Ken does an amazing job with my gel and Ive seen him do wonderful work for ladies that want tips. Overall the staff is friendly and accommodating. I drive all the way from NJ to make sure my gel is done right!
I dont know why this place doesnt have 5 stars already. I came in for acrylic tips and UV, gel color. Super affordable and all I can say is wow at how amazing they look. Ive been getting my nails done for YEARS in many different cities and nothing compares. The coffin shape is on point, the choice of colors is amazing and they truly take their time. I had a guy there that did my nails and he took time to thoroughly shape, paint and examine my nails to make sure they look their best. I was looking for salons all over and every review had something terrible about it, even here, but I cannot see anything wrong at the salon. Very clean and sanitized. I will say that the pedicure is no frills, simply a cuticle cut, shaping, bottom foot scrub and paint but the job comes out just as nice! S L Nail Salon, you have yourself a new, re-occuring customer!!!

There are quite a few nail salons within five blocks on Church Avenue (at least 5), but I keep returning to SL Nails. Very clean and everything comes out of the autoclaves.It doesnt matter who you get, though Lisa is the best at pedicures and Cindy at manis, you will be pleased.If you go Monday - Wednesday, youll get a pedicure for $10! Where else do you get a great pedicure for $10!?
Best nail salon in the neighborhood. Ive been living around the area for 6 years,and even though theres a lot of nail salons near them,i always get my mani pedi done here.
They suck. I did gel nails on Wednesday and it came off on Thursday. She did a sloppy job. Ill never go back to them ....pls dont waste your money

They did a great job, and very reasonable, but, I thought I was going to pass out from lack of ventilation. Smell was toxic and so intense.
Kelly gives a really good mani and pedi. And it is so reasonable. S & L is very clean, which is so important to me!
Waste of time and money. I got a regular manicure and my nails started chipping the very next day. Unacceptable.

2022-08-03Ive been to a few nail salons. This one has become my favorite. I go to Kelly for my nails and pedicure shes amazing. I also go to Lisa for pedicures and she is great. The polish didnt chip after two weeks and the massages are so relaxing. The prices are very reasonable..Everyone is so friendly in here. They always make me feel welcome.

2022-07-20***UPDATE*** Within 5 days they all lifted. If I can give no stars. I would..Don’t go here. You are charged an extra $15 just for gel polish and they don’t even do a good job.You leave will polish all on the sides of yours nails. The shape of my nails and the job the did is horrible. They do nothing for cuticles and forget about your towel wrap at the end of the service. Spent $90 on UV Gel fill in and a pedicure… save your money and go somewhere else… should of went to Bay Ridge and spent $60 for everything…

2021-06-24I’ve been here twice so far for a SNS manicure and regular pedicure which cost $60 total. A great price and totally worth the time and effort they put into the manicure and pedicure. My SNS set lasted me extremely long and didn’t even start to lift. I went earlier in the day around 11am/12pm and there wasn’t a wait at all!

2021-11-01I got french gel done on tThursday and by Friday afternoon my nails were light gray color. My nails looked dirty and stained through out my businesses meeting weekend. Oh.. and they made me beed and said it was the fault of my cuticles. I will not recommend going there even if they are couple of dollars cheeper than their competitors, it is not worth it.

2021-05-12They do SNS here and take walk-ins. I loved my results, it was not too thick and looked natural. ask for Kelly - she’s super detail oriented!
