Absolutely love this place. They have a huge selection of guitars, pedals, and vintage gear. Brendan is extremely helpful and knowledgeable and his prices are great. If youre a gear nerd like me you will fall in love with Safe Haven.

Absolutely amazing shop with great service and its own added touch. Would recommend to anyone. It is the epicenter of the evergrowing music scene in town. It will undoubtedly be the place where musical communties come together. This shop has great prices, a fantastic selection of products, and is by far the greatest music store that Ive been to. It is the perfect substrate for a music scene, support it and it will support you too in terms of availability and the right ambience to fit these quick moving times in music. The employees and owner are awesome and have great personalities and are very much helpful. I look forward to my visits later on!

Bought a Guitar from here to have shipped to my house, when it apparently went missing during shipping, the owner was really friendly over the phone and helped explain what might have happend. Now I got the guitar in my hands after the problem has been resolved and its perfect.

2022-07-14Big shout out to Safe Haven Music! Ive always been reluctant to purchase guitars online because it’s such a personal feel thing to me with guitars. Contacted David and I drove him crazy asking for different pictures and how different guitars sounded… he probably thought I was crazy but graciously answered all my questions and I ended up with a fantastic guitar. I’ve now purchased three guitars from SHM and I’m sure there will be more. Can’t beat the service or the prices!

2022-06-05Great price on a brand new Jackson Wildcard Soloist. Came in original packaging with all accessories included and new condition as advertised. Even came with a little case candy picks and stickers was a really nice touch. One thing I am so fed up with is too many guitar stores these days push used guitars sold as new this is not one of them. I will more then likely buy my next guitar and or amp here as Im always searching for a seller I can actually trust and so far Safe Haven is legit.

2022-02-02Bought my first electric guitar here. It had been on my Reverb watch list for awhile and so they made me an offer. Just above my budget initially but after a little give and take were able to agree on a very reasonable price. Talked to Brendan the owner and he seemed super cool and down to earth. Shipped the guitar on a Monday. Its Tuesday now and I finally just put the guitar down after playing it the last two hours. Packaged very carefully and looks just as advertised. Maybe even cleaner! Super excited and very happy with this purchase. As I type this I can barely stop looking at the guitar. Its so beatiful. He even gave me a recommendation on a beginner level practice amp that he doesnt even carry. I did my due diligence on the amp (Boss Katana MKII) and now i have it coming in the mail on Thursday! I almost never write reviews on Yelp but I had such a satisfactory experience I felt compelled to. Definitely earned a repeat customer in me. Thanks Brendan!

2022-07-19Bought a Snow White Jackson JS32 AHFB for my Grandson, an Ibanez RG Standard 6 string Starlight Blue Electric Guitar for My Son, and a Gretsch Eltectromatic Firebird Red Jet Club For my Granddaughter. All were delivered with care and the details of each were impeccable!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Would definitely buy from this company again as well as HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

2020-02-15Excellent little shop with great service and a nice rack of guitars on the wall. They do repairs and consignment so they know what theyre talking about if you arent a musician but are shopping for one. Theyll help you find something good.They have the usuals but also have a lot of gretsch guitars with the bigsby setup and a bunch of HH strat and tele styles. Friendly staff, too!
