I ordered a round Nain rug that is absolutely beautiful and the colors are even more brilliant than the picture of the rug on the website.The order was processed quickly and arrived very fast. No delays.I definitely recommend this company and the gorgeous handmade carpets. Without a doubt I will be going back to this site to purchase again.
Daniel is amazing. He did everything he said he would. He even brought one of the rugs to New York City so we could see it in a show room in person. Without the obligation to purchase. We ended up purchasing the rug and he had it delivered immediately. We loved it so much we bought two more rugs from him a few weeks later. Thank you so much!
This review is long overdue.My wife and I were looking for traditional Persian rugs for recently purchased house. We were skeptical about how it would fit and trying hard to match it with the furniture we had purchased and were waiting for delivery. We also had a difference of opinion for the choice of colors. We stumbled on this website on google and as it was near our residence, gave a call and were greeted by Daniel Harouni. We agreed to meet on a Friday. He was waiting for us and as amateurs in this department, Daniel educated us on the types of Persian rugs. We eventually liked one and Daniel was kind enough to personally bring it to our house and lay it down. After a day or two we had a change in mind and were not happy with the color, Daniel was exceptionally accommodating and took the rug back. I had promised him that we will be back once our furniture arrives so that we have a better idea of what we wanted. I called Daniel 3 months later ( delay in furniture deliveries due to Covid-19) and he informed me that he is out of town and his brother Sammy will be expecting us the day I would want to go.We selected 3 rugs and similar to Daniel, Sammy was equally accommodating to our request and very patient as well. He had brought those 3 rugs ( 9x13 size) to our house and let us keep them and decide in a day or so. The next 2-3 days we went back and forth and even liked another rug which he delivered just to lay it down and finalize one. Mind me had not paid anything yet. Eventually we finalized an antique Gazwin rug and then both Sammy and Daniel were accommodating to our price.In all I would say both are exceptional business men and respect the requirements of their clients and are very accommodating. Also, the choice of rugs is enormous, by far one of the biggest warehouse I have seen.Trust me they have a better collection than big name stores including Bloomingdales and their prices are second to none. You will not be disappointed dealing with these gentlemen.Excellent collection of rugs and probably one of the largest rug warehouse I have seen. Will upload the pictures soon.
I found the staff to be open, courteous, willing to share their time and truthful--unfortunately not what we sometimes hear about rug merchants. The price for a very nice rug was very reasonable, with prompt shipping.Not only have I recommended them to others, I look forward to my next purchase from them.

I have been in the market for a rug and came upon this site through Google. The prices are reasonable and I wanted to make sure the rugs were too. My rug showed up today (5 days from order) and it’s not only a quality rug but the colors are richer than the picture. I’ll be back to buy another rug!

2021-04-23I ordered 2 antique orientals from Rugs.net - I was nervous as its a big purchase -- But they arrived in four days AND they were beautiful. One is 9.5 x 13.5 feet and they packed it well and I was so thrilled when they arrived! I am ordering from them again! Daniel was a hug help to and guided me from purchase to delivery!

2021-04-11I purchased a medium to small Persian Shasan carpet as depicted, for its saturated blue and crimson and beige colors to go with rugs in living room. It is a beauty. I was told it was both new and semi-antique. Not sure how that works. It is everything they described, and no pad was necessary because of a piece of leather affixed to corners. The chat guy dissuaded me from buying a pad. It works fine with the surrounding rugs, which do have pads. The piece came in less than a week. I could not be happier with my experience, and I would rate Rugs.net right up there with the competition. The new rug holds its head up with an 80 year old Persian next to the door a large, opulent, room-sized Anatolian carpet, and a red and blue tribal showpiece on the other side. Thank you, Rugs.net!

I contacted Daniel from the website and he was very thorough and helped us find the perfect Persian rug for our living room . What amazes me is how quickly they were able to ship the rug by FedEx .
