It has taken me time to recover from my experience at this store and I realize that part of my recovery process is warning other would be buyers to beware. Never before have I experienced such subpar service from sales to management. The customer service while in the store was mediocre. When I purchased several high priced items, one item, a range hood, did not fit. I am now left with an overpriced hood that I can not use after spending thousands of dollars. The staff at Royal Green, was rude, shady and completely unaccommodating. Never again!! MINUS 10 STARS for the overall experience.
Bought a washer & dryer in July of 2021. This wasnt a special order and was a model commonly available at other suppliers. However, we chose Royal Greene because we were ordering other appliances with them. Its February of 2022 (7 MONTHS LATER) and we have still not received the dryer. We have been waiting and washing our clothes at the laundromat. We were not warned about not being able to receive it and only when we pushed for updates, were we told that we may never receive it. Now we potentially have to start a completely new order with a new supplier.
I needed a very specific sized microwave for an insert in my kitchen and Mo was able to find just the right size that ended up fitting perfectly. His delivery person Andrew helped me install it, which I really appreciated. Excellent customer service from beginning to end.
I ordered a beverage fridge and microwave in May,2021. Not only did I not see these items until November, 2021, but the they refused to respond to any of my emails or phone calls for updates. When the fridge arrived with the wrong handle, which they ordered incorrectly, it took a phone call from my kitchen designer to confirm they would reorder the correct one. Today is Feb 22nd, and I still have not received it, they have not responded to any of my calls or emails. I have left messages for the salesman and the manager multiple times, to no avail. I would strongly recommend you purchase appliances anywhere else but there.
Have been using Royal Green for over 25 years and have found them to be super knowledgeable, reliable and very well managed . Al Esposito is the reason I am a loyal customer - from a complete kitchen remodel to replacing appliances , he’s a pro and I trust him (which isn’t easy to say about many businesses or people today )
Royal Green is top tier. Although I was out of state at the time, the sales person (Bert) was really knowledgeable and helpful to find a new model replacement for our 15+ yr old unit (also purchased from Royal Green). He wasnt pushy and emailed over the weekend, which helped a lot as the old one was broken. He provided an array of stove replacements at varying budgets along with specs, which made decision-making more efficient. He found a store discount and made sure the model would fit. Royal Green did the drop off with good communication, which helped coordination with the installer, and then they took out the old unit without extra charge. Glad theyre still doing quality business overall all these years.
When my old dishwasher stopped working I immediately went to Lieberts Royal Green website. I have bought 2 microwaves and a stove from them and can attest to their good products and customer service. I found the Bosch model I wanted, called the store and spoke with Susan. The model I wanted was in the store and arrangements were made for delivery. Two very nice men, Louie and Benny, from Eagle One installers, brought the dishwasher. I have already done one load of dishes and found the Bosch easy to use. Five stars for Royal Green and Eagle One!
I have always used Royal Green and the reason is simple. After calling around they were the best price. Their customer service is the best. They treat me well every time. The driver, Carlos, and team took our washing machine away, hooked up the new one and left without any issues - as you would expect. Very professional from Start to Finish. And did I say the price was the absolute best I found anywhere and yes - I called 4-5 big appliance stores! Kudos Again!

We knew what we wanted, called and ordered on Monday and by 10 am Friday, our new refrigerator was up and running. By far the best experience weve had purchasing a major appliance! This dealer, Mitch Weissberg, was straightforward and profoundly credible. Things happened when he said they would. I, myself, havent actually run the machine yet (it was installed yesterday and the installer ran a cycle) because my husband is still (as a matter of principle) reading the operating manual but I have every confidence in a) Miele and b) Royal Green. The installers were efficient, meticulous and answered all my questions.
In April 2021 I received a new fridge and freezer. The freezer, once connected, never worked. The broken freezer was obviously not Royal Green Appliances fault but the follow up service I received from them has been horrible. 6 months onwards the issue is still not fully resolved.
I’ve had the worst experience with this company. There sales team did a great job selling a pricey washer and dryer. But there service dept not only improperly installed them causing a flood to my unit and my downstairs neighbor’s but has now taken over a month to come repair it due to lack of insurance. The company has done nothing- I mean they won’t return a call or email, let alone send a different report team that is properly insured- to assist in the matter. Buyer beware.
Had a great experience many years ago when RG was known as simply Lieberts. So when it came time to order a new washer I knew where to go. Ended up having two back-to-back great experiences with Royal Green from purchase to installation. Ordered a new washer from Matthew. When I inquired whether I should also replace my 29+ year old dryer, instead of pushing for the second sale he suggested I keep it as long as it is still working. Well (of course) it stopped working 3 weeks later so I ordered from Matthew a new dryer (inadvertently ordering an electric one when I really needed a gas one--completely my error). He could not have been more accommodating, ordered and re-delivered the correct dryer. Both installations were fast, efficient, neat. I highly recommend RGA.
I heartily recommend Royal Green Appliance for its wide range of products, prompt service and personal attention. My experience purchasing a dishwasher was a pleasure from start to finish. I wanted something special and they were able to get it for me with no problem. I was also able to schedule an installation within the week. In addition to doing a thorough job and leaving my kitchen tidy, the installer wore a mask and was careful to maintain social distance. Throughout the process Royal Green was careful to keep me updated at all times. Trustworthy and friendly!
Great experience ordering a new dishwasher from Mo at Royal Green. The price was fair and he gave me great advice on model based on our needs. Appliance was delivered and installed in just a few days. We had ordered all of our kitchen appliances from Royal Green 20 years ago when we did a full kitchen renovation and they were our first call when we needed something now.
Dan Mazin helped us purchase our dishwasher over the phone. Dan was extremely helpful with our choice. Dan followed up with us regarding installation and Royal Green kept us up to date throughout the process. PEPS Installers (Christian & John) were professional, efficient, courteous, clean and quick. What more could you ask for?! I highly recommend.
Very good spot, they helped me in a huge pinch with a job of mine that I was on. They were able to find me the fridge I needed, for cheaper and delivered it to me the following week. When I got back from a weekend away and found everything in my freezer defrosted I panicked. After making a call to Linda in the Service Department she was able to get someone out within three hours of my call. I truly can not thank her enough. The after sale care I was given you will not find anywhere else. Thank you Linda and Royal Green!
Royal Green Appliance listened to my wish list and recommended washers based on my requirements and availability. Their recommendations matched exactly to the washers I had concluded separately as being the ones to target. Their delivery was prompt, easy and professional. And they included a second year warranty extension. Pricing was the best found online. They made the process super easy. PS: I love my new washer!
Everything about my experience with Royal Green was exceptional due to the best salesperson, Victor. I had purchased 4 appliances for a new kitchen. He made the process simple and straightforward. He made suggestions when he wasnt sure one of the items was available and had immediately sent our contractor the specifications to be sure everything fit properly. All of the items came on time and together and Victor went out of his way to communicate with me at every turn. His most helpful moments came after our purchase. We smelled gas from the stove on Christmas Eve and had the gas company come out. I had emailed Victor about our issue. The next day, Christmas, Victor called me and immediately started working on solving our problem. We spoke many times, even though it was Victors vacation. By Monday, Victor had insured our issue was a priority and that LG would be contacting us asap. They reached out the next day and the problem was solved one day later. Had it not been for Victors diligence and concern for us, we may have been weeks without a stove. I would absolutely purchase from Royal Green again and use the best, Victor!
I have been dealing with Alfred for over 15 years. He is extremely knowledgeable and one of the nicest guys. He works with you to get the best price and tries to get the appliance to you asap. His installation crew is nothing short of amazing. They were neat, respectful and worked quickly to install my stove. This is one of the many reasons I have stuck with Royal Green for everything from microwaves and dishwashers to stoves and washing machines. Definitely my go to for impeccable service!!
Matt Karabaic Jr was an incredibly helpful salesman. We reviewed different models and he was knowledgeable on their features. The dishwasher he sold me was what I was looking for and in my price range. Delivery was quick, on time and easy. Very happy with this transaction, I will be returning to shop for future appliance needs.
Alan was extremely helpful with my purchase. From measuring, to the price and I had my new refrigerator in two days! Nelson, the repair person came in the next day to align my refrigerator door and he was very pleasant and helpful. My new refrigerator fits perfectly and looks beautiful.
Royal Green is the best. They truly go above and beyond. When my dryer broke when it was still relatively new, but just after the warranty expired, they were able to negotiate with the manufacturer to get a new dryer installed for me quickly and free of charge. The problem was with the machine, not their store, but because I had bought it from them, they stood by their product and fixed everything. Matthew Karabaic and everyone at Royal Green are truly a pleasure to work with and I will always go to them for future appliance purchases.
Brought all my appliances from Royal Green and had a good shopping experience. Was offered the extended warranty so glad I took it! During this pandemic, at home and cooking more my stove wasn’t catching when I turned it on. So I reached out to Royal Green and Linda got back to me quickly and scheduled a guy like in two days! I needed a part, he ordered it, he just installed it this morning, all before 7:30 am I might add. He even changed my oven bulb for me..Great customer service.
I love the refrigerator I purchased. I also purchased a service contact. When I had a problem the service personwas sent right out he was polite, professional and very knowledgeable about the product. I would recommend Royal Green Appliance, and will order from them again.
As a kitchen designer, I believe using a company that’s experienced and knows what they’re talking about is so important. I deal with Traci & Matthew at Royal Greens and you won’t find a better place to purchase your appliances. Matthew is so patient, he walks you through each step & explains all the benefits of any model that you’re interested in. Their customer service & attention to details is outstanding. They even provide me with a detailed package explaining all the specs for all my clients. If you need someone to guide you through this appliance journey, go check them out. Royal Green was recommended by our Viking Stove serviceman since it carries wall ovens of s smaller size. We ended up purchasing a new wall oven and a dishwasher from them. The ordering, delivery and installation were all handled very well. We needed a stainless steel panel to cover a space the new oven did not cover. Again the original installers measured. We called band made an appointment for installation which just occurred. They came when they said the would, quickly installed the panel, removed the old vent pipe since the new ovens dont vent outside. All for the reasonable cost of the steel panel. In addition the installers on both ocasions were very nice as well as professional. I highly recommend Royal Green.
I recently purchased all new appliances from Royal Green for my kitchen renovation. I did not deal directly with the sales staff as my appliances were ordered through my design center. However, I received my delivery yesterday and experienced the most pleasant, efficient and professional delivery men I have ever had in my home. Carlos, Kenny and Paul were fantastic. Polite and careful. I was amazed at how smoothly the delivery went and appreciated so much the care with which they brought these large items into my home. Not a scratch on my door, walls or floors. I rarely have a 5 star experience but Royal Green was different, I recently purchased 3 Kitchen appliances. My experience was pleasant and stress free from sales to delivery to installation. My salesperson was Victor, he was knowledgeable and he worked with me to ensure I found the appliances that would best fit my needs. I have a small, older home, with not much room to work with. I purchased a range. micro/hood combination and a refrigerator.The delivery crew of Chris and Peter were professional and courteous and arrived well within the estimated time specified. They took care not to damage walls and even took my door off so the new unit could be brought in. They removed the the packaging and plastic, gave me a few tips and positioned the fridge.Paul Z. and Vinny installed the range and microwave /hood and they too were professional and friendly. They arrived on time and the transition from old to new was painless. Once the installation was complete Paul went over the features of both so I could be a little familiar before I begin to explore.Thank You Royal Green!
I went into the experience with Royal Green, with some trepidation based on the reviews I read online. I can say that my concerns were unwarranted.We traveled to the store to look at Bosch and Miele dishwashers, and ended up getting a Bosch. The selection for dishwashers was pretty good, but they did not have every version of every model. That was fine for us. We did not receive a hard sell at all, and were able to buy exactly what we wanted. Matt Jr. provided the right amount of customer service, to let us view the options and then make a comfortable decision. He coordinated the installation and alll of the parts needs, and missed nothing. There were no surprises.Our installer Christian was great, and really looked out for us. We had a hiccup on the day 1 installation as the dishwasher had a circuit board error, and would not run. He coordinated all of aspects of getting a new dishwasher from the warehouse for next day (day 2) installation, where he reviewed the machine for issues. Unfortunately the replacement unit was damaged from shipping, and could not be installed. Christian then coordinated the Day 3 installation. He arrived first thing in the morning as planned, installed the unit, and all was good.The diswasher has been running perfectly since then.Based on my experiences, I would happily recommend Royal Green to anyone.
I purchased an Electrolux washer from Royal Green. As always, from the getting information about the product to delivery and installation everything was easy and smooth. The sales people are very helpful and pleasant to work with and they do return phone calls promptly.Easy and reliable - so I keep going back to Royal Green.
Our dishwasher died after 12 years. We called Royal Green and not only did they walk us thru a possible attempt to fix the problem. They looked at our past purchases and arranged to replace the same dishwasher. We did not have to step foot in the store and our new dw was installed in less than 24 hours. Great installer. I bought a dishwasher last fall and had a good experience. Tony was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Delivery and installation went well.So when I needed a new cloths washer I visited their White Plains showroom again. They were able to beat the big box stores July 4th sale prices. I ended up buying the matching dryer as well. Sold my older dryer online!
Our representative Tony is not responsive or even cares about his clients. We keep getting notices our appliances will be delivered on this date and last minute, they call and say it is not available. Why call and say it will be delivered on this date? Fridays no one answers at the store. 8 months and the most available appliances aren’t available.and they switched the stove model without notifying us. They are unresponsive.
My refrigerator was fine - but came with oversized 4” thick doors, a problem when opening them. While my salesman arguably should have known this, the subsequent fix to change hardware took four months to realize. Their communication was poor, I never felt a priority to Royal Green. I even shared with salesman and store owner that I will leave feedback, so “make me happy, return my emails.” I am sorry to report, but caveat emptor unless you product is delivered, installed w/o issue.
We had a dishwasher that died, and in less than 24 hours, had a new one installed. Tony is excellent - really took time to explain the differences between models so that we got exactly what we needed and then walked us through the features of the one we selected. We have used Royal Green several times because they really know what they are talking about.
We were looking to purchase a GE 7.0 cu. ft. chest freezer. No matter who we contacted, there were none available until sometime in either August or some said September. When I spoke to Susan at Royal Green Appliances in White Plains, she gave me hope that they would have one for us sooner than anyone else. We waited and to our pleasant surprise we received a call for Susan informing us that they had received a shipment. Within a day and a half the freezer was delivered, plugged in and working beautifully. With the personal attention that we received, not only would we go back again, but have already recommended her to two others.Thanks again Susan!!

I cant say enough good things about Royal Green Appliance. The salesperson I spoke with, Matthew Karabaic, was wonderful in helping me identify the perfect washer and dryer for my needs. My situation was complicated because my old unit was gas and I wanted to convert to electric. Matthew gave me great advice as to the best way to get this done. The installers that they work with are excellent as well. Do yourself a favor and call them.
We dealt with Molly at the NYC location. We bought a new kitchen and laundry. Great experience from “just looking” to purchasing from RG to delivery. Molly’s knowledge and guidance was invaluable, and she was always available to answer questions and resolve issues. Prices are very competitive and great service. Highly recommend

I could not be any happier with Royal Green’s service. I was in dire straits with a busted washing machine and, despite a global pandemic, Royal Green was able to get the model I wanted and set it up for delivery in less than a week. The machine was delivered and installed in about 10 minutes, and they took the old machine away for free. The delivery staff were wonderful. I gave them a good tip. TIP YOUR DELIVERY STAFF WELL!
I purchased a dishwasher from Royal Green. It was delivered right on time. But then the installer saw that the back of the machine was damaged. Rather than concealing it (because I would never have noticed), he pointed it out and insisted that they come back the next day with another machine. I was incredibly impressed -- and grateful for their honesty and professionalism.
Update on below comments: very soon after posting my review below, I was contacted by Alan, head of service for Royal Green. After reviewing the situation and the AC limitations presented by the size of the AC wall opening in my condo, Alan was able to get me a refund for the cost of the Frigidaire 14000 BTU AC. I cant fault the store for the lackluster AC performance, and I appreciate Royal Green making this right and their attention to customer reviews on Google.In order to support my local I purchased purchasing three air conditioners from Royal Green in White Plains rather than going to a big box store. Two of the air conditioners work fine; but the third provides 3 or 4 degrees cooling at most, despite the room size being well within the manufacture stated specs. At first, the store manager in White Plains worked with me to correct the problem; but unfortunately the 2nd AC of the same brand/model I was sent doesnt work either. I have sent 2 emails and left 3 messages at the store over the last 2 weeks; but have not received any response. Between product costs and delivery, I now appear to be stuck with what amounts to a $700 wall fan.
Had to wait a bit for service in the showroom on a Thursday night but once I met with the salesman I found him to be knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Pricing is fair and Leiberts focuses on full service. The team they contracted with to install our stove was outstanding. They were very polite and respectful of the imprint they would be making on our home. We ran into a snag with the fit of the stove into our granite counter but they were able to problem solve the situation and fit the stove. Very happy all around

After ordering hundreds of appliances on both side of the pricing spectrum, I would never go anywhere else.
It was absolutely worth driving up to White Plains from the New York City during this past winter, in the rain twice!Alfred Esposito is incredibly knowledgeable and guided me through an extremely daunting process of selecting ALL of our appliances for our new home with an extreme amount patience. My selections were constantly changing as the scope of our construction evolved. Regardless, of the ongoing changes - Alfred provided me with a new set specs and a picture book that same day! It would have been impossible for my architect, cabinet maker and contractor to move forward without this information. The combination of his professionalism matched with his warm natured demeanor was nothing less than perfection. It really was a pleasure working with, Alfred. Royal Green is the only place to purchase your appliances, in my opinion!
Of course it would happen that my mother’s fridge ran its course in the middle of the pandemic! Mo at Royal Green looked up the exact model we wanted, had the patience and took the time to confirm dimensions and design for us, and we even saved money by not buying at the bigger chain stores. Delivery was easy, efficient and professional. From now on this is where we’re going to get our appliances from!
Stu Royal and the team from Royal Green have come through for us over and over. They are knowledgeable, helpful, and their prices are fair. We just had a refrigerator die right in the middle of a family holiday. This frig was a specific size to fit in our cabinets. Stu found our unit and got it delivered on time. Even the delivery team was polite and did a great job. When we think about appliances we only consider Royal Green.

Due to the virus pandemic it was not possible to order a refrigerator in person. Ordering a large appliance online, without actually seeing it, was new to me, but Matthew was very helpful. He was able to have it delivered the next day. The delivery team was professional and courteous. I look forward to doing business with Royal Green in the future.
Using Royal Green, if your appliance installation is without issues, is fine. If there are any issues, however, no matter how small, expect to have to chase down someone to resolve them and to be treated to abusive conduct on the part of their employees. In fact, negative reviews tend to be responded to with long-winded, aggressive responses from the business manager. My YELP review received a faster response than said business managers response to my being abused by their salesperson. 1. Our high-end fridge was delivered missing a piece (the kickplate). No anger was expressed on our part and we trusted that we would have the part installed within a week as promised. 2. After a week, we called to discover that our salesperson, Frank, knew nothing about the missing part and had rather odd suggestions to remedy the issue until he finally claimed to be ordering the part. He also passed blame for the lack of follow up. His suggestion was that we install the part ourselves, highly inappropriate for a purchase of this kind and considering that SubZero is very clear on the machines only being serviced by authorized repair people. It also took Frank three tries in the same conversation to understand that the part needed to ordered. 3. After a week, no part had arrived and it took an irritated phone call to get the part ordered, which Alan, who was professional and reasonable, handled efficiently. 4. Rather than sending the installers back as we had been informed would be the procedure by both the original installer and Frank, and which another salesperson confirmed was protocol, we received a message that a certified repair company would be doing the installation. This was not a problem per se, but after being told that the procedure was otherwise, some communication regarding the change would have been warranted. 5. When I finally spoke to Frank again to find out why there had been such poor communication, he was abusive and insulting. He actually had the temerity to state that I hadnt bought the fridge but my father had. Beyond the fact that a random salesperson has no idea what arrangements a family makes between its members regarding finances and that Frank clearly thought he could get in a zinger because the credit card used for the purchase was in my fathers name, commenting in such a manner is beyond inappropriate and unprofessional. Frank proceeded to scream at me rather than simply allow me to express my concerns, and insulted me as a Karen, rather ironic as I had allowed weeks to pass without a part of my expensive fridge and as Frank is a rather unkempt caucasian man. Frank further expressed that I was driving everyone crazy. Evidently following up after a week and then a second week to find out where a missing part of an expensive fridge is would be qualified by Royal Green as driving them crazy. 6. The business manager minimized attempts to complain about the abusive conduct, tried to suggest that being concerned about an incomplete fridge was inappropriate in the current climate (were that the case, perhaps she should start giving away the appliances for free), promised that the owner would call right back rather than dealing with the issue herself (he did not call back), and then had a tantrum on the phone when the number she had given IN HER EMAIL as her direct number was used to respond to her text via text and to call back when the owner failed to call back immediately as promised. One could add in Franks odd pushiness about our switching from the tubular handles that he himself had recommended to the pro handles while dismissing our query as to why and the business manager subjecting me to a rant about her personal issues about working from home and taking care of her kids, but that at this point is simply more evidence of something truly amiss at this company. Im ignoring the abusive commentary the business manager hurled at my YELP review and will no doubt post here, as she is completely unaware of how to conduct herself in a professional manner. Buyer beware.
Was recommended to Royal Green when I needed to replace my washer and dryer during Covid stay home mandate. Called and received a list of in stock options. Ordered on a Tuesday and my washer and dryer were installed 2 days later. Installers wore masks and gloves, cleaned up the work area and hauled away my old appliances. Couldnt be happier and will use them again, for sure.
Nothing I wanted to do more during the pandemic then support local business and avoid big box retailers. Unfortunately, Royal Green Appliance was the worst possible choice. An absolute embarrassment of a company. With literally no explanation or communication we were thrown into a downward spiral of additional charges. Over $700 for a washer/dryer hook up. They tell you nothing upfront and then absolutely fleece you when they show up. Avoid at all costs.
Our refrigerator - 5 year old LG - suddenly died. We went to Royal Green and they tracked down a refrigerator for us. The factories had been closed because of Covid and there wasnt much stock left. They worked hard to deliver us a refrigerator. They were honest and helpful. I would highly recommend them!
Weve used Leiberts on three full house renovation projects over the last 5 years where they provided all the appliances for our kitchens, laundry and bathrooms and weve found their customer service excellent and prices very reasonable too. They also make delivery of everything very easy and manageable so would highly recommend them! Shout out to Frank for making it easy from start to finish.
I have used Leiberts Royal Green Appliances for many years. I always go back to them because they provide good prices and excellent customer service. It is easy to schedule delivery and they show up as scheduled. They provide that extra special service that you just dont get in the big chain stores. They have a good selection and will go out of their way to get you the item that you want.
My buildings super recommended the store and Im glad he did. We needed to get a quiet air conditioner and the stuff at The Home Depot is mainly targeting price as the main deciding factor. We have GE air conditioner (8,100 BTUs) from there and it works, but its loud.The sales rep took the time to explain what makes one air conditioner quieter than others and why cost more. (The compressor is located toward the rear, further away from the window.)Price was competitive and the Friedrich is super quiet.A very pleasant experience with a long-time local merchant.
Great staff led by Mr. A. Esposito. Moe and the other salespeople are spot on! Been purchasing from the team for years and have never been disappointed. IF theres ever a problem they make it right. Family run, straight shooters. Honest and reliable, seriously, why go anywhere else? They stand proudly behind their merchandise.
First time customer. I called RG with a good idea of what I wanted and sick of all the great deals that were unavailable elsewhere and not hearing back from salespeople. The RG person suggested an alternative at a great price available for delivery in 4 days. They were in touch prior to delivery and arrived on time. All 3 guys were polite, neat and thoughtful. Installation coordinated with them without a hitch - arrived a bit before, disconnected old appliances and returned after delivery for final hook-up. Really could not have been easier. Thanks, RG!
As an architect, I have often the occasion to specify kitchen and laundry appliances for my residential and commercial clients, and while the Brand is important, the sales outfit is even more important, Royal Green has consistently delivered on time and when do problems arise are exceptionally swift to assist in their resolution. There is no better service elsewhere.
I had such a pleasant experience here when purchasing whole package with kitchen remodel. Staff was very helpful in guiding my decisions, selecting brands and models that best fit for me. They spent a lot of time even when they knew I was shopping around. They are not pushy, and also ended up offering best prices! delivery was flawless
I have had 2 experiences at this appliance store, both were pleasant to say the least. The staff is very knowledgeable, and understanding. My first trip to their store was when I was shopping for appliances for a new kitchen (Dishwasher, fridge, Stove, micro, and vent hood. Bottom line, best service, and best PRICE! These two usually do not go hand and hand, but there are exceptions to the rule I guess.The second trip was to look no buy an outdoor grill. 1 hr later, we were the proud owner of a Weber Grill, once again.. at a great price and incredible service. Like NO OTHER Appliance Dealer ever!When we received our new Miele clothes washer and dryer last week, we noticed, only after the delivery and the take away of our old Bosch AXXIS pair, that the washer had been damaged prior to its delivery. Within three days, a new washer was delivered by the same crew that had walked up and down our 98 steps at our loft in SoHo the week before. Although we were sad to have a damaged unit, we were especially impressed by the rapid replacement and the smiling delivery crew!
My wife and I bought a few new appliances from Jeff and also a new Bosch microwave, which broke before it was one year old. It has been three repairs since then and we have been forced to buy a service contract for fear of another failure. This unit is junk and has been damaged cosmetically as it had to sustain removal and disassembly three times. Two of these times, I had to help the Bosch technician remove and remount as he claimed hes the only service guy in all of Westchester. The seller, royal green, refuses to replace the unit with a new one and the original sales agent responses are slow. This one last time, my wife decided to handle it and they are stringing her along. Postponing, etc. It seems like a dishonest game. They are kicking the can down. This is really the worst service experience we have ever had as homeowners.

Bought and had installed a new gas range with “covid protocols.” It went smoothly!Bought a refrigerator for the basement. Perfect model for the job recommended by my expert salesman, Alfred, at a great price.Royal Green has sold us many different brands: GE gas ranges, Bosch dishwashers, Miele and Maytag washing machines & dryers; plus refrigerators by GE, Amana and Frigidaire.
If you use Lieberts Royal Green you are making a mistake. Frank, the president, is rude and irresponsible. He sold me a broken range at full price that has been leaking gas in multiple spots (dangerous) and has denied any responsibility and will not replace it. In addition to his cavalier attitude, the company is disorganized. While delivering the appliances they forgot the (broken) range, wouldnt release the rest of the appliances, and then forgot to take the old appliances. It took three visits for them to get it right which is fine. What is not fine is for a company to sell you a faulty product that is a hazard.
David G. showed up within the time frame from when he text that he would arrive! He was pleasant, professional and explained everything he was doing! He had a mask and gloves on and was organized and knew exactly what to do when we told him the issue with the oven!Thank you for such great service!
Over the past 11 years we have purchased most of our appliances at Leiberts. The staff is knowledgable, pleasant and helpful. Most recently we purchased a washer and dryer, top of the line, we thought. Unfortunately, the dryer turned out to be a lemon ( will never buy maytag again!!). The sales staff eventually agreed to let us exchange it for another dryer (Speed Queen!), so ultimately we are happy with our experience and products. I gave them 4 stars and not 5 stars because it took 7 months to resolve the problem and make the exchange. But the problem was solved to our satisfaction better than some other businesses might have done. We will definitely buy from Leiberts in the future.
Well this was the first time that I bought big appliance over the web site and from the beginning everything was amazing I get in touch with Frank who was working from home because this pandemia and believe me he was great salesman wherever he promised me he fulfilled ,every body was very nice and my dishwasher and laundry washer was delivered right on time, I really recommend this company, they are great.Thank you againCarlos Retamales
Shannon really went above and beyond in helping e get a refrigerator for my in-laws. I was purchasing for them in New York but live in Florida, she really eased my in getting something that was going to work in their space. We delays because of Covid hit, she did everything to get something in there immediately!

Had a miserable experience with Lieberts and will never go back. We bought a washer and dryer that they were pushing, it did not work properly and they were either inattentive to our calls or nasty when they took them. They even insisted that the machines were working properly without seeing them. The lack of service was appalling.
I having a great deal of problems for damaged washer/dryer deliver. It has been over one month and I still do not have my washer/dryer in working order.Leiberts loves to pass the buck. Only after I spoke to the manager did I get begin to get my issues addressed. My new washer/dryer still not working.My induction cooktop was installed less a month ago. The cooktop remains supper hot after it has been turned off. I spoke to service department and received email stating I was told to wait for it to cool off. Yet the subzero website states The cooktop doesnt heat up, the cookware does. My bring hand is not a cooktop!!!
We were looking for new kitchen appliances and stopped into the White Plains store. Leiberts has so many lines on display which is really great when you want to compare them. But we were blown away by how knowledgable, helpful and efficient our salesman was. Thank you Mo Ramjohn! Your employer is lucky to have you.
My daughter ordered a stackable washer/dryer. She worked with Rob Unger on my recommendation. They were told a date and time for the delivery…..the truck never showed up, They were then given a second date/time…and my daughter had to leave work early to accept the delivery…..the truck never showed up at the original time; she was told another time later on in the day and it never show up again. She tried calling Rob Unger 4-5 times during the week, and on Friday, and he never returned her call. And he didnt return her call on Saturday either. I called Rob Unger this morning, and again this afternoon…he has not returned my call. Customer service is of the utmost importance and apparently Rob, as a representative of Leiberts, is not aware of this attribute. I will never recommend Leiberts to anyone.
I give them 5 starts because walking in the Store is like walking into your house you feel welcomed and everyone is so nice and kind and helpful and when I got my appliances the delivery team was so great I never see men worked so hard in my life it was just a great experience overall

2021-11-20Absolutely love our new refrigerator. Royal Green had the best price around. The 3 guys that made the delivery also assisted us in relocating 2 other refrigerators. Very friendly, very professional and certainly knew what they were doing. This is not our first time using Royal Green and once again they did not disappoint. Highly recommend Royal Green.

2021-11-03I needed a dishwasher and a dryer. The dryer is still on the way but the dishwasher was installed today. Everything went extremely well. My sales person, Matthew Karabaic, was hugely helpful, giving me all the information I needed to make an informed purchase and ensuring that I would receive my items in a timely fashion, and the delivery/installation person, Christian, was excellent as well. He removed and put back the paneling such that you’d never know the appliance has been changed out. The whole process couldn’t have gone more smoothly and I’ll definitely go back next time I need something.

2022-02-02Buying appliances during a pandemic is difficult. Nothing is being made on time and certainly not being delivered on time. I worked with Matthew K who was very knowledgeable. He spent so much time helping me decide what would be best for what I wanted. Unfortunately due to the circumstances three appliances I ordered were not going to be in for months. He was kind enough to sit with me and do it all over again. I ended up changing the refrigerator to something I love. The only thing I did not want to change was the oven. I was in love with my choice but Matthew knew I could not live without an oven for that long. He was generous enough to send a loaner oven to my house until mine arrived. I’ve never seen service like this before. He went above and beyond what he had to do. Because of him I was able to celebrate the holidays at home.I highly recommend Royal Green and Matthew K.

2022-01-05I needed to purchase a new washer and dryer in August, 2021. The GE washer was in stock but the dryer was on backorder for 5 months. During the process the store kept me informed as to the wait time and the minute they knew it was coming into their warehouse they called and scheduled the installation. The installer for the washer was great, helped me take off a door in order to get the machine into the laundry room. The dryer installer, Louie from Installation One, was superb. He helped me out by putting the old dryer in my detached garage and he put the door back onto the hinges to the laundry room. Their installers are definitely customer service oriented.

2022-05-05We have been long time customers of Royal Green Appliance in White Plains,. They also have stores on Long Island and New York City. We recently needed to replace our dryer and when I called their 800 number, I quickly realized that I was talking with Barbara Weiss, who was working out of their Long Island store. Our entire transaction happened over the phone. Barbara took all of our information regarding the exact model we were interested in buying. I had priced around snd was surprised that the price Barbara quoted was less expensive than many online competitors! While I never met Barbara, I did visit Leiberts huge showroom on the Post Road in White Plains. I was blown away by their selection of Monogram and other high end appliances . They also have an amazing selection mid range priced appliances. However what made the greatest impression on Me was their caring and professional staff! And although I never met Barbara Weiss, She called and emailed me so many times making sure I was happy with our dryer that I might have to plan a trip to Long Island to personally thank her.

2022-02-22Never fails- I’m a designer and have been using them for over 10 years not. Barbara Weiss is amazing. Even during this pandemic and supply chain issues they wound up being able to get me everything in time for my projects. I highly recommend the effort for have a relationship with them. For supply, maintenance, and install - they are the only source I use. If there’s any problems they fix it and give me honest answers.
