The Capital Regions best kept secret! The apartments here are beautiful and spacious. Our neighbors here have all been lovely making us feel right at home. The wonderful treatment you experience from the office to their maintenance team is above and beyond anything you will receive elsewhere. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a place to live, you will not be disappointed.

Rose Garden might just be the best deal in the capital region! The apartments are spacious, bedrooms are huge. Storage units are massive as well! Landscape is always on point, and the community is quiet. And on top of that, theres a pool! Would highly recommend to anybody looking to move.

We love living here. They take landscaping seriously. The lawn, flowers n trees are always well kept. Love the large trees. We have a young child, he loves the pool, the leaves and large open picnic area to play. Neighbors are friendly, maintenance team does their job well and responds super fast. This is also such a convenient area, close to EVERYTHING. Target is right down the road, Sams, Market bistro and Walmart are all so close. So so happy raising a family here

Firstly, maintenance are ontop of everything, especially Kent, he’s the best! And works Saturdays!!Apartments are spacious, quiet area, plenty of parking, and did I mention basements (what rental has a basement?!), always up kept and beautiful gardens|landscape and you can’t beat the rental rate with the pool included.One caveat is that rent’s raise each year so have to be prepared for that.

I have lived here for over 5 years and there is much to love about this place. It is close to shopping and the grounds are always kept up very nicely. The apartments are very large . I always have had friendly neighbors. Koury who is the maintenance supervisor has always been nice to work with .

Well kept, great staff that really cleans snow well in the winter. Great pool and beautiful landscaping in the summer months. The apartments also have HUGE rooms and heat and hot water is included! Highly recommended 👌

Lived there for 10yrs. Best place I ever lived. Very well kept. Maintainence excellent. Quiet, Peaceful units with large room sizes. Would reccomend to anyone who wants to feel at home.

This complex is a hidden gem. The apartments are spacious, clean, and well-kept. The management staff is very helpful, friendly, and reliable.
