I cant believe they got out pet stains so effortlessly. I was working on these for awhile and I couldnt even make a dent in them. They said they wouldnt stop until the stains were out and they lived up to this promise. Couldnt be happier! As I write this, I’m watching my dog enjoy the stainless rug. Love that!
After they executed their cleaning process, they came to my home to drop off the Turkish rug, and they were very careful when placing it. They also realized I needed a new pad before they placed the rug, and I just found out from my wife that the replacement pad they gave us was 100% free. Amazing! Absolutely and truly amazing.

Last week, I had our 18-foot Persian runner cleaned and the fringes replaced. Fringes were hand stitched just like they were originally done, and they came out perfect. 2022-08-05Rug Cleaning Buchanan recently cleaned and repaired five rugs for us. The technicians were polite, professional, well-informed about Persian rugs, and always responded to our questions promptly and with patience and care. The rugs were also picked up and delivered on time from our home. I was very impressed with the quality of the rug cleaning service. Our rugs (one of which was over 20 years old) look brand new now. Rug Cleaning Buchanan provided us with excellent customer service and superb work products at a reasonable price. My experience with this company couldnt have been better and I definitely recommend it.

2022-05-07After I got an art deco rug at an auction last year, I realized that I needed an efficient rug cleaning service to make the rug spotless and sanitary. Thats what led me to Rug Cleaning Buchanan. When I called them, I told the customer service rep that I needed a quick clean, and they understood exactly what I needed. Took them just two days to clean the rug, and when they were done I was in disbelief. The rug looked way better than it did when I got it at the auction. Wonderful job!

2022-06-13My handwoven rugs are in great condition in large part because I have Rug Cleaning Buchanan do rug cleaning for me on a routine basis. Specifically, they clean these rugs every other month, and because these rugs are not subject to foot traffic, they are almost never in harms way. Id be devastated if anything happened to these, but with Rug Cleaning Buchanan taking care of the rug maintenance, I dont have to worry about them disintegrating unexpectedly one day.

2022-03-25I simply cant envision a scenario in which they disappoint me. Theyve shown my wife and I on numerous occasions that they care about our satisfaction, and thats what we love most. 2022-07-23I am very satisfied with the rug cleaning service I received from Rug Cleaning Buchanan. I have dogs at home, so you can imagine how bad my rug looked. They turned my old stinky rug into a beautiful new-like piece of interior design. You can get a quote over the phone - they are very responsive. I will definitely bring my other rugs in as well.
