I had to return something and didnt have the receipt. I called ahead of time to see if I was able to return. She took my name and birthday And just had to show ID when I was there. Very professional and great customer service.
This store & customer service has become HORRIBLE!!!! I will no longer purchase from them. I ordered an item with overnight shipping. It didnt leave their warehouse for 5 days. I spent those 5 days trying to get my order with repeated phone calls. I finally receive the item and its the wrong item!!! They would not refund my shipping costs. Then they have the nerve to try to refund me with their gift card instead of a full refund. They notified me of this by email so once again I called to get my refund and spent over 45 minutes with their Customer Svc Rep who barely spoke English & continually placed me on hold. She told me that when I receive the Gift Card I could call back & they would try to transfer it to my Paypal account for the refund. This after 45 min. I told them to refund it immediately & just void their gift card. I am writing this as I now continue to wait on hold as they try to figure out what to do. Saks? Really? WAY OFF 5TH! Never again!
Online order return counter is not allowed to make a return. What a joke!

Aside from the somewhat quality service I received in the shoe department once this store is one I will never set foot in again. My coworker and I love shopping on our breaks and each time we come here we are followed around the store and made to feel very uncomfortable. So much so that it turns us off from spending any money here.
Disappointing no help and clothes shoved on racks why bother hanging them just put in a bin.

The manager and all stuff are so fresh.I came at 7 pm on sunday to change the wrong shoes which they put it in a bag.an they closed the door front.it was their mistake and on a web site it shows that store is open till 8 pm.this is the worst managment
The new kids section is super organized and the staff is super friendly and helpful.

Clean, quiet with a nice selection. I purchased two pairs of shoes that would normally be found in Saks Fifth Avenue at a thirty five percent higher price! Also, the staff was helpful and even honored an extra ten percent of my purchase when I showed them that they were running the promotion online!

Loved this place! So many brand name and designer merchandise at the fraction of a cost. Lots of selection available and they like to run promotions on many weekends. Highly recommended! Beats buying things at designer stores.
The place is filled up with tons of designer stuff, almost everything is 30% or up in discounts. The changing areas are nice also clean and kept in well condition.The staff is also very generous. Definitely would recommend for the day to day shopping visits.

Horrible and lazy customer service. Was looking at gloves when a employee comes and rudely tells us that she needs to stock. Then while we are talking to one another, she rudely interrupts by snapping, no 60%! As we are leaving, the detector goes off but they just wave us off. When we get home, we find 2 of our items with the security tags still attached. We return to get the tags removed and the cashier wordlessly removes the tags. No greeting, no apology, just a blank stare.
Great store and great customer service. Specifically I would like ot say thank you to Lace Ivette Rodriguez for helping my dad with his purchase. She was extremely helpful and polite. She was able to easily communiate with my dad considering his English is not so good.Thank you very much Lace!
The store options are just OK. But besides that, there is no customer service. The employees at this location are rude & do not greet you at the door. Once you get to check out it’s the same, RUDE! Like you bothering them & they have this tone in their voice.
My sister and I found this store location dark and dreary and not very enticing. The Store looked like a warehouse instead of a low end high priced store. I know its Saks Off 5th, but the price were way too high and no ambiance. I roamed around the store and did not purchase any items. I like the other location at Tanger, that store is much more cheerful and enticing to the customer.
The store could be better organized... the shoe department is a mess. The clothes also seem to be one top of each other. Hence taking away two stars.Also, they need to have a larger kids department

Excellent sale on shoes, overpriced ties, some good deals on dresses, blouses, etc. However, as of last weekend the dressing rooms were closed. So that limited what my wife would have otherwise bought.

Rudest service ever. The manager called me stupid and yelled at me for trying to return an item. Insanity. Come here if you want to be put down.
They have some stores closing and they are accepting returns but at least they should state that online. A lot of people buy online because they know they can return at store but its very frustrating when you travel to the store and they inform you that they dont accept returns.
People that work there have the rudest attitude ever. No respect whatsoever for their customer.

Name brands at great discounted prices. Expect to spend a lot of time digging through the inventories though. Also may not carry the most popular sizes.

This store is scam. Whenever you want to return something there return system is not working. What world they live in as there system is working to sell but not for return.I think this is only store where they have this foolish excuse . Managements should wake up as they will not be trusted by customers if they give these type of excuses to take return.

The cash register is very slow! I forgot to remove it and put it in the lock and I ran twice!
The only thing I did not like was that when I was in the mens shoes section, it seemed strange to me that there were many men waiting for dates with other men and they went to the bathroom, it gives the impression that it lends itself to clandestine dates, thats why I did not like the store and I got out of there it looks horrible that many men beckoning to the bathroom

2022-03-06Never feel kindness from workers no one greets to customers except saying next which is the only word when cashiers talk to customers. They also have designers clearance section. The price is higher than regular price discount or sale price at any other department stores.On Sunday 2pm, 2 cashiers take care of 15 people in line. I often give up to buy products due to long waiting line. Still like to go there because they have super good designers goods with really good prices of course not every time. Today I found Celine shoulder bag in shelve with probably 3400 plus tax originally. Their price was 2990 plus tax but the bag was damaged with some white scratches at front. I felt like I was so disrespected by the price with its condition. Come on.. shoppers are smart!!! But one time I got gucci down kids jacket for $150. It was WOW!!!

2022-04-04Only go if you have unlimited time to spend. There are definitely quality pieces at a good price point, but finding them is probably the hardest part of it. This location is very unorganized and messy; You literally have to dig to find a good item.This is NOT the place to go if you are in a hurry. Do not go in here with the expectation to find something every time. That aside, you are able to find some designer pieces at a lower price point.

2022-03-10One of the items I wanted to purchase was a skirt that did not have any tags on it so there was no price tag. I was assured by the manager at the store that I can leave the skirt with her along with my name and phone number. She said that she will call me as soon as she checks online in the Saks Off Fifth system and finds the price, which should take several hours. For the next 3 days, I called the store for an update& was told that the computer system wasn’t working properly. (For 3 days???) I am extremely disappointed in their customer service. I have been courteous in each conversation and I expect the same in return.

2022-04-06I am a Saks Fifth Avenue shopper, and this was my first time at Off Fifth, and I can say it will be my last. This store is an absolute embarrassment to the Saks Fifth Avenue name.This place is a mess. I saw nothing in the store that would ever be in Saks. Everything in the store is on overcrowded racks with little room to shop. What isnt on the rack is throw on the floor. This place and Marshalls have a lot in common, including the shoppers.The only reason I visited the store was to return a pair of shoes I purchased online. There were 21 people in front of me waiting on line. It took about 30 plus minutes before I got to the register.Not impressed, not returning.

2022-01-03Love Saks Off Fifth but not this location. No matter how busy or empty this store is, there is ALWAYS a long register line. The store manager does not know how to staff this store appropriately. If this wasn’t the only location within this part of LI, I would never come here. The store exists in the same strip mall with a Bloomingdales Outlet and a Nordstrom Rack. Visited after three stores in one day and Saks was the only with a ridiculous register line. Saks you seriously need to do better.
