I liked shopping here with my son that I am visiting. I am from Houston, Texas and I really enjoyed my experience here. Before I came people told me that everyone in new York was mean. Thats so not true! The staff here were very nice to me and when I couldnt find what I was looking for, I didnt even have to ask. A staff member helped me.
Theres a decent mix of retail and dining. Most of the stores are overpriced, such as the deli and clothing stores. However, the Starbucks, Chopt, and Dig Inn are reasonable and quick food options. The supermarkets in this center never seem to last long, probably also overpriced. Buddha is also fair price and good food. The parking situation is awful though, so avoid high traffic times. Not only wont you find a spot, but the through traffic and surrounding streets are unreasonable. The nearby school makes it not worth the stop for coffee in the morning. The only reason I choose to go here is because its better than trying to go through White Plains.
They renovated in recent years and the new set of retail stores are fresh clean modern and rather high end. I enjoy the Starbucks and the CHOPT salads store. There is a great deli little over priced but good for the occasional weekend delight. There is a Chase bank and medical offices which I think make the property all encompassing. Great asset to the community.
Stopped at Buddah Asian Bistro for early dinner before an appointment that was rinning late. The service was friendly and well timed. Prices were surprisingly steep. I ordered 1 sushi roll which was much blander than I expected. While I usually like a little wasabi with my sushi, this one NEEDED it for flavor. I also ordered a hibachi combo with beef, chicken, shrimp and lobster. They do not cook it at the table but it was served very nicely on a sectioned plate with lomein type noodles and white rice as ordered. It was very tasty even though they did not provide soy or hoisin sauce or ginger sauce for dipping. Perhaps if Id asked but I didnt have time since I got a call that my associate had arrived for our meetin (elsewhere). I had it packed up to go. As is almost always the case, when I got to eat it later that evening it wasnt nearly as good. The food, especially thr meats, had dried out some and lost flavor. It would have been much better had I been able to eat it at the restaurant.
I like the collection of places in this shopping center. Though the parking lot can be like running a gauntlet some times. You just have to have your best defensive driving skills on the guard against kids in their daddylacs. The new additions of resturaunts is nice but the there is no feeling of a main st. You just kind of go in, do your thing and bolt.
This shopping mall has alot of good eating places. Places like Chopt, Red Mango (for those who like frozen yogurt), Chipotle and a whole lot more. There is alot of parking on site and its free. You also have a bank inside the shopping center, in case you run out of money. So when you can, go check it out and enjoy.
The Rye Ridge shopping center has pretty much everything you could need in a neighborhood shopping center (seriously). Tons of food options, stores for shopping, and various gyms like Ripped, Soul Cycle, and SLT. Other buildings there house hidden gems with everything from doctors offices, to Cryotherapy clinics and airbrush tanning. The lots are always clean, and there is a lot of parking. Still, you may have trouble finding space because there is just so much to do!
YOU WOULD DO WELL TO AVOID THIS PLAZA. THE GREATEST COLLECTION OF HORRIBLE FOOD ESTABLISHMENTS IVE EVER SEEN IN ONE PLACE.FROM THE HORRID DIG-- TO THE OVERPRICED AND UNDERWHELMING RYE RIDGE DELI , TO THE SUB STANDARD CHIPOTLE , TO THE TERRIBLE CAVA , EVERY ESTABLISHMENT IN THIS PLAZA IS ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE - A WASTE OF TIME , EFFORT , AND MONEY.

2022-01-10Very confusing parking structure and layout. No pandandlers. Pretty clean. I think there are some neat things there if you can figure the maze out. The best neurologist in Westchester is there. To be honest, thats all I go there for. I dont remember any shop or even if there was a restaurant. Im not a mandate person, I go elsewhere. Theres a few handicap parking spots which are convenient. The place has potential. Im sure the pandemic and the new unelected governess/wannabe-Queen have done torrential damage to any business there, especially those that help out peoples health, but New Yorkers arent her or local leaderships priority. Connecticut is 10 min away with less sales tax and currently no mandates.

2021-01-10Ive been here a few times. There are a lot of nice stores to shop in. Its convenient for everyone in the family to find something. Theres a good variety stores to eat. The parking is excellent. It is conveniently located. The sidewalks are spacious. Its a great place for young people to congregate during good weather. Its in a lovely neighbourhood. It can be as easy as one stop shopping. If you are in the area, Its right off exit 10 on 287 travelling West. Give it a try sometime and youll see what I mean.

2020-08-07I have been visiting this center since 1968. Always a great place to shop and eat. I do miss the little movie theater (very nice before becoming a twin). Food, pharmacy, spirits, sporting goods, hair salon and more. Its almost a one stop shop. And I can always find a parking space.

2020-08-28Great little places to eat price range moderate and the Starbucks. in the stores about the same moderate-to-high. You have to check out the back of the shopping center is some great little places to eat places to get your nails done places to bye teens clothing organic food great little Chinese restaurant. Plenty of parking but can be a little treacherous at times because some people dont like to slow down or to look where theyre going. But on the whole very convenient spot.

2017-04-07Great place but an incredibly hectic parking lot. The small lot on the side where CVS is has NO stop signs at all and I got into a accident a year ago here because of this fact. I entered from the front entrance and Almost immediately was t-boned on my passenger side door because the person wasnt paying attention and there is no stop signs stopping the flow of traffic from the main road. Other than that there is great places to eat here but please add stop signs
