Dr Zach gives such personalized care, he is so knowledgeable and he really truly wants to heal the world. I have been to other chiropractors and he is so much more, he helps you heal yourself inside & outside and gets to the root cause of issues to help prevent future dis-ease.
Dr. Gower (or Zach as he kindly lets patients call him) is an incredible chiropractor. I was looking for someone who could help me during my first pregnancy in a holistic way, and he a been helping me with all of that and more. He is so knowledgeable about keeping humans healthy and his approach is warm, genuine and purposeful. He has no judgements. And is truly eager to help everyone he can. From the second you meet him, you really will feel the care he provides. His sincere approach has made all the difference. Even adjustments aside, I love my visits with him because I feel so good knowing there are doctors like him who really want the world to be a healthier and happier place. I almost don’t want to share him! But definitely see him for any and all health concerns. He really is everything he stands for.
I have been a patient of Dr. Zach Gower for several weeks. I have balance problems and difficulty with walking. My spinal adjustments with Dr. Gower have given me brief relief enabling me to feel stronger and more stable in movement. Dr. Gower is professional and competent in his program of care. Visits to his clinic are comfortable and affirming.
Dr. Zach Gower is the real deal when it comes to holistic healthcare. His approach is gentle and intuitive. I first went to see Dr. Zach after my second pregnancy and it was one of the best decisions Ive ever made. Seeing Dr. Zach regularly over the years has completely managed my pain, improved the quality of my sleep, and helps balance my anxious emotional state. He exudes calm and is as talented a communicator as he is a practitioner. Ive never felt as heard or as understood by any other chiropractor! He as the kind of manner that puts you at ease the moment you meet him. I trust Dr. Zach implicitly, so much so that hes worked with both of my children, and I highly recommend him to everyone I know.
Dr Zach is a gifted chiropractor and healer. Care in his office is truly life changing. Not only is he knowledgeable and precise in his adjustments, but he truly cares and connects with each and every person on the table- setting them up for healing and success in their life! Zach Gower is gentle, intuitive and really has a deep sense of how best to help a person align naturally. Zach Gower is an expert in his field. I was having neck pains from sleeping wrong and Zach was quick to diagnose the issue. Many chiropractors want to see as many clients in a day as possible so often times you don’t think you’re getting the attention you need. With Zach it’s different. He wants to learn as much as possible and you can tell that he’s really passionate about his work and gives each client the attention that they need. Highly recommended!

Finding Dr. Gower has been a huge blessing. I had always been nervous about using a chiropractor for my chronic back and shoulder pain. But Dr. Gower made me feel fully comfortable and explained the benefits of what he was doing in a manner that I easily understood. Dr Zachary is a gem of a person and doctor. He took the time to really listen to my needs and find the root cause of the problem. Dr. Zach is an outstanding Chiropractor! Ive received care from him for years while living in the Bay Area, but sadly I am unable to receive care as we both have moved to new areas. I had suffered from chronic low back pain for YEARS. I was having extremely sharp pain, shooting pains into my legs, and constant dull ache sensations in the front of my pelvis.After a few sessions I started to feel some improvements in the severity and duration of my symptoms. I never knew a thing about chiropractics and always had issues sitting still throughout the day. A friend recommended me to Dr. Gower and I couldnt appreciate his services more. Honestly, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I have been working with Dr. Zach for 6 weeks and I’ve been amazed at the changes in my own body. I originally went to address long-term postural concerns, but was additionally amazed to find my habitual anxiety calm and my feet more firmly on the floor even when life handed me the unexpected. Dr. Gower is a miracle worker! He has worked on both myself and my daughter. He is extremely genuine and passionate about helping and it really shows through his work.I had suffered from SI joint pain from weeks 24-39 of my second pregnancy. I was at the point that it would hurt to even walk. I met with Dr. Gower 2x a week and felt like a new person every time I left.My daughter had torticollis at 3 months old. Dr. Gower met with her 3x a week and spent 5-7 mins working on her each session. Within 6 weeks, her torticollis was gone and she was able to fully move her neck and head from one side to the other!

2022-05-13I always feel like a new person walking out the door of Ruach Chiropractic. Dr. Gower takes the time to listen and his approach goes beyond what I expected for a chiropractor. I went to get treatment for chronic neck pain/neuropathy, back spasms and sciatic and I walk away feeling better each visit. I could feel my body thanking me after each visit. I was skeptical of chiropractors after a bad experience, but glad I was referred to him by a friend and it has been well worth it.

His office/work space is well kept and always has an amazing atmosphere consisting of instrumental-meditative music & essential oils from a diffuser. 2022-08-02I used to have lower back pain and neck pain but after about a week of chiropractic treatment by Dr. Gower, I have no pain and feel amazing. I go a few times a week and feel great. Definitely recommend people go if they are experiencing any kind of pain and also if they want to learn more natural methods of healing. Dr. Gower is a true master of the craft.
