Lana Ruggiero has been our buyers agent and we cannot overstate how responsive she was to all of our questions and requests. We were not familiar with the terminology and all of the papers needed in the process of buying a home. She excellently answered questions related not only to broker activity but also kindly offered us assistance with understanding some legal documents and gave advice several times that could save us several thousand dollars. She is energetic, knowledgeable, highly professional, and incredibly generous with her time; always willing to help. Lana was everything I needed her to be. I live 500 miles from the property I was trying to sell and she guided me through the entire process, gave me advice when I needed it, and best of all had a buyer for me within a week or so of listing. This isnt the first time Ive sold a house, but it was the easiest.She made what could have been a frustrating experience a piece of cake. Id highly recommend Ruggerio Realty to anyone.
