CSM finishing repaired my garage floor two years ago. It has held up beautifully! No shifting due to changes in temperature and it still looks as nice as the day it was installed. Jon, Natasha and their employees are very easy and nice to work with and very professional. I highly recommend them for their competence and quality work!
I had Tasha come out to provide a quote. I was told I would receive an email in 2 days. After 10 days of no response I called and was told I’d receive the quote. A week later I still don’t have it.Update. I received an email an hour after posting this saying that my job was too small and not a priority. Would have been nice to know when she was on site.Correct, Tasha. I wanted two surfaces bridged that were installed at about 4 years apart. No one got a negative review. Own it. A simple apology for not getting back to me two different times would have worked. My guess is any issue that may arise is always blamed on someone else.
Our epoxy garage floor looks great!! Natasha is very responsive and organized. The crew arrived as scheduled and cleaned up after each visit. I wish I did this years ago... the epoxy floor looks so much better than our old concrete floor, and keeping it clean will be easy. I highly recommend Rubber Stone New York.
Great people to work with. Wonderful product that exceeds expectation. My wife was unsure about replacing traditional pavers, but after a conversation with Natasha and looking at samples...she is really excited about the look, quality and warranty of the Rubber Stone product.
We hired Jon and his team to install rolled rubber flooring and turf at our gym, CrossFit Syracuse. Jon and Natasha were communicative and professional from the beginning. We had a quote within 24 hours of our initial phone call and the price was very competitive. Jon was very knowledgeable about products and installation techniques and helped us come up with the best plan for our needs. They were flexible with scheduling, understanding when our materials were delayed, and they fit us right in on short notice when the flooring finally did arrive. The crew worked quickly and worked long hours over the course of 2 days to help us meet a tight deadline to finish the space. They expertly problem solved a few unexpected issues that came up and we could not be happier with the final result. I highly recommend CSM Finishing and will use them again!

My garage floor was a mess! So last year we had CSM Finishing come and take care of our problem. Fast forward a year of parking on it over the winter of snow salt and sand a quick hose down and it looks like new. Its really a perfect solution. They are also a pleasure to deal with.

2021-11-07Your crew showed up as announced and completed the project in the projected time. They were professional and efficient and explained the process and answered our questions. We would highly recommend this product and your company. The only downside was that, once the garage was cleaned out and the new Rubber Stone floor installed, my wife decided it would be a good time to paint the garage walls and ceiling :). But as usual, the wife was right and the garage with the new floor looks great now.

2022-04-20The projects that I have had done by Rubber Stone New York are some of the best improvements that I have made to my house and property. In 2020 I had my back enclosed porch floor epoxied with a small flake and basement stairs covered with Rock n Rubber. Last year I had my driveway covered with a rubber overlay. All the projects were professionally and meticulously completed and it was great working with both Natasha, Jacob, Jon and the installation crews. Im enclosing a pdf with all the projects, before and after. I would definitely recommend them and plan to do more work in the future!

2021-06-21Natasha and Rubber Stone are what I will always think of when I am asked about an outstanding experience with a contractor/service provider. I cannot say enough about their professionalism and their attention to make sure we were happy with the installation of the product around our pool. A year later when an unusual issue arose, they came fixed the problem and researched how we can make sure this never happens again. I highly recommend them as a great company if you need any floor covering around your pool garage or other applications.

2021-04-10Natasha was great coming out for the estimate and evaluation of my basement for the flooring. We decided on rubber stone flooring for our finished basement that was previously carpeted. Johnny, Eric and Trey were all great with the installation. I am very happy with the product, the way the work was performed and all of the staff I interacted with. I would definitely do business with this company again.
