I didn’t book with them because they are Over priced venue and they charge u for everything lights is extra $50 chairs are $250 extra u can’t put decorations on there wall which forces u to hire a planner 1800 for a Saturday 1700 for Sunday’s no decorations included and u only get the 5hours party time that includes set up time only plus is the venue is nice and clean looking but all these good reviews I see makes no sense to me u paying 1800 for 5hours and still have to get decorations,food drinks ,Dj ,event planner and still fit clean up time in the 5hours lol wat a joke I rented the riverdale mansion which came with a lot of square footage and was cheaper also my guess had parking and white glove service
I visited this place for my cousins baby shower. It was a lovely venue. Great spacing. Lighting was perfect. Might throw a bday party for my daughter here.
This is place is beautiful, clean and very spacious. They have speakers and warmers for your food and best of all the people are nice.

Had my baby shower here this past Sunday and it was incredible! Staff here is amazing. Couldn’t ask for anything better!
I just had an Welcome to teenage life party for my son here at Rsvp Event Hall on Saturday April 15th this place is so awesome the staff even more awesome Im already planning to another event in the future love love it...
Nice spot for a small celebration. Its fairly new so everything is nice. I would have an event here!!!

2021-08-01Very friendly staff. It is a great space for a nice event . It is not too big so you are able to decorate with ease and comfort and they have a rental company, so it makes it even easier to setup. The owner Ivor is a great guy who is very nice. Check them out and support if you want to work with professional people who are caring.

2021-10-27The venue is amazing spacious for a medium crowd. Clean easy to find . But finding parking wasnt so good as they dont offer parking. You must find parking on street. Get there early to find parking for any event you attend. Other than that its an ideal place. 👌

2021-12-29This place is the worst place to rent an event space especially now during the pandemic. I would have given them zero stars if it were an option. I made a down payment that was more than double the $500 they require you to put down to hold your date. The host as well as the person the party was for got sick and they refused to change the date. They also refused to give a refund.

2017-08-01I am Just amazed by this venue, I just had my 30th birthday here July 29th, 2017 and I was treated with the upmost respect and weloomed with opened arms. This is a very beautiful location and I cant wait to do another event here again. Thank you to Ivor the owner, His beautiful mother, the security guard and the clean up crew you all was awesome.

2017-05-27I didnt have a event there but i came to the space to view it since i was told they had availability for my dates (yes dates as i was flexible) . After spending a hour there discussing and picking a date, as well as discussing things the venue had to offer, Julia (i believe was her name) said to me she had no dates if i want to book in sept. I was really upset and taken back since i asked before spending so much time there and specified july or august since its a baby shower baby is due in sept !! She offered a small apology. Poor buisness ethic but i guess it for the best since i notice a Stop Work Order on the door of the venue.
