He gave me a fair estimate for the work. Johnny & his wife arrived in time on the Monday and thoroughly cleaned all my carpets. Theyre like new! I cant recombend them enough! From the first contact phone call to the carpet cleaning itself, this was a great experience. I had had another company that had cleaned the carpets of my rental home and they did a horrible job. After rug cleaning port chester came, the carpet is as close to new as they can possibly be. I also received a military discount which was extremely helpful to me. Thanks to everyone! Extremely happy with the service On time pickup. Before schedule time delivery. And my carpet that needed deep work due to doggie fur and what not, came back soft and fluffy!!really happy and recommend rug cleaning port chester.

Junior and danny showed up right on time and were both an absolute pleasure to deal with. It was laid out meticulously and great attention was paid to how it was laid. The gentleman was courteous and provided me with helpful advice regarding care and information regarding the rugs themselves. I would recommend this company to anyone.

In the end we chose not to undertake some repairs but at no point did we feel pressured. If we later change our minds we will definitely come back to this company if i need rug cleaning service.
