On May 21st 2022 I called Rye Ford to schedule a test drive. I received an email confirmation shortly after with confirmation for May 26, 2022 at 3:45 pm appointment. Upon arriving i was told they needed to check inventory and I should have known a problem was in the works. Sure enough they tell me they do not have the car for test drive. Unprofessional, unfriendly staff and no courtesy.
I needed an oil change bur did not have a appointment but was in the area. They were kind enough to squeeze me in and take care of my needs. Very helpful, very professional!
Went in for standard maintenance. They were courteous and explained everything they recommended clearly. I had no complaints and will continue to visit Rye Ford.
Been a Rye Ford Customer for almost 10 years and they always roll out the Red Carpet in Sales and Service. Osman and Rich always take of my family when we purchase our vehicles and Paula does a great job in the service department.
It took three weeks to get a service appointment. The price quoted for the service I needed was a third more than others quoted for the same service. No loaner cars are offered

Bad customer service from Michael. Was told that my vehicle was in stock and would be waiting for me today but when I reached out to continue the paperwork process I was told that vehicle had sold.
I went to Ford Rye with previous experience with for as I was already driving a mustang and wanted to upgrade. The staff was patient and knowledgeable. They explained the process clearly, no hidden fees and broke down warranty options clearly and patiently. I walked away with a newer Mustang feeling like i didnt get conned or tricked into anything I didnt want/need. Osman and his colleagues took care of the paper work and process and kept me up to date with it as well. Id highly recommend them if you are in the market for a good quality vehicle. Me and my wife drove over an hour from where we live and it was all worth it cause they got us our Ford Bronco at a decent price. Unlike the dealership near our places who wants almost double the down-payment AND more monthly, the guys from Rye Ford was upfront and straightforward. Loyal customer for 7 years, but not anymore! Asked for a simple state inspection/service appointment, and after almost half an hour of being given the runaround was told that the next availability was in a month! Who do they think they are, a doctors office?
My visit was awesome! Glen made me feel welcomed and answered all my questions & always touched base with on letting me know the status of my car. Enjoyed the waiting area . Everything was so nice and cleaned and comfy . Unexpected for a service area . 5 stars for glen and Rye Ford!
Staff at service department are excellent. Service department is excellent. Loaner vehicles are always available upon request. Everyone there is very professional. Tamar in the service department is always professional and knowledgeable.
We had a very good experience working with Cory and the dealership. They found us a car, even in this low inventory market, and we were in a new car within a week. The buying process was very easy as well. They took care of all the paperwork and we didnt have to worry about a thing.
I wanted to lease the smaller version of the Ford Escape. I went into the dealership at the time of my appointment and the salesman was not there. He was on vacation?? Okay. Off to a great start! They hand me off to this other guy. He’s older and sits in the middle. (This was 2 years ago but I want to lease a Ford again but am reluctant bc of my past experience). Anyway, I tell him which car I want and he says “oh no. That’s no good for you. You’re too tall”. Um, really???? Then he goes on to tell me that the car is made in India. This was obviously meant to deter me further after his comment about my height. (I’m 5’10). He then went on and on about the Escape being far superior, blabla, absolutely tone deaf to my desire to lease this particular model. Clearly this was about his commission. I was so disgusted that I went and leased a Nissan. Now I want the Escape again but the thought of walking into that dealership pains me.

I purchased my first Subaru, a certified pre-owned Forester with the help of Michael at Rye Subaru. I had a great experience and found a car I absolutely love. About 2 months later, I experienced battery trouble and was of course very concerned about additional out of pocket expenses on a car so new to me. However, Rye Subaru troubleshooted the issue and replaced my battery with no charge or questions asked. I so appreciated the quality customer service, for what otherwise could have been a very frustrating experience. Thank you!
Personnel were courteous, friendly, helpful and listened. They reacted quickly to my inquiry on-line and scheduled me so meet with someone and test drive the car I saw on-line and was primarily interested in driving. It was a quick, efficient and safe process. I would definitely recommend doing business again with these folks!
Rye Fords word is golden. They communicate well with their corporate office to honor a salesperson or sales managers promise even if it in not within their normal policy. They also work as a team with Rye Subaru when trying to make a deal. I was very pleased with how my experience went. I would highly recommend them for new or used cars
The customer service from Paula was spectacular from the moment I walked in through the time I left. I needed new tires and brakes after 50k miles, which was a little costly but was the going rate and necessary to keep me and my family safe. My car is riding like a brand new car right now and definitely appreciate the service teams work.
I brought my car in for installation of a new sideview mirror. The job was done perfectly.While the car was there, the excellent staff noticed an issue and upon further inspection found that I had wires chewed by squirls or some other animal trying to escape the cold. They fixed that problem and I had my car, working perfectly, the same day. I was very pleased.
Rodney in sales is great. Richard Pierorazio the business manager is an absolute tool. He was a tool 3 years ago when leasing and was a tool 3 years later when I was purchasing the leased vehicle. Use Rodney but close the deal at another dealership.
I was treated very well here. Ask for Osman he was friendly and helpful with no pressure. Some car dealers judge people when they walk through the door, I didnt get that feeling at all here, I came in wearing my work cloths (plumber) and I didnt get the cold shoulder like I have before in other dealerships.
Anthony Smith at Rye Subaru Ford made the process of buying my used Subaru Outback super simple. He was beyond helpful in evaluating my available options on the lot. I actually bought my car a few years ago and its still performing great!
This is a nice smaller to average size dealership. They were very responsive to email communication and did not pressure for additional contact information. All responses were accurate, helpful, and to the point. I made an appointment to see the vehicle I was interested in. They called on the morning of the appointment to confirm my meeting and to confirm that the specific vehicle was still available. I met with salesperson Sean. He was extremely personable and we went for a long test drive. Negotiations were productive and there was no pressure or gamesmanship. We agreed on a price and a value for my trade in. Meeting with the business manager was also straightforward and no pressure for extras - just an informed explanation of what was available so I could decide for myself. I purchased the vehicle, they took care of the paperwork very efficiently, and I drove out in my new Expedition the same day. I would recommend this dealership and I would recommend Sean.
I have been buying and leasing cars since I was 22...i have always had a misserable experience..this people are different..they are honest .. sufficient..fast..you dont spend hours trying to negotiate..my sales man was so sweet..the manager was honest and very fast found me what i could afford.a beautiful certificate preown Ford explorer..i love the place the people the car. Recommend this car dealerships highly and I never recommend anyone before..

My experience with Rye Ford is disappointing and reprehensible. I have purchased 2 cars from FordRye and have experienced inconsistent and misinformation from their past employees when it comes to my cars warranty. When I went in to get my rear differential and transmission fixed under warranty the treatment I received was unprofessional and unhelpful. First, the one associate Richard Pierorazio ( Business Manager) just assumed I could not speak English and had someone come over and speak in me in Spanish as he flopped warranty folder on the desk and walked away. Chris Pierorazio ( Business Manager) spoke to me when we were BUYING two cars, but did not speak to my mom or me when we had problems with the cars. Just delegated us to someone else who spoke to us in Spanish. Me and my mother are Americans. I felt very disrespected. I was misinformed in the service department by previous employees that my car was covered under mileage, not years, a misinformation from their high employees turnover in this dealership (Employee turnover refers to the number or percentage of workers who leave an organization and are replaced by new employees). I wonder how FordRye hired unprofessional employees who provided wrong information to customers? I was given no help, no assistance, no customer appreciation, no customer retention, just a lot of excuses and insincere sorry from Sebastian Dacosta ( Sales Manager) as I was dismissed. After I spent $45,000 dollars in this dealership. I got no customer attention, no alternative solutions, no customer appreciation and any customer retention . After this situation. How can I repeat business in FordRye? It is my absolute, unequivocal belief that after this bad experience and bad energy that this dealership is a big waste of money and time.
I took my car to Rye because another much closer Ford dealer could not fix it after I dropped the car off there twice.When I arrived Dennis Arias greeted me, and had me show him exactly what the issue was with the climate control. When I picked up the car, it worked perfectly.Additionally, I had a question and left a message to Dennis, who promptly returned the call.Outstanding service.Sales is great too.
Rudest most unpleasant salesman around. Scheduled an appointment to meet about a new truck and had to reschedule (literally 15 min after I made the appointment) due to a family emergency and when I called back to reschedule the salesman was rude and down right nasty. Wouldn’t step foot in this dealership ever. Things are so bad there they had to hire a customer relations manager (she is very nice and apologetic and really tried her hardest) but I couldn’t get over the disrespect

I was in a bind. My car just about had it. I walked into Rye Ford and spoke with Jason Spencer who was a great help! I explained my needs for a pick up truck and that I didnt know how long I had with the car I was driving. He assured me that he would help me find the perfect truck for me. Within a weeks time he had called and let me know that a truck was in for me to check out. It was perfect! The two salesmen, Jason and Vinny, were extremely helpful and courteous. I am now a happy truck owner! Thank you!
Once again, the entire Rye Ford/Subaru team has exceeded my expectations. Angelo K. listened carefully to our needs and in the most friendly and patient way offered us a number of cars to select from...no pressure, lots of support. Once we decided, Rich P. in finance put together a perfect loan package and warranty. It is always a pleasure to visit genuinely nice people, like Bill B. And when the time comes, the service department is equally efficient and friendly. My family has been coming here for decades and weve never been disappointed.
Last month I leased my fourth and fifth Ford from Rye Ford. I have been a customer since 2002. I do not know much about cars, and generally feel that any car will do as long as it is safe and reliable. I come back to Rye Ford for the service, both sales and service. The staff are friendly and helpful. The sales staff are knowledgeable and helpful. They have never wasted my time and have always steered me towards the right decision.Sometimes it would be more convenient to have the cars serviced closer to home, but I feel that the service staff is honest and reliable. When they promise they will have the car ready, they always seem to be right on time.
Dropped off a vehicle for a particular problem and figured check and fix everything while it’s there.They fixed everything but the original problem that I had.Told me they needed to order that part and it was on rush order “call you as soon as it comes in”.That was almost 3 weeks ago.
Insufficient communication from Veronica. Dont even waste the valuable time you have as a shopper here. Spent over an hour on the phone back and forth coordinating a purchase. After I placed a deposit the manager decided to sell the truck (probably to a friend as other reviews have stated), I traveled over an hour to go purchase this vehicle to then be called on the way that the truck was sold.
This is the 4th vehicle Ive purchased through Rye Ford. Ive been delighted with the sales department and the finance process as well. Everyone is friendly and accommodating.

Ive had multiple issues with the air conditioning in my 2015 Ford Explorer that couldnt be fixed at another dealership after a long string of visits. Finally I decided to try another dealer after a friend highly recommended Rye Ford. Suffice to say, Im very happy with the overall experience. In less than a day, my Explorer was fixed and I can put these A/C issues behind me just in time for the hot part of the summer. They were fast, courteous, and most importantly there was no waiting when I arrived to drop of my car. I would highly recommend dealing with Rye Ford.
Terrible communication from the service department. Needed to bring my car in for repairs. Called on Friday and they said the service center was full, but theyd definitely have space Monday. Called on Monday to hear that the service center was full, but theyd DEFINITELY have space Wednesday. Called back on Wednesday (today) to hear that they were still full, but would have space Monday next week. I understand that the flow of cars coming in for repairs can be unpredictable, but it seems they could take the customers name or call the customer back when space becomes available. The very least they could do is NOT give out misleading promises of availability.
I was very much interested in leasing an Expedition from Rye Ford, however my salesman Osman never reached back out to me. I visited the dealership on 10/16. We spoke about lease options. He promise to call me the following day. The following morning, I emailed him my applications. I followed that up with an email later that day, after not hearing from him and he called me back around 7:15p that evening. He stated that he gave my information to his swap manager to see if a particular vehicle was available. He stated he would be off the next day (Thursday) but would get back to me on Friday. Friday came and went without a phone call. On Saturday, I stopped by the dealership to talk to Osman. He was with a customer. He explained that he still had not heard anything from the other dealership and that he wasn’t surprised. I waited for him for about 10 minutes but had to leave. I asked him to give me a call so we could discuss a vehicle. I have not heard from his since.Certainly not the way I expected to be treated.I placed a call to another Ford dealership the following week, filled out an application and took delivery of a vehicle four days later. It’s unfortunate that Osman did not have the time to lease me a vehicle.
I signed a buyers order filled out credit app and put a $500 deposit down and now the salesperson has not returned my emails calls for 10 days . I had to call Amex to dispute the charge. Horrible way to do business. Sales person was Rodney Bullock

To whom it may concern,On October 16th, I called Rye Ford Service to make an appointment for a break booster repair. I had just found out through Goodyear that my brakes were fine but the break booster was the issue. The honest mechanic at that location informed me that Ford is offering the repair for free. I called ford and told them that I am having trouble getting the car to stop and I just found out it was NOT a brake issue BUT a break booster issue. I was told that the earliest appointment they have for this repair was on November 3rd and that I can call other locations to check for earlier appointments. I was told its a labor intensive job and it will take a day. I was fine with that. I dropped the car off Sunday night via overnight drop off. Around 1030 am I get a call from Service Advisor stating that they need to first diagnose the problem and that it will be a $130 fee. I explained to him that Ive been waiting for this appointment since October 16th and now they tell me they need to diagnose it first? Why couldnt I bring it in sooner and then bring it back on nov3rd after the diagnostic confirms it the parts ordered and available. So sure enough, a mechanic just pressing his foot on the gas at Goodyear told me what a diagnostic at ford found out, it was a faulty break booster indeed. So Service Advisor said he will get everything in within an hour and It will be done by the end on Monday. Then he calls me to tell me that they need to replace a rusty panel of some sort and that will need to ordered and it will be in tomorrow. Again, I said fine because the care would be ready on nov4th. I call service around 4pm on Tuesday and they said they were still working on it and to call first thing Wednesday morning. I am already 3 days into my rental at this point. I get the car home Wednesday at closing and get home to find that the brake lights are stuck. I immediately call Ford and tell them I am bringing the car back because the brake lights wont turn off and I will need to jump the car in the morning . I drop the car off with brake lights on, engine off, and leave note with the issue. I am sure you can check surveillance from police station across the street or your private surveillance that it was just the brake lights. Thursday morning, I get a call from another service advisor saying that my hazard light sensor needs replacement and that the brake lights are fine. I tell him that wasnt the issue I had, it was the brake lights. He said Its not something we did, you came in for an oil change right? Then he attempted to explain how one can go in for an angiogram and have other issues from that??!! Thats when I had to let him know that he is clueless on what I came in for and that if he had read up about what I bought my car in for he would have known that before talking to me. Previous service advisor calls me back and apologizes and takes care of the brake light issue. He mentioned that my car needed to be jumped and also that my hazards were disabled years ago at my request because I did not want to pay$600 for a sensor. My wife gets the car Thursday night, we finally return our rental. I drive the car Friday morning and the check engine light comes on. I feel like the work that was done to get to this brake booster has bought upon all these new issues and now I want to know what to do about this check engine light. I called the service manager after not receiving a response to my email. She agreed to have service check it out to rule out the possibility that their work causes these issues. Service called me and said it was a sensor issue and it would cost $600. I pulled the car out and had a diagnostic done at good year and they came back clean. They said one of the caps was loose. I am so fed up with Ford Service. I am no longer going to purchase a ford because of this place
My family has been doing business with Rye Ford Subaru sales and service for decades. I have recommended several friends that were in the market for a new Ford to visit the showroom. Anthony Gualdino the sales manager and his team have always taken excellent care of everyone I have referred and welcomed them like they were family. The service team is always accommodating and I couldnt imagine ever going elsewhere to have my car serviced.

I am so happy to have found Rye Ford! Before finding Ford, I used to have a Rav4 which I really liked. I decided to see what else was out there and found I loved the Ford Escape even more! I loved my first Ford Escape so much that I got from them, I just leased another one! Jason Spencer is a man who knows cars inside and out. Any question I had, he was able to answer without hesitating. He is extremely knowledgeable and was very helpful throughout the whole process. It is a friendly environment and the other staff there, Anthony, Bill, Osman, Rich, Daniel, Vinny and David were welcoming as well. A great experience overall and I would recommend them to all!
The service from my sales rep, Daniel was incredible. From the moment I walked in I never felt like was being sold a car. He was helpful, and knowledgeable where he was able to help me get the car I needed within the budget I had set, he and his manager Anthony were a great help and gave me a more than fair price on my trade in. Service advisor Tamar Thomas and Ford mechanic (?Angelo) were phenomenal; they pleasantly persevered until they figured out the problem with my F150 and repaired under warranty.
I am a returning customer, I had a very good experience with my first used truck that I bought from Rye Ford so it was an easy choice when I was looking to purchase another Ford. FYI, I purchased my second truck without any second thoughts. Mr.Bender (salesman) is a straightforward guy, easy to talk to.
If you care about value, avoid this dealer. At the point of sale, the vehicle was switched at the last moment and told the replacement was identical. It wasnt and was lacking in options. Hence, I would view this as theft. The service operation is horrendous. Several repairs requiring me to immediately return because they werent done properly, charges for repair parts that didnt resolve the problem, and a disorganized management spearheading this mess are part of this grand buffet. The G.M. doesnt like to accept blame so be prepared to be told youre biased, which I found surreal. The Service Mgr. Darlene has too much on her plate and is in fact a source of one of the dealers 5 star reviews. Beware of the Service Bay Mgr. If he picks up the scent of a warranty repair, those repairs being less profitable suddenly take a lower priority. Although I havent met the absentee owner, the question becomes is it a case of extreme love of profit or a penchant for larceny?
I previously only drove luxury cars and thought that I was trading down. Yes, I was a snob! I wanted to explore driving an SUV. I met with Jason who was so knowledgeable and told me everything I needed to know about my Escape. He made my decision so easy. I love the vehicle and would not buy any other car than a Ford from Rye Ford.In addition, as I was in the showroom I had the pleasure of meeting other members of the Rye Ford team. I hope I get all the names.....Bill, Vinny, Anthony, Dave, Osman and Daniel. They were ALL the textbook definition of Service Excellence. Kudos and Thank You to Rye Ford.
Jason Spencer and Rye Ford combined to be my best car buying experience ever. Jason listens to what you want and then tries to find the best match. You dont ever get the feeling that he just wants to sell you anything so he can make a sale. He guides you through the process with all his knowledge. He is an extremely helpful and no-pressure sales guy that felt like someone who genuinely wants to help you find what you need. he helped me build my dream car and placed an order. The car arrived in less than 7 weeks and all the process was taken care of. He and Anthony Gualdino (General Manager) insured that everything was ready on the delivery date and I literally did all the paperwork and delivery formalities in less than 30 minutes. All paperwork, registration, insurance, and even car license plate were ready on delivery date. Im really impressed and in my opinion this is how your car buying experience should be. Highly recommend them and their team for all your Ford Needs!!
Best Ford dealer in Westchester county these people treat you well, take care of your car to took my car there I didnt like city world Ford. Where I bought my focus from they fixed all my warranty issues and they gave me a loner all three times. I love this dealer I will take my other ford there to, Techs are very good to I recommend this dealer.
Daniel De Barros couldnt have been more helpful with our new 2017 Escape lease. We walked in on Weds 8/24 and picked up our Escape on 8/29. Completely pleasant and painless transaction! He kept in touch via email and phone, and seemed happy to go the extra mile for us without asking. The best part was, if we had decided not to sign any commitment on 8/24 he wouldve still been just as polite and helpful, no pressure. I think THAT was really the deciding factor for us, since weve had very pushy, aggravating leasing experiences in the past. All the positive Yelp reviews for Rye Ford are completely accurate. We anticipate many more happy dealings with them!
STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. They are completely unprofessional. I brought my car for service and I had been informed by the service manager Darlene that my car would be ready at 1:00pm. When I called at 12:00 to follow up with the status of my vehicle I was on hold for 15 mins before I was finally transferred to customer service representative and they informed me that they couldn’t find my vehicle in the system 🤔. So I finally came in at 1 to pick up my vehicle to find that it wasn’t even touched. I was informed that the techs had a lot of cars ahead of me but they still took my vehicle anyway knowing that they wouldn’t get around to it today. Absolutely unprofessional. Needless to say I’m not taking my car back there for service at all.

This was my first time purchasing a vehicle from Rye Ford. It was honestly, THE BEST car buying experience Ive ever had!! Just bought a brand new F150 platinum. The sales consultant, Daniel and his manager, Anthony, really made the entire process so easy and comfortable for me. It was like I was buying a car from a friend (no pressure!). Daniel was also really knowledgeable, and answered all 100 of my questions haha. He took all of my needs into consideration, and helped put me into a truck that really made sense for me. We just purchased our 2nd car from Daniel DeBarros & the experience was great! He makes the process so seamless & without stress. I dont think i would ever buy a car from anyone else. Overall not a bad dealership, trust me Ive dealt with much worse. The sales people are friendly and seem to know what there talking about, but they could be a little more attentive. I havent tried the service department yet so I cant really comment on that.
A few years ago my wife (then fiancé) and I needed a new car. With a wedding on the way we knew we wanted something reliable, but something that wouldn’t break the bank either. Working with Jason Spencer at Rye Ford Subaru made the whole experience a pleasure. It’s one thing to purchase a car. It’s another thing to purchase a car when you have a bunch of other factors affecting your decision. We explained all our parameters to Jason and the Rye Ford Subaru staff and they came back to us with several options. The time they took to make sure we got the absolute right vehicle for us was certainly a huge positive. Drove away with a great car and a great experience.
This was my first Ford service experience. Took my 2010 Ford Escape Hybrid in for recall service today, after speaking with James the week before to set up an appointment. I was not expecting what I got or saw.Nice soft seats to sit in while I waited for James to get my paperwork started. Nice lounge, with CLEAN chairs, wide open space, big windows and even a separate work desk area (I bet they had wifi, but I was on Optimum, so never checked). Free coffee and tea, CLEAN bathrooms. Who wouldnt want to wait for their car to be serviced!?Afterwards I was taken care of immediately, no waiting for keys and James even walked me out to make sure some extra inspection paperwork was in the car.You can bet Ill be back for more service. Just bought my first Ford Fusion and I have to say my salesmen Osman Caceres Jr went above and beyond to make sure everything was done correct. Same day I called to inquire about getting out of my previous lease (2013 F-150 XLT) to get into a 2016 F-150 Lariat w/ certain features, pricing, and interior, I got exactly what I wanted plus more. Lets start from the beginning:If you are coming here for a service for the first time, its not clear at all where you have to go. Theres no clear indication of the entrance to the service area or any other area, actually theres no indication at all. Cars are piled up and the area has a junk yard feel.After finding the entrance (which by the way is right next a big SUBARU sign with no indication of Ford and that I was only able to find after an employee showed it to me), I gave my car to the person standing there. He didnt have a ford attire or anything that shows hes working for Ford. Basically you are giving your car to a stranger.So far, I am in a maze of cars and tiny alleys with no sign for the service area and employees handling the cars pulling in have no uniforms.Now after I dropped off the car, I entered the facility: its fairly clean but its outdated, I mean very very outdated. You feel you are back in the 70s. Its also the first dealer, Ive been to that doesnt offer coffee or small cereal bar or sthing similar.The staff in the inside, reflects the same disorganization in the outside. Theres no dress code for the employees so you cant tell who is an advisor, who is a customer or hostess or just a dude standing there ... You ll think, at least advisors will be wearing a ford shirts or tshirts?I came for an oil change and the advisor was surprised that I asked about its cost and its breakdown: I guess they expect you to leave your car and just come back and blindly pay whatever bill you are presented with! In any other dealership Ive been before, the advisor always tells you the cost before servicing or repairing anything.I think the people at this dealership will learn a lot if they pay a visit to the Ford Dealer in Stamford, CT.Ill update this review after I get my car back. Who knows maybe they are very good servicing the car: doing the job, cleaning the car, add extras, etc.
Purchased pre-owned 2009 Ford Fusion on June 2014. Price was reasonable. Negotiation went smoothly. Financing department found a bank that offered me a lower rate than what I was pre approved for from my bank. Also, they got me 72 month financing, which my bank couldnt offer me. Picked up the car and am very satisfied. Jason helped me with the purchase.
I have been trying to get my Ford Escapes DVD player fixed for over five months. I have visited the service Department 4 OR 5 times. Each time they say theyll fix it, but around 4 pm after the car sits there all day, they call me with excuses about why theyll need the car back on another day. These include, saying that that the DVD expert didnt show up twice after they told me an appointment had been made. Then they told me twice that I needed new parts and the DVD expert forgot to bring them. Finally I was referred to a manager 6 weeks ago and we made another appt. She assured me it would be fixed that day. Once again the DVD expert didnt have the parts. To make matters worse, I told the manager Darlene to leave the car open as I would get there just after closing. She locked me out of my car. I didnt have the keypad code as its my wifes car. She told me bluntly the next day, IT IS WHAT IT IS! I called today after meeting the manager Darlene three weeks ago and was told she left and all her paperwork was lost. There is still no resolution yet and my kids havent enjoyed driving with us! SHAME ON FORD! MISERABLE SERVICE!
WONDERFUL, WONDERFUL, WONDERFUL, EXPERIENCE!!! I have never before dealt with a new car dealship/used car dealership where they actually gave the proverbial used car salesman a GOOD NAME! I dealt with Robert Pierro and Angelo and both were so honest, down to earth and not your typical pushy salesman! They are one of a kind and I will recomment Rye Ford because of them and them alone (not to mention they are selling great cars)! It was a pleasure doing business with them and I look forward to the next time I am in the market for a car.
I am so disappointed in the service we received. It was absolutely awful. After telling them we chose not to have the work done (because 3 different mechanics told us it was a simple fix that the dealer could do and Ford quoting us a $1,000 job having absolutely nothing to do with what we brought it in for) we were told with a lot of attitude and frustration that they would call us back after checking one more thing. As a courtesy I called to let them know I would be picking my car up at 5:30 when my husband finished work, they were closed. The website promoted a 7:30 pm closing time. There was no way for me to get my car until 7:30am the next morning. The men on the sales floor could not help me and I was never given the courtesy of knowing closing time. I would not recommend working with this dealership.
Attempted to charge me $80 for The Works package that is nationally advertised to cost $39.99. After I made it clear I took issue with this alleged price change, they told me that my tires didnt need to be rotated so theyd be able to charge me around the cost I was expecting.Absolutely absurd - I had gone not 4 months earlier for the same package and was charged the standard $39.99 plus tax, as was expected. Blatant scam attempt, never going back.
Completely ripped my wife off. took advantage of her. they gave her a 12k trade in on a 17k value car. a 2014 Honda crv with 15k miles on it.I tried to give them 12k plus taxes to get the car back. at the end of the day the manager said that getting that car back would be an expensive proposition
They have no one checking behind the work service techs perform. They returned my vehicle with open hoses and valves after taking apart the engine. A main hose is still not connected to the turbo. This is very dangerous. Antifreeze is leaking because they did not re-attach the clamps on the lines. Very poor work. This may cause my issues in the future. I have filed a complaint with Ford corporate and the New York State attorney general. Its sad that you take your vehicle to a place that says they will take good care of it. Then they dont and not only that, they treat you like you arent a valued customer. Been Trying to Reach Dennis Arias for 2 weeks now. Still no call back. I need my car working again guys. You took my money and didnt complete the work. I need you to fix the car so it is drivable. Also, the thing that does not make it easier to deal with is they will not except responsibility and complete the repair. My car is not drivable and is still in my drive way. Im talking to Ford corporate to have this resolved. This is my first and last Ford vehicle. This is also the 3rd FORD dealership Ive been diverted to by a recommendation. They suck as well. So far all Ford dealerships suck. No customer service skills at all. Ive been dealing with this location for a few months and I keep having bad experiences with them. That one star is from Google not me..
UPDATE AFTER BUSINESS REPLY: This was a cute attempt to blame Costco, however this is inaccurate. I have worked with MANY (approx. 7in total) dealerships through the Costco auto program and never once have I been denied pricing over the phone in advance of my trip. In order to even send my info to the dealer through Costco, it requires use of my membership Costco login.Costco indicated they will be reviewing and reconsidering their relationship with this dealership.Plain and simple, this is a dealership that attempts to live in 1950 with its sad & slimy sales tactics.________________________________________________PATHETIC old school sales techniques. Cant give a price unless you come in. I called to get the costco price since the are the closest costco dealership to eastern long island.These slimey sales tactics are ABSURD. Told me I have to drive 2.5-3 hrs to come there jus to give me the price Im entitled to with my membership. Made sure to let all of my Westchester and Rockland area friends know what kind of ridiculous dealership this is.
They took too long to make me a copy of my explorers call. and when you ask to speak to someone from the Ford service they do not communicate you to the person you need
After dropping off my car, i was hoping they might have tea at their coffee station. Not only did they, but they had chai tea in their luxury dispenser. What a treat! Im not even upset that my car is configured badly for airbag replacement and it will take an extra day.

Horrible experience. A simple oil change took the service department 2 1/2 hrs. The service staff were rude when I asked what was taking so long? I will find another dealership to have my ford serviced at!
Hope people who read this understand how useless the service has been in the past year, not once but twice I have been screwed over by this abysmal service. the first back last year, my heater (motor blower as they call it) gave out in the worst time! The car was sitting there and not doing anything and like with another reviewer the sales associates bring excuse after excuse you could make a list of it! Finally after 4 months of driving in winter without a blower its fixed! Today the experience only worsened. I asked for an oil change and a 15,000 mile service . wait all day, the dummy sales associate forgot to tell the mechs to do the service! so I end up with an oil change and no 15000 service. Apologies galore ensued but I wasnt having any of it! I should have took my business elsewhere a year ago.

Rye Ford took care of my SUV transmission problem expeditiously and it runs great like new.
Went to go order a part for my Mustang and they said 3 to 5 business days which is fine they said they would call me when the part comes in I didnt put any money down for the part and its been more than a week since Ive been there I have not heard anything and because I didnt pay for anything beforehand Im not really worried about it but it just goes to show that these people are very incompetent. Save yourself the time and effort go to either a different Ford dealer or if youre local there are a few Auto Parts places around town one place I do recommend is Midland truck and auto parts Ive been there a couple times for stuff and theyve gotten it to me either within a couple days or same day if there early enough.
Had my Taurus serviced here, conveniently around the corner from the Metro-North so in a pinch you can take the train while your vehicle is being serviced- I did this. The employees are up-front professionals and I had my vehicle back that afternoon.

Local, that is where its at this home town dealer has been here fore as long =as i can remember provide residents of Westchester and Greenwich the best in class for service parts and sales, so when you need a need ford truck go see their truck manager, he has it.
I have not been followed up on for a part that is missing for over a week and a half since my appt. I was told I would here from them in 2 days
Good place, and weve never had an issue... But damn, they really need someone who sits at the front desk. On three occassions Ive walked in and stood there for ten minutes before someone finally looked up from their work to ask what I needed.

2022-05-20Michael at Rye Ford took great care of us. I had been to a few other dealerships shopping around, and Mike gave us the best experience by far. He was straightforward, easy to work with, and very patient while we waited for some logistics to get worked out on my end. No haggling or hidden fees - very upfront with what to expect. Rich in the finance department treated us fair and kindly as well. If I need to buy a Ford again, I’m coming back to them first.

2022-04-07There are so many reasons why I am giving a 2 star review. I started out having such a great experience with this dealership, but it went quickly downhill when there was a problem with my car 1 week in. I was told information, which was then renegged. I was promised things then told that I was never told that. So many inconsistencies, quite disappointing to say the least. I am being as diplomatic as I can be without really explaining how bad this situation worked out.

2022-06-26The engine on My 2021 F150 Hybrid went out. I was told by Rye Ford they can’t even look at my truck for a month, and to make matters worst they won’t even give me a loaner because I didn’t buy my vehicle from Rye. Although I tried but they didn’t have this vehicle available. They had no problem taking my money for the pass 3 vehicles I’ve gottten serviced there for the last 6 years, all of a sudden I’m not considered a client?? Smh. I have been a loyal Firs customer for two long. I even had the audacity to purchase a 2022 Bronco. This is when you know you have to take your business elsewhere! Very disappointed with Ford, and now with Rye Ford. Extremely disappointed with Rye Ford.

2022-05-06A Ford repair shop that cant repair a Ford, because Ford is no longer making Ford parts for a 2000 Ford Mustang. So going to another shop for repairs. Not sure if the a Ford issue or a Rye Ford issue, but either way its dumb. Poor experience all the way around unfortunately.The parts are readily available, many within a day or so...

2022-03-15First and last time at Rye Ford, waited over an hour for 20k service to my Mustang apthough appointmentmade in advance, they parked the car once completed and I waited an additional 10 minutes to be called for check out, I particularly wasnt pleased with seeing shop dust and muddy for prints on my custom leather red mustang floor mats , I placed a rug on the floor to purposely avoid that from happening yet it was completely disregarded and pushed under the brake pedal. First and last time.
