My wife and I came to this law office after my wife had an injury in a hospital. We spoke to Ms. Ingrid Johnsson and she assured us that we would get the compensation we deserve. After calling so many law firms nobody was willing to take the case. But the Rosenberg law firm was willing to take the case. Where do I start… As a client of a malpractice case, I did not know what to expect. However, the support from Rosenberg, Minc, Falkoff & Wolff Law firm made me feel at ease. My late mother (May she Rest In Peace) opened a personal injury case for a fall leading to a fractured femur. Due to her death the case was dismissed, but I contacted the office to re-open as her executor. Both Robert Wolff and Maria Williams kept me informed as to the status of the case as it was updated. I appreciate Maria Williams so much for answering any and all questions I had as quickly as she could via e-mail and even on the phone. You dont know who youre talking to .. when i talked to one of the agents i didnt know where to put myself if i should tell my story or wait for the next phone. It ended up me telling my case and being cut off because she wasnt the person to talk to ..nothing like okay im the secretary i will connect you to this person whose name is ... and you can tell her or him your case.. nothing like... from that point on.. i didnt even need to push my case..i knew this company isnt great.

2021-09-01I was in a car accident in June 2020, and really hurt my back.Like everyone else I read all reviews of the law firms, then I call them to make a consultation. After speaking to Attorney Minc was the best move I could have made. He is a deep lawyer, and he speaks from the heart. He is what a lawyer suppose to be like. Not only that, he got me a great settlement more then what I expected. He is realistic and straight to the point. 2021-09-07I really owe it to these guys for really saving me and guiding me after I was hit in the street when I lived in NYC just a few years back. In reality, I wasnt able to work, my insurance didnt want to cover therapy or surgery that I needed from bone and ligament damage in my knees and hip. It really seemed like the biggest financial hole I ever experienced in my life. I thought Id lose my family. I was referred by a close friend who advised me not to not take it lying down and talk to Daniel Minc and his team. They really made me feel different about the situation. After all, the accident wasnt my fault.They went above and beyond really. Not only were they able to help me get the knee and hip surgeries I needed but the therapies behind it. Not to mention what I lost being away from work and then some. I really owe it to them for helping me maintain my ability to take care of myself and family. And its an extra bonus that I owe it to them that eventually I was able to get out and do things like a normal person does again.

2020-12-11This firm helped my wife and me through a trying time when a well known brain surgeon operated on a relative with disastrous results. The firm won a large judgment despite a top notch expert witness on the other side and a dearth of good expert witnesses willing to testify on our behalf due to the reputation of the surgeon, his employer, and fear of retribution. The same fear prevented another malpractice firm from taking the case. These guys are great. They will be honest with you, respect your knowledge and judgment, and be responsive. We will be grateful always.

2021-08-05I turned to Rosenberg, Minc, Falkoff & Wolff, LLP after the accident. I was in the hospital and did not know what to do and where my business was. When my lawyer came to visit me at the hospital, he said that he took care of all the issues with documents, civil actions and insurance, and my wife and I could focus on treatment.
