High quality compounded drugs but slow to fill and ship.
I love this pharmacy. I get my cats specially compounded medication here. I live in the Bronx and I wish I were closer so that I could use it for my personal needs. I told my veterinarian about them. The staff is very nice, the store is clean, the compounding section is fantastic, and they offer soooo much in the way of medicines. Great pharmacy.
Great customer service. My first experience with Rye Beach Pharmacy was for a compounded medication with a confusing prescription situation which needed resolution in a short period of time. The Rye Beach Pharmacy folks did everything necessary, always kept me informed, got the medication to me on time and at the best price I could find anywhere. Highly recommended.

Staff are incredibly rude. Came to pick up a prescription for in-laws and one of the older women working there was rude and condescending. This is AFTER they said they didnt have the medication when they actually did.
The staff could not have been more helpful. They steered me to all the proper recuperative equipment for my ailing mother, filled the presciptions like champs and made the headaches (mine) go away! Highly, Highly, recommended.
Not only were they pleasant and helpful with getting me a compounded Rx for my dog on short notice while we were visiting in White Plains but they delivered it to my hotel AND it was less expensive than what I have been paying at home.
They had a medication that no other pharmacy in Westchester had or could compound, they did it easy as pie, and with smiles on their faces.
I got the bimix compound prescription from Rye Beach pharmacy and I say that this medication I got from them is the best I have ever experienced in term of action and quality, easily surpassed other compounding labs anywhere!
This pharmacy is very realible and friendly staff..five star!

At the time of day I want to place was actually clean very busy the only disappointment that I had was that the medication I needed wish outdated on their shelves and I could not fill my prescription which I had to scramble around To fill otherwise very decent very up chap very very polite Staff was a pleasure doing business there

2021-11-23Had a prescription sent electronically on Thursday afternoon. Went to the pharmacy 2 hours later. Told they did not have it as yet. Took my name and number so they could call when ready. Friday afternoon 2pm I get a call why? To confirm the prescription. Still waiting for the call that its ready. Now its Monday, finally get the call! 96 hours for a prescription! Thankfully this was not a life saving drug. If it was......well this would be in my obituary.....Untimely prescription kills patient!

2021-09-16This is a horrendous, bordering dangerous, pharmacy. Not only are they incapable of making accurate medications, posing a tremendous health risk to patients, their customer service is also one of the worst.1. Once they accidentally made a medication 10x the prescribed strength (instead of prednisolone 1mg/ml, it was made as 10mg/ml). If I did not have the habit of checking bottle labels, it would have essentially killed my 5-lb dog.2. They pride themselves in offering deliveries. But meds that are supposed to be refrigerated are often delivered on hot summer days without any ice packs and left by front door, exposed to direct sunlight.3. I no longer trust their deliveries, so I opt for pickup when requesting refills via their automated service. Even then, meds end up getting delivered because they do not actually check what customers have requested then charge for delivery.4. Using stored credit card information, they once charged me $700 instead of the correct amount, which was $70. They did not correct this transaction until I found something was off and reviewed the receipt.Yesterday, meds were delivered to my doorsteps even though I had indicated clearly I would pick them up instead. They came with ice packs that were actually filled with warm liquids. I contacted the pharmacy and requested to have them re-made. I also confirmed I would receive a call when they are ready to be picked up. Today I got them delivered again (to my shock) and was charged again for the meds + delivery. Simply ludicrous.

2020-12-30Highly recommend! My Dr sent a script there specifically for a specialty medication that I needed in a timely fashion. They had it ready ASAP and it was a super easy transaction being a first time customer. The staff were all very helpful and attentive. I wish I lived closer to make this my new regular pharmacy.

2021-08-02We had a veterinary compounding prescription to fill, and the vet usually uses an online pharmacy. However, I preferred to use Rye Beach pharmacy compounding center because of decades of positive experiences with Rye Beach pharmacy and their amazing staff and services, and also because it was a heat wave and I didn’t want it traveling in a very hot delivery truck coming from another State. It turns out I was blessed to have used Rye Beach Pharmacy Compounding Center because we ran into trouble and they were able to fix it. My cat was throwing up, we thought probably from the flavor because doxy is nasty tasting and they try to add just a little so as not to dilute it too much. Mario and Ray the pharmacist offered that I could bring back the rx and they would add more tuna flavor to see if that would work, and they even gave me an extra amount in another flavor in case the tuna didn’t work. Well, it worked like a charm and the cat was able to keep down the medicine. That solution would never have worked out if we had used an online pharmacy because they would not have been able to offer a same day fix like that. So happy I chose a local pharmacy I know I can trust!Rye Beach pharmacy Compounding Center to the rescue!

2021-03-25Ive been using Rye Beach for the entire family for 3 years. They are extremely responsive and reliable and they pay attention to what they are doing. I route all of our pharmacy needs to them, including many of our maintenance meds and just pay out of pocket. Caremark is just too painful to deal with.
