Originally I made my appointment at Rozenberg to get a second opinion. I was very happy with the staff booking me easily and not having to play phone tag. Ms. Rozenberg was very knowledgeable and gave me some great feedback. I found a gem here and they’re absolutely my new dentist.
Very kind staff. They made sure I was comfortable before, during, and after my procedure. I’m so happy I found Rozenberg Dental since I have trust issues even on my best day she really went above and beyond my expectations.
I’ve had cleanings, whitening, and now a root canal done at Rozenberg dental. They always treat me well and do a good job on my teeth. Dr. Rozenberg did a very clean root canal for me and its been the smoothest recovery of the three Ive had.
The dental hygienist did a very good job and then I met with Dr. Rozenberg. She was very personably and friendly and gave me advice that I had never heard before. She told me I needed a deep cleaning which others might have been afraid to say before. She also impressed even after the appointment. I had mentioned a spot in my mouth that was bothering me and by the end of the appointment I had forgot to bring it up again . Not only did she remember the issue she called me five minutes after I left and told me to come in again whenever I had a minute. Five stars !!
After Gum rejuvenation my teeth look happy and healthy. I feel so confident showing my teeth when I smile and am proud to show off my teeth. Rozenberg dental truly does wonderful work.
Great dentistry for family and for higher cosmetic needs. I had my veneers done by Dr. Rozenberg and also bring the kiddos for their annual cleanings. Its always very clean and well managed at their facility.
I had a lot of tooth issues and decided to get veneers. The doctor was very kind and professional and addressed all of my concerns without me feeling rushed. She did an excellent job and I’ve had no issues unless a perfect smile is an issue.
Unhappy with the appearance of my smile for quite some time, I scheduled a consultation with her. My opening words to her were literally “please take a look at this and tell me what I should do to make it look better”. I knew I had found the right person when she patiently took the time to go over all my options. I like to use the line where I ask the professional to do for me what they would do in my position. Getting my teeth molded and prepared for braces wasnt fun. I wish they allowed it while I was young, but they didnt. This dentist was gentle about the application and really helpful by communicating the steps throughout.

Having laser gum therapy has been such a blessing. I was having some serious issues and undergoing the treatment the traditional way was not an option. I had minimal downtime and it was definitely the right decision for me.

I recently has a tooth emergency and the doctor was able to accommodate my urgent needs right away. She identified my issue and treated it immediately. My teeth were healthy, but I wasn’t happy with how my smile looked. There were a few that overlapped a little and others that had sharp edges on them. Dr. Rozenberg explained the benefits of contouring and reshaping to take care of the issues. I am so happy with the results.

Dr. Rozenberg did an amazing job with my porcelain crowns. My natural teeth always seemed yellow, no matter what I did. I also had some misshapen teeth upfront that had always made me self-conscious. After a few sessions, my whole smile was transformed.

Dr. Rozenberg has completely changed and reshaped the appearance of my smile and I am loving it. She installed cosmetic dental veneers that look so natural. I can not rave enough about her cosmetic skills and expertise.
Really disappointing experience with poor accountability. Dental hygienist was cleaning my teeth very aggressively and even said “Don’t worry I’m not gonna pull the permanent retainer off.” it felt funny afterwards but I didn’t think much but that night I noticed she had ripped the end off. It was too late to call so I called the next morning and they refused to fix it without a fee because I “didn’t call immediately” and they couldn’t prove I didn’t break it myself overnight. Not sure if the front desk lady understood how difficult it is for a patient to break their own retainer without physically prying it off. They said maybe I broke it by eating something...They wanted me to pay $50 for a mistake they made. Then I asked to speak with the hygienist herself and they said she was not working and they’d call me back, but never called back. When I called back they kept saying she wasn’t working... absolutely no accountability and very disappointed.
I have been a patient of Dr. Rozenbergs for many years. She is an outstanding dentist. Her work is first rate. She has an excellent support staff who are always well prepared and helpful.
Dr. Lana is great! My teeth were always bothering me because they were crooked. I decided to go with Invisalign and the outcome is just perfect! I was so happy, I also had them whitened in office. I am thrilled with her care and my improved smile!

I had a dental crown done with Dr. Rozenberg. This is my first time having this procedure, and it is a really sensitive thing for me and she ended up doing a great job. The color was a little off on the first round (as I have been told by multiple dentists its super hard to match a front tooth) and the second time around the color is great. I really appreciate having someone with a caring bedside manner who has a warm demeaner as I was a huge baby and needed to be coddled lol.

Instead of ripping out my natural teeth which is what another dentist recommended after I cracked a couple teeth, Dr. Lana recommended porcelain inlays so that I could save as much of my natural teeth as possible. Her team of dentists did a fabulous job and my smile is beautiful again.

Some of the items I was looking to have done for my smile seemed out of reach. After a wonderful conversation with Dr. Rozenberg I was able to identify which items best fit my desired outcome. We started the process soon after and now I am so much happier.
The experience with this office has been bad from start to finish.First, I called the number for Dr. Toscano on his website. I was not told until I was already in the cleaning that Dr. Rozenberg would be seeing me. Im not sure what relationship the two offices have but my impression is Dr. Toscano is basically a non-entity at this office. As a former patient of Dr. Toscano, it behooves the office to make it really clear that youll be seeing a different doctor (this fact becomes important later).Second, I received an extremely mediocre cleaning and cursory exam. The hygienist rushed through the cleaning and accidentally pinched my permanent retainer--I think she was getting distracted because she would not stop talking. Moreover, when I originally made the appointment, I had not signed up for an insurance company and I specifically asked the front desk staff which plan to sign up for (I was literally on the NY State of Health website while talking to them, describing the plan options) and I signed up for the plan ***recommended by the office***. They said that they do not bill insurance--that Id have to pay out of pocket and they would help me bill the insurance back. However, I dont think this is correct because I overheard one customer at the office paying $50 for his visit, which is typically a co-pay amount when the doctors office will be reimbursed. In my case, turns out Dr. R is out of network and Im only being reimbursed $58 for a cleaning, exam and x-rays that will cost me OVER 400 HUNDRED DOLLARS OUT OF POCKET!!!! That is an INSANE price for a very basic cleaning, exam and x-rays. Overall, I feel like I was horribly misled regarding the whole insurance process.Note that Dr. Toscano was previously in network at my insurance and I didnt think to check again before my visit since I did not realize I was getting service from Dr. Rozenberg. I didnt even know who Dr. R was until I got to the office since I went to Dr. Toscanos website and called the number listed there.Everyone at the office is really nice so I hope they werent being purposefully deceitful and maybe its just a poorly managed service.UPDATE: I called the office to discuss my concerns. I spoke with an after hours person who said that I would be contacted by the regular staff. I was never contacted.
Dentist seems competent and efficient. Office very clean, if a little over decorated for my taste. Hygienist gave me a VERY thorough cleaning, which I really appreciate!
About two years ago, I was involved in an altercation that ended up damaging my front teeth. The dentist I had gone to at that time used some bonding to improve the appearance but time went by, that bonding became discolored and started to chip. Dr. Rozenberg was highly recommended to me and I am so glad I made that first appointment. She was so determined to make my smile looking good again!
Im not ever sure where to begin but to summarize succinctly, Dr. Rozenberg has saved my teeth time and time again. She and her staff have provided the most outstanding dental experiences I have ever had. I started going to Dr. Rozenberg last year. On my first visit, I had a very thorough exam and was very impressed that the office was equipped with the latest technology. I had told her that I was not very fond of going to a dentist so she was very patient with me and made me feel very comfortable. Dr. Rozenberg went through my treatment plan in detail and explained everything to me.
I didn’t have huge dental issues, but there was room for improvement. Dr. Rozenberg understood my concerns and recommended contouring to achieve the look I wanted. I was so happy I didn’t have to go through an intense procedure for such a minor repair.
I visited Dr. Rozenberg for a regular cleaning and whitening. She made me feel very comfortable. She explained everything she was going to do before hand so that I will be comfortable with it. As she was performing my cleaning she talked to me about each step she was taking. After my cleaning and whitening she explained to me the correct way to clean my teeth and that I need to floss daily. I will definitely be recommending her to my family and friends.

She takes time and patients with me and very understanding of my fear of dentist. I needed some emergency work done and went to her for the first time. Her staff was very pleasant and now I made her my primary dentist.
When my teeth needed to be straightened, I went to Dr. Rozenberg and decided to have Invisalign for my teeth. It did not take as long as old school braces and I could see results a bit faster. The process was easy and she is super nice. And my teeth look great. I should have done this a long time ago. Thanks for my great smile!

I recently visited Dr. Rozenberg for a consultation on some rather intensive cosmetic dental work. She presented me two different options to take and walked me through exactly what she would doing. Dr. Rozenberg also provided me paperwork that detailed the timing, cost, healing time, and expected results of the two options. Based on that and her expertise, I was able to make an informed decision!

My little cousin is now in my custody. She is such a sweet child who lost her mom to a horrible illness. When I got custody of her we discovered how long it had been since she was at a regular doctor’s visit or dentist. I took my niece to Rozenberg Dental. She is a beautiful person inside and out but the overcrowding of teeth diminished her beautiful smile. When my niece first started she needed to have extractions done work first. She opted for porcelain veneers. They created her beautiful smile.

She was thorough, created a welcoming atmosphere, educated me on what she was doing and it was clear she really enjoys what she does. She was able to repair my tooth better than it was before. I had severe dental pains that were actually caused by my now former dentist when he did my crown. She couldn’t figure out what was wrong after two consecutive visits. I deemed that dentist incompetent and went to see Dr. Rozenberg. She identified the problem right away and took very good care of the problem. Thank you so much Lana for taking away the pain!
One of the best dental offices I have ever gone to!! The hygienists are very knowledgeable and thorough with the cleaning. I only see Dr. Rozenberg for my yearly exam, but when I do see her, she can pick up right away my dental habits.My criticism is that the prices are extremely high at this dentist. $200 for a routine cleaning is a bit steep. And, a lot of the times the hygienist will push for me to buy a service I either dont want or need, like antibiotics/toothbrush/etc. All of a sudden, a $200 appointment turns into a $400 money pit. The last place I need to feel uncomfortable and having to politely say no thanks to a sales pitch is in the dentist chair. Especially for services that arent covered by insurance.Other than that, the office is gorgeous, the staff is friendly and highly skilled, the waiting times arent long. My teeth have never been healthier or look as nice. Overall I highly recommend this dental practice.
When you enter a dentists office and instantly feel welcomed you know youve come to the right place. The staff is friendly as is the hygienist and dentist. On top of that, the whole process was laid out from start to finish.
I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Rozenberg. My wait lasted about two minutes and the office itself was clean and new which was surprising looking at the building from the outside. The dental hygienist did a very good job and then I met with Dr. Rozenberg. She was very personably and friendly and gave me advice that I had never heard before. She told me I needed a deep cleaning which others might have been afraid to say before. She also impressed even after the appointment. I had mentioned a spot in my mouth that was bothering me and by the end of the appointment I had forgot to bring it up again . Not only did she remember the issue she called me five minutes after I left and told me to come in again whenever I had a minute. Five stars!!!

I needed to have some dental implants but the reason I held back from the procedure was because of my fear of dentists. I have been diagnosed with dentophobia and that’s no joke. I had explained this to Dr. Rozenberg who immediately understood my difficulty. She was so sympathetic to my needs and comfort. She is the dentist who goes above and beyond!

I love my new smile. I went to Rozenberg Dental when my tooth was accidentally I knocked right out of my head. I was devastated. I used Dr. Lana Rozenberg (E 63rd Street in Manhattan) for $20,000+ worth of dental work. During her work, she damaged the root of a healthy tooth causing me a month of intense pain. When I came back from vacation, I asked her to fix the damage she had done. She charged me another $2,000+! I didnt want to pay her as it was her negligence that caused the damage, but she had my credit card number and charged the card without my consent. All in all, a very bad experience, both in quality of work, as well as customer service.You can do much better !

Ive been using this office since Dr. Rozenberg took over the practice, probably 20 years ago. I trek into the city -- which is no longer convenient -- just to see Dr. Rozenberg. I trust her implicitly. I love all of her staff as well. You will not regret using her. Shes expensive, but you cannot mess around with teeth.

First went to Dr. Rozenberg for laser snoring treatment. The treatment worked wonders. My wife and I have since started using her as a dentist, and we are extremely happy. She is very pleasant and very competent.
I never heard of an inside-out facelift before I spoke to my sister in California. I researched and found Dr. Lana Rozenberg does a Smooth laser treatment. It took about 30 minutes, it was painless, and the results are unbelievable! I will never botox again!
Lana Rozenberg and her staff create a less than adequate patient experience. They even lie to patients about insurance coverage which is deplorable, and consistently over charge and charge for services that are not necessary. BEWARE of this dental practice. Her positive reviews if any are likely generated by her secretaries, and are FAKE, bc what Ive heard offline about her is not too good. There are hundreds of good dentists in Manhattan, thank god, and most of them will take your insurance and not LIE to you. Personally, when it comes to my teeth and my health I, as a doctorate myself, tend to pick doctors that I can trust. This is my advice, and will leave the decision up to you if you happen to read this review.
My son plays sports in school. During practice one day he called to tell me he broke a front tooth. I took him to Dr. Rozenberg. She was quick to get a temporary cap on it. A week or so later we were back for the permanent crown. His tooth looks great.

Waited almost 1 hour for an appt (was told 2pm on the phone yet 2:30pm at the desk) until I went up to the front desk to ask. Nobody said anything in the meantime. I came here for TMJ issues and have spent near $2k for treatment and several follow-ups.I wrote off the wait times until now but this time, things felt so overlooked. Dr. suggested doing pain therapy and I agreed (which I did during a previous appt on a same-day basis). She left. Time passed. I asked a nurse if I should wait and she literally said “Sorry, I was laughing when the Dr. was talking so I didn’t catch what she said.” Then silence.I asked if I should still stay and was finally told that the machine was broken. I should come another day.Seriously? Is this how you treat a patient? Delays and mistakes are fine but I felt completely ignored. Why do I have to ask so many questions to get attention? Am I not a paying patient like everyone else in here?
I had a front tooth extraction that was broke; to be followed by an implant. I have been a patient for over 25 years. The procedure went great; the temporary tooth installed was gorgeous and after 6 hours, once the novacaine wore off, i was pain free with a solid temp.mIf we move to Florida I will continue to fly up any dental procedure, other than a cleaning I guess.
I ran into a major issue when my implant broke. Doctor Lana was good about helping me fix it and get a new one sorted out. The office staff were great too.
Calling the dentist is just part of scheduling appointments. Having a dental office that really takes the time to contact you when you are managing something with insurance companies is wonderful. Their help has been unyielding.
Best cosmetic dentist in NYC Ive attended. I was so shocked at how smoothly things went! Since things went so well, I scheduled another appointment for each of my daughters and one for me.
I use to snore so loud I could blow the roof off the house. At least that is how my spouse described it. I went to Dr. Rozenberg and had a dual-wavelength laser treatment called NightLase. It has made an enormous difference and we are both sleeping much better now.
I found Dr.Rozenberg to be a caring professional. She has the latest innovations in dentistry and is adept at using her tools. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend her.

2022-02-07After a bad accident there was no way at my age I was getting dentures. I instead came to Dr. Rozenberg for dental implants. She did a great job and took the time to answer all of my questions and I had a lot of questions. She’s very professional and had me feeling comfortable and in good hands.

2022-02-01I have been a patient at Dr Rosenberg Dental for a couple month and I can definitely tell that Im in a right hands of the best technically gifted NYC dentist, who produced the results that had a profoundly positive impact on both my appearance and psyche . In my opinion Lana Rosenberg is the worlds most talented cosmetic dentist. She has an artistic vision, as well as expert knowledge and meticulous technique. Ive gone through gum treatment at her clinic many weeks ago . and Im so happy I chose the best NY dental clinic to get such serious surgery done . Because the results are amazing . my gums look healthy and beautiful . my recession used to be so bad that it really affected the look of my face and my smile in the worst way . Placing the new veneers to the level where the gum supposed to be would be a terrible mistake . Thats why Im so glad I chosed the best professional in this field - Dr Rosenberg . She can easily see what needs to be done to create the most aesthetically beautiful smile . I really wish I met Dr Rosenberg earlier . for many years I had ugly looking bulky veneers that I got done at NYU dentistry . I was afraid to smile, trying to cover my teeth with my hand or closed lips as much as possible for the past 7 years . Thankfully Dr Rosenberg proved me that theres no reason to live a miserable life hiding your smile . 2022-03-02I knew I needed to have a very good dentist for my veneers. I chose Dr. Rozenberg and she did a fantastic job. I am loving how my teeth look and feel, and cannot stop showing off my new smile.

2022-07-15Not a name dropper but I have seen more than one A-list celebrity in Dr. Rozenberg’s waiting room. My thought process leads me to the fact that if she is the dentist they choose when they can afford the very best, she must be the very best. Add to that how pleased I am with each procedure she has performed on me and I’m not going anywhere else anytime soon.
