I rented a trolley for my wedding in Saratoga to shuttle guests to and from the hotel to the event. Our driver, Donald, was prompt and very polite. All of our guests commented how great both the shuttle and the driver was. I highly recommend the split shuttle service for weddings because it allowed guests to enjoy themselves without having to worry about driving. Thanks again to royale and especially Donald we had a great time!
Best experience with any sort of transportation company and perhaps the best experience with a business altogether. From the moment I called and made an appointment to the moment a well kept Lincoln with a fantastic driver dropped my Fiancée off at her destination, it was smooth as silk. Best service available! We rented a shuttle bus to drive us home from a tubing adventure, the ride was crazy and we got off course. Richard from royale transportation not only waited an hour and a half for us, but also came and found us at a different location. Best experience you could ask for. They went above and beyond. We cant thank you enough! You just gained 10 lifetime customers!
We used Royale Transportation after another limo bus service backed out (after we had a signed contract) for a birthday event and the holiday lights in Washington Park. They matched the price we had with the other company and accommodated to our plan for the night. Our driver Phillip was beyond professional and attentive. I would highly recommend booking through Royale for a similar event.
Royale Transportation drove my Bridal Party for our first look, around Albany for pictures, and then to our venue for the wedding. The driver was prompt, polite, and accommodated whatever we asked. The party bus was clean and spacious. They rolled out a red carpet and provided a champagne toast for us as well. I highly recommend Royale Transportation for your wedding or special event!
We had Royale Transportation for our kids prom this past Saturday. Don, their driver was excellent, polite and very professional. He drove the kids around wherever they wanted to go and got them to the prom safe and on time. I would highly recommend them to anyone. I will definitely use them again. Royale has a great selection of limos and antique cars for weddings. My husband was able to go out and see everything in person before booking the limo we used for our wedding. The driver was courteous, the limo was beautiful and clean inside and out and the champagne bottle and glasses inside were a definite plus!

Great evening, driver was the best we had a slight bit of car trouble and despite him having a crisp suit on he got under the hood like he worked for a NASCAR pit crew got us running in no time. Russ is a great driver and his presentation was crisp and sharp. I strongly recommend the company.
The shuttle for a close friends wedding broke down, after the event was over, the driver never came back and THEY NEVER SENT ANOTHER ONE. People were stranded and had to call ride share and get rides from others attending the event, taking other people out of their way. I will never recommend Royal Limousine or any advantage services ever again.
We reached out to Royale Transportation for help getting participants to/from a conference that was being held in a remote area of Albany. RT was prompt with replies, very helpful and professional in managing all the logistics. Loved working with Courtney!

Horrible driving from shuttle # 34 coming off the Thruway exit 24 at 7:30 AM on 03/06/19. If I didnt slam on my brakes he would have hit me. Showed a total disregard of traffic safety. Would never use or recommend a company with a driver like this.
Absolutely awful service! They do the taxi service from Albany-Renssealer train station. They shoved 3 people into the van, dropped me off last, taking 45 minutes for a 15 minute drive. The driver was rude to all 3 of us in the van. Barely crossed over I-90 and charged me $35 for a trip that was $12 on uber last time. Absolute rip-off!!!
This company is so wholesome and truly cares about the people they’re transporting from management all the way to the drivers. I will be using there services again and would recommend to everyone!
Royale Limousine is NOT the place to go if you want quality service! The people there are not friendly, and extremely rude. Helpful is a word thats most likely never used to describe the employees there. If there is ever a problem with your limo rental, dont worry, they wont call you weeks in advance to take care of it, theyll make sure they call you on THE DAY OF and tell you theres a problem....theyre wonderful like that! They will make sure they charge you for ridiculous things. Not only do they do that, but youre not even given a courtesy call letting you know your credit card will be charged...gotta love them! So let me just cut to the chase here, do not ever waste your time with this company. Theyre not a group you want to have to deal with.
Royale is the best limo service in the Capital District. Staff is very friendly and drivers are a pleasure. I had a great experience.
My driver was amazing she was on time and willing to help with last minute things!! She made my day even more special !! I would recommend this place to anyone who has a wedding coming up ! Totally worth it!

2022-06-28I worked with Gabe on our reservations for our 6/10/22 wedding and the communication was excellent! Responses were super fast and everything the day of went perfectly! We had rented shuttles for our guests, along with party buses for the wedding parties, and all arrived perfectly on time and seamlessly. We even realized at the end of the night my phone was still on the shuttle after being dropped off at the hotel, and because of the easy communication, we were able to quickly contact the driver to turn around and bring back my phone. Thank you Gabe & team for making this a super easy booking! We will be sure to recommend to others!

2022-01-13Driver showed up 1 hr 40 min late keeping us waiting with young family at midnight. He said he was at a different airport as he didn’t check our itinerary. He couldn’t find the terminal despite dropping us at the same terminal a week ago. He was dozing off while driving with suv swaying off the lanes. He is telling me that lanes on free way seem small for his SUV. I can clearly see him dozing off. Felt very unsafe driving in the SUV with the young family. Company owners may be nice but my experience was disappointing. Will use Premiere Transportation next time.Update:Thank you Gabe for reaching out to me and addressing my concerns. 5 stars for caring about the customers.

2021-12-21Our driver Zee was awesome! The entire process was super easy and they made sure every detail was covered. No rush, no pressure, just a great time. The execubus had plenty of room for our wedding party and was very nice. I would 100% recommend Royal to anyone without hesitation.

2021-12-07This company is absolutely amazing. I used them for a 30th Birthday party, and my experience was just above and beyond, from booking with them, to price, to the driver. They are customer oriented, and friendly. the driver was on time, and friendly. the vehicle was clean, came with glasses and bottled water, they also provided plastic cups for Covid safety. The vehicle great condition was was just over all amazing. I would totally recommend to anyone who is looking for a great transportation company!!

2021-05-02One of my girlfriends coordinated a little party to celebrate our mutual friends upcoming marriage. Don was maybe the most laid back driver Ive ever come across. He got us to our destinations on time, he was sweet and handled all of our shenanigans. The bus was clean, comfortable & the sound system was bumping. 10/10 would recommend!

2021-08-26Royale Transportation made my wedding day complete!! We booked a trolley to transport our guests from multiple LG hotels to our wedding at the Erlowest, then back to their hotels after, and also to and from the village for the afterparty.Our driver Karl was fantastic. He was punctual, kind, and flexible to our needs. I was so worried about the timeline of guests arriving to the ceremony from so many different hotels, but Karl did a great job. If we got married again, wed still pick him!
