Safe Haven Self Storage Middletown is great. When I called Deanna was super helpful in answering my questions. Went in the same day and she was great in person (both staff members were wearing masks), showed me around the facility at what would be my unit, got me set up immediately, and made sure my code worked right then and there.Place is temp controlled, very clean, and safe.
Its been a great experience from start to finish. The Safe Haven staff are very friendly and professional, courteous and helpful and the facility is clean and very easy to access whenever I need to add or remove items from our storage unit. I highly recommend it!
Hands down the Best Storage in Middletown NY , From amazing customer service , to a great location , to even climate controlled units and 24 hr access with your own Personalized Pin to enter whenever you need to! Its cheaper , its easier , its Cleaner !It has very nice Associates that work there 😊 ...safe storage Im at only has one floor so my sister and I dont have to worry about BROKEN down elevators 👍
Awesome customer service, made the whole temporary move into a storage unit because my apartment flooded. Great prices, the facility is clean, nice, and temperature-controlled in the oppressive summer heat & humidity. Highly recommended.

2022-06-02This storage facility is by far the best Ive experienced yet. Im always greeted with a smile and superb customer service. I would absolutely refer this place to people. Did I mention they have uhaul trucks too...amazing. Thanks Mrs. Deana for being awesome.

2019-05-23This would be my first experience with a storage unit, and they set a very high standard for any other time I will be needing one. They provide 24-hour access with a top security system The facility is well kept and clean. The price? Cant beat it! I love the idea each unit is 10 feet High, Would highly recommend using them!

2021-12-14Great people to work with. I was dealing with a difficult situation with an unanticipated expense and with much empathy to my situation they worked with me not only to provide me with a convenient location in the warehouse they worked within my means to make my situation a little more tolerable. I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone. I can’t say it enough great people to work with.

2021-07-16First impression. They took over the old Caldors so theres a lot of inside room. Very competitive rates, no hard sells but they require insurance through their carrier (decent rates.) Excellent customer service. So far, so good; Ill edit if experiences require changes.

2021-08-02Charlene and Deanna are two of the best ladies in the Middletown area for dealing with storage facilities. Once again they made my move in NY (organized long distance from Northern California) a breeze. There is something to be said about peace of mind when it comes to storing your valuables somewhere clean and safe and these 2 ladies are true professionals.

2021-05-25If theres such a thing as loving a storage place...well I guess thats what I have for Safe Haven. From the time I walked in, to everything else, it has been a great experience. The place is CLEAN!! Its climate controlled, the security system is fantastic. Yes...I love it!!
