc There are only 2 aids that were trained properly out of 6. I WOULD NOT USE THIS AGENCY EVER! Unprofessional, untrained office workers, owners and aids.

2017-03-16I have had a number of agencies (3) over the past 10 years and find Ropen to be the least likely agency I would recommend to anyone in need of a H.H.A. They have severe difficulty in COMMUNICATIONS not only with clients but among themselves.I have been left without an AID more days than having one.

2017-12-12Wonderful and caring people especially the aide i have my grandmother with this agency since 2015 and never they have call to said is not aide available to cover my gramma ,the coordinator is very helpful when you call to request information and the other staff are very well trained .very happy with the services she is getting from Ropen Health Care .

2016-07-17This place deserves zero stars.They have no etiquette or compassion.A woman named Chi chi has no idea on how to provide direction or speak to her employees.She is crass,abrupt and demeaning.Not at all what you would expect from a nurse..If you want quality well coordinated health care..go anywhere but here.
