Safeguard self storage is great. When I came to put my stuff in storage Luby was very helpful and fast. She knew I had a flight to catch so she made sure that I was in and out. I recommend safeguard self storage.

I couldnt be happier with the service I have received. The staff member that always accommodates me (Lubie) I hope I spelled her name correctly, works at the liberty Ave location has been absolutely wonderful. I would recommend Safeguard storage based on her alone. She is a excellent representative of stellar service. I have been storing at Liberty location for years, I have seen many faces come and go, Luby by far is the absolute best !!!! 🥰. She is about her business and keeping the facility upkeep In ship shape, the bathroom always presentable and clean. She is very professional but best of all she has a personal relationship with each tenants knows them all by name and there kids. Each time I bring my child in she has a snack ready for her. Luby is such a Pure soul. I asked one time why are you always smiling and so friendly? Her response isn’t there enough hate and negativity in the world, you know laughter and a smile can start a change. We don’t know what people are going through we just need to put a smile on there face so they can forget any endvours they may be going through why not spread positive energy there way? This is the most pleasant storage place I have ever been to. There are two young ladies there one name is Laranda and Luby. These young ladies are courteous and so helpful they took there time to explain everything to me and went over everything with me. They showed me the difference in the units. The place is very clean and it was a pleasure dealing with these young ladies I’ll make sure to recommend this storage place to friends and family.
Laranda was extremely professional, helpful and made sure my every need was taken care of. After a terrible break up I was forced to move immediately and had to put my things in storage. I may have had a bit of an attitude however laranda was not effected at all and remained professional and helpful the entire time. She was definitely the highlight of my day and even my week. She is invaluable to your company and because of her I’ll never use another storage company EVER!!!
Just want to address that today I decided to rent a unit at Safeguard in Jamaica. Elizabeth & Manoushka was so courteous and helped me by taking me thru a tour and showing me there facility. Oh my goodness! This place is amazing and the customer service was just excellent!! I was so worried I wouldn’t be able to rent anything or fit my things in a small storage but Ms. Laranda and Ms. Luby were soo helpful getting me the right size and even other accommodations for things around the city. Let me start with this , many people act quick to post a negative review may it be accurate or not. I’m not a tenant yet but my dad is. Luby was so generous and persistent having may dad move in earlier then needed because of a promotion that was limited for only 3 days which was a free lock as well as the first 6 months at 20% let’s keep it real what company wants to give anything free and advertise it. My father was forced to leave his apartment and did not have the means to do until he received his social security check, but Luby an Angel made it affordable and possible. My dad went in to sign the lease and was greeted by this Angel and her staff Liz and Laranda which you can see the unity and professionalism in all 3 ladies. Thank you Luby for making a sad ordeal such a smooth and positive one! Luby is so motivational she sees the bad of any situation in a positive view! Preach Beautiful don’t matter anyone turn your light off.

Aside from them not answering the phone . My experience has been nothing but pleasant. I had the pleasure of talking to a woman named Kayla who was quick and efficient with getting me a storage. Very friendly and easy to talk to. The storage itself is clean and free of insects. Overall Im happy with my storage.

The worst customer service experience l had for the beginning of the year. I rented a unit at this storage facility to store some extra goods because I don’t have enough space at home. I paid online, got my receipt and went there to check in. First there was no greetings when I entered the front desk, there was a customer before me, after she was done, the front desk agent took the renting receipt from me, looked at it and put it on the side, then she called the person after me, we were a few feet apart. I didn’t bother. After that she answered 2 calls, finally she moved away to the back. Obviously she didn’t want to help me. I was there for at least 20 minutes. I just reached over my paper, grabbed it and walk away. I don’t know her and she doesn’t know me. Sometimes people have animosity towards others without knowing why. I called and canceled the following day. I didn’t want to meet this nasty person again. I don’t have time for wickedness.

The building is super clean. Prices are better than other storage companies I have visited. And dont let me get started on the staff . 2022-05-04It was such an honor getting serviced by Luby. I had a last minute circumstance and she was able to assist with such an amicable spirit. She was very organized, passionate and diligent. Her patience was unmatched as I had thousands of questions and it was already past closing time. I would recommend this storage facility to any one in the New York region in need of great service and of-course a safe place for their prized items.

2022-04-12Im late and all but I promised to give a review. I had this storage unit almost a year and 1/2 &may go back every season to switch things out. So I dont go often but when I do all the receptionist stick out to me and are always helpful. The one that helped me this time because I just can never get my lock right is Lubi (I think that is how I spell it) shes mad cool and helpful 😎👍

2022-07-07The people working here are very professional and helpful. My reps were Yolanda, Ruby, Tianna, Michelle. They take the time to answer all your questions and are respectful to customers. They do everything in their power to make you feel welcome and comfortable, without trying to upsell you. I’ve been with them for 8 years. I highly recommend them!!

2022-06-24Im always reluctant to use these services, unless I absolutely have to. This time, I absolutely had to, but Luby made it a very pleasant experience. She was patient and answered all 200 questions I had. We know things happen, but Luby gave a peace of mind, and tried her hardest to assure my items would be kept safe. Because of her professionalism, if I had to, I would definitely work with her again, and come back to this location.

2022-03-30I legit love Luby , she was so helpful in so many different ways . She is very respectful & her energy is wonderful . She helped me in less than 10 minutes, I recommend when coming in Safeguard that you ask for her. I’m so happy I picked out this unit space !!

2022-04-07Luby is amazing first of all she helped my wife . She had such an amazing customer service that I came in couple months later for my own storage.I totally understand now why my wife couldn’t stop talking how great Luby customer service was. Thank you again for your help
