I was a Bride in a pinch after our wedding shuttle transportation cancelled on us TWO days before our wedding, and Russell picked up the phone and saved the day! He provided clean, safe buses for our 100 guests and the drivers were punctual and kind. I would recommend Russell and RVP Tours to anyone!!
Russell and his team were great to work with. We needed 8 chartered coach buses in 2 days notice. They were able to provide the service, and were very professional to work with. The drivers were very friendly and helped load and unload passengers

2022-06-09Astoria Lutheran School has been using RVP for various school trips for the last 4 years.The buses are clean and have working AC. The drivers are friendly and always on time.When you give Russell a call he is very polite and helpful and accommodating. We will definitely use them next year for our school trips.

2022-03-27I chartered a bus to bring a marching band into Manhattan on Saint Patricks day. We had multiple early morning pick ups and other stops to make throughout the day. Everything went off without a hitch. The service was great. I will definitely be using Russells company again.

2022-05-17We’ve chartered buses many times with RVP Transportation for trips from NYC to Albany and Washington DC. Russell is great to work with, and all the bus trips have gone off without a hitch. The bus drivers are very nice and helpful too.

2022-02-13I used the service for my son 10 bday party. The driver Claude was on time actually early. He got us there and back safely. Their rates are very good. If I have another party or need a bus I will call them.

2022-05-16RVP transported 50 people round trip from the TWA Hotel to a party in Williamsburg Brooklyn. I was quite concerned that it would all come together but it went off without a hitch. When the narrow and crowded streets were hard to navigate the driver kept in touch and we were able to choose a better place to meet. Thank you RVP!

2022-05-26Other than being somewhat difficult to get a hold of (although so was I so it goes both ways), Russell had things work out perfectly for our event. I’ve heard a lot of people have to wait after their event ends on the buses they ordered, but ours was their right on time. You can’t ask for more than that.

2021-12-12I needed a mini bus to take a small group to Army Navy. After sitting on hold with several companies for way too long, I tried calling RVP and Russell answered immediately! He got me scheduled and communicated regularly leading up to our event and on the day of. The bus was clean, on time and perfect for us. The drivers were amazing (thx Benny and Tony!). The whole day was so much easier because of this company. I will definitely call for my future transport needs. Thx so much!
