Saks Fifth Off is one of my favourite places to buy fine merchandise at great price. I spend hours searching but finally get the best deals!
Too expensive for any premium outlets. Also, inventory wasnt stacked correctly per sizes or price.
The store has finally become a full-fledged outlet. That is not a compliment. They take all the clothes that are similar in size and lump them all together making it very difficult to go through and find something you like after pushing three or four pants you get frustrated and walk away same thing with the shirts you have to go through 300 shirts to find one that you like for 20% off not worth it

Its obvious that with covid the inventory has taken a very serious hit.I did end up finding some sunglasses but otherwise found that it needs to get back on its feet perhaps.Maybe Ill try back in a year but it will be a while.But I gotta say the register staff is amazing.

A great store with great selection! While I was buying my new purse I dropped a bag of items. When I came home I was very upset. I called the store to see if they found it and they did! They shipped it to me right away and were so helpful and I can’t thank them enough. Thanks again Saks!
Place looked like Kmart on Black Friday their shopping carts do not have a spot for children to sit in..whoever made that decision should be fired.
Great service on returns (size) and replacement for Christmas. Huge Woodbury Commons location seemed heavy on mens suits and less space devoted to casual wear that I purchase for my hi teen grandsons.

Worst online store to buy from toxic TNT stay away. You order a product, you pay for it, take take it out of your account and then I tell you afterwards the products been canceled because it’s out of stock this is happened four times in a row. Their automated system stinks and you’ll never see this being done in any other store how they get away with it I don’t know but stay away

Store layout and variety was good. Sales folks were always on hand. Fitting room is monitored and enforced for COVID protocols.

Couldnt believe the condition of this store. Clothes all over the floor. Looked like a tornado hit. The people shopping were rude with no consideration, not what you would expect from Saks, could be the whole Woodbury Commons environment. Worst shopping experience ever.
Love shopping here, so many high end items discounted. My favorite are the handbags.
Inappropriate advertising. The store section said 25% off, however; the store wouldnt honor the discount because it was for the pre-sale. Meaning, the discount would go into effect at another day. The store suggested me to come back on Wednesday to pick up the merchandise. Why does the store even have the discount ad displayed in the store when they are not even honoring? I spent 30 minutes to pick my selections and it was a waste of time.

Now I know enough about the customer service in a premium outllet. Beside that experience I saw a poorly organized and a pretty overpriced shop. Will avoid that place in the future.
I had a function to attend to and didnt have time to go to Saks on 57th street to pick up a dress n shoes. I went to Saks off 5th much smaller store and found just what I wanted with out the big department hustle and bushelPrices are a bit cheaper but that didnt matter. Im happy that I shop at both stores and the carry small size 2 n 4 Peite. Happy customer Timisha 😊
All Saks Off 5th are not created equally. This one is the better one, so I make the trek.
The organization of the store may make you crazy, and any time more than an hour after opening, the masses will have picked the shelves over so much it begins to look like a tornado hit. The selection and prices are good if you dont mind older fashions from last season. The staff is what can only be described as zombie robots. I swear I had to wake one up to check me out.

Very nasty manager Katrinea wont do Christmas returns then lied about our jacket smelling like smoke because she had no other reason not to return it. Very dishonest store. Not shopping here again.

IMPORTANT MUST READ !!!I had such a bad experience in this Department store on December 7th 2017 ... my sister in law, her 3 years old son , and I . walked in to do some Christmas shopping .. and a lady whom works there approached us in a rude manner and asked if we were going to pay for a toy that my nephew was playing with ... mind you we was shopping we would not be able to walk out without the toy hes playing with ... he loves trains lol ... so we told her yes we are going to purchase the toy .. so we see her watching us for the next 10 min while we are shopping ... which made the experience very uncomfortable ... I mean.. if we were doing something wrong , there is surveillance all over. we did not need her to stand there like a bodyguard .. so we walk up to the register . And she is behind the ladys working at the register and shes watching us ... also very very uncomfortable situation ... so Im paing for my items .. while my sister in law is behind me in line ... again the woman approaches her and says . Are you going to pay for the robe your son has 😳... my sister in law says oh my God !!!!! Do you even see me at the register yet ? ... that is when I was amazed and hurt at the cruelty ... and I told her she is being very rude and that she should have waited till after my sister in law was done paying for her items and then see if she was going to take anything without paying ... then she calls security on us ... not sure if he was the manager . But soon I will find out ... he starts screaming at us without asking what had happened ... and telling me that he will have me arrested if I did not GET OUT OF HIS STORE I tell him why are you throwing us out ? And under what grounds am I going to get arrested ... he says for trespassing ... I tell him Im not trespassing .. Im shopping .. he says again GET OUT !!!! By this time my nephew and my sister in law is sacred ... I tell him okay Ill leave even dough weve done absolutely nothing wrong .. but I will return my Valentino purse Ive purchased .. so I did .. very very rude and racist ...

Amazing. What a selection of merchandise. They carry everything and anything you are seeking. All the stock is neatly mechanized. I went crazy. Be prepared to spend the day.
Was checking out and there was no sku on a wild fox bathing suit cover up. Gabriella was more helpful at all; she was being uptight with me because there was no sku and she didn’t care to help either. I had to ask for a manager named Alexandria and she said we can process in our system, call you then ship to you. It’s not easy to find anything in this Saks so when you find something and you are dismissed it’s super sad. Bad customer service!
Kinda funky with creaky old floors. In some places you can see right through slats in the floor but heck, the place was built in the 1870s. The food and price is ok.

The staff are so disorganized some of the items have no prices on them I stayed for 30 minutes to know the price of a bag and they couldnt figure out the price. The bags are just fab but the store is a mess.

Excellent, one of my favorite stores.
The service was not so good. Although the wait was long due to it being a popular place and location, the staff was not very courteous. They did have every register open and the manager was even checking out customers. This showed me that they do not value their customers nor do they value their customers time...

2022-06-26SAKS Totaly Ripped me Off , about 2-3 months ago from today 6/26/2022 i purchased this Lower End Valentino bag for $499 / orig. price was $1075., I seen same bag a month later at Macys - Backstage dept for $299. JUST paying for name “SAKS OFF 5 TH AVE”, what a waste / ripoff. I can see if $50 diff or $100, but a whole $200 diff at another store is insane. Same color same everything. Just had to look at bag and had time to share my experience.

2022-06-08Hostile, rude manager. I tried to return unworn item with the receipt and a tag that I took off but never wore the item. Was rudely informed that they wont take it back or even issue a store credit which is unheard of. All they had to do is to attach the label back on. Thieves. Never buy from this place again.

2022-04-28Rude store manager. I was Purchasing a dress for my daughter and it had the wrong price on it. When I ask for the store manager he accused me of putting the price on the dress and I showed him that multiple dressed had that same price. I will not return there

2022-06-16The silly pretentious associates act like its the real Saks not just an outlet but omfg the discounts then customers randomly, surreptitiously, sometimes accidentally place multiple items back on the wrong racks, possibly wrong sections so associates will busily spend their time putting merchandise where it belongs instead of berating customers for shopping.

2020-11-07We had a great time especially in the footwear section where you can find items at a discount that you can add to your wardrobe. Very helpful in regards to finding items as well.

2021-12-24Don’t bother. Go somewhere else that is customer friendly. I tried to get in at 5:50pm (closing at 6) just to get one item on my way out and doors already closed. I knock on the glass door and lazy, rude security guard chatting with another employee says we’re closed. I said no you’re not…your sign says 6pm. Long story short…of course I didn’t go in since lazy mall cop said no. Their loss not mine. Save your money and shop somewhere else. I’ve also shopped online with this store and this experience has soured me and I’ll never shop here again. Try Nordstrom or Neiman instead of this place.
