Beware of the mushroom pizza. Cashier said it was a of mixed wild mushrooms but they are just basic canned mushrooms. Yuuuuuk
While my sandwich was okay my “Italian Chips” were an absolute rip off. $14 for a bag of chips dumped in a bowl, sprinkled with grated Parmesan, and what appears to be some variety of cream dressing (not cheese as in the description, I assure you).
In Laguardia airport, while I waited 4 hours for the delay of the JetBlue flight, I had no choice but to sit down at the Salotto bar to eat, recharge my cell phone. The place is very nice and has good prices and they offer a good menu of Italian food, burgers and good desserts. I ate chessburger and tiramisu very tasty
Very unprofessional staff, loud laughter throughout the a terminal, staff sitting in dinning area nothing to do. There african American Manager didnt care . one waitress couldnt stop playing and grab the the men staff.
There was a discrepancy with the menu and their system and they made up for it by giving literally everyone here free pizza. Good food. Good people.
Your only option inside security other than Dunkin Express. $17 for a small Caesar salad with deli sliced chicken. $11 for eggs and bacon.
Prices were far too high for the most basic of meals. $14 for a bacon and egg cheese sandwich is ridiculous.
Bad attention towards users and paying systems not working…if you pay in cash (or to-go) they won’t let you sit in the restaurant

So, where to start, the food was okay for the price, a pizza will cost you around 15 bucks, not cheap but is New York and is an airport, so yes it’s a ripoff if you compare it to other places outside but you can’t just go outside so unfortunately the options are only this or the small store near TSA, however service is really bad, the guy who takes the orders which I think is like a manager, needs to learn some customer service.
Interesting concept: At each place there is a tablet to order, and a credit card reader. Works perfectly, after a while annoying the constantly flashing advertising on the non-turn-off or wegdrehbaren Tablet but very.The pizzas were actually relatively delicious, but were clearly american-italian.We waited for our two pizzas at about 1/3 occupied seats for about 25 minutes.Despite clearly assignable by tablet places, the staff has served half of all orders wrong - and was also then very badly curt.Quite expensive, two pizzas and olives over $ 40 - but that was the only restaurant expected.

2022-03-31This was simply amazing. The Bacon Egg and Cheese pizza, really surprised me. Sounds common but wow was I surprised. Also, since when Crème Brûlée and Cheesecake had a baby!? Oh wow that one was a real experience! Bravo!! 👏👏👏

2022-06-14Im an airline employee and stopped in LGA. The crew was very hungry and given we were late I went up and bought 2 pies for the crew. Nothing strange here, but a few days later I noticed the charge on my CC was double. Essentially charged me 4 pies and gave me 2. I remember he never gave me a receipt and never made me sign... Thieves. I tried to dispute through my bank to no avail. It was about $36. Needless to say Ill never spend money there again. Nobody should, they dont deserve anybodies business.

2022-04-22Complete RIP off. Not ripoff..more..The service was very bad everything was given in a Box .hardly anything to eat.the bread was not appetizing and certainly not fresh.I felt I was robbed .I ordered 2 Johnny Walker black and the price was just atrocious ..how can they steal and rob people in an airport like this?The State of New York leaves on the stupidity of Democrat

2022-07-27Rip off …I don’t leave reviews but I paid $17 for uncooked salmon on a piece of bread . I just threw it away . First time in NY. Never again. Your best option is the Dunkin’ Donuts down the hall in the terminal ..

2022-05-26Service in this place need to improve a lot, since I pay my food and my drinks for my and my family, I ask the the server for a refill and my soda since I pay $5 dollar for each soda, mostly Ice than soda, He refused it so when to talk to the manager Carlos I think who became rude and aggressive telling me that I have to but another soda and that place is not a McDonalds so I cant get a free refill. This happens on 5/22/22 around 2 pm. I will never buy here anymore.

2021-05-07I fully expect to be charged the “past the security terminal surcharge” every time I buy anything at an airport so I have no complaints about overcharging in general (though $5 dollar bottles of water should absolutely be a federal case, get on it Elizabeth Warren) And while I relent to paying $15 dollars for an egg and cheese sandwich what I don’t expect is for that sandwich to be a microwaved plastic cheese mess. I will admit the smoked salmon toast was tasty and has good quality salmon but the extremely hot coffee loses them another point. As there is no other option with the exception of a Dunkin Donuts that does not offer sandwiches, your pretty much at their mercy. Coffee wasn’t bad once it cooled down. My advice add bacon to that egg and cheese to mask the poor quality egg and cheese though you may need to apply for a second mortgage to pay for it (about a $3 surcharge). I think 3 stars is about as fair a rating as I can give though a whole lot more than they deserve, staff was nice enough especially considering they were dealing with annoyed customers who are fully aware they are being fleeced and have just finished being frisked and prodded by security. I don’t expect to not be overcharged at an airport all I ask is that you give me corner store bodega quality egg sandwiches at least, seriously guys a breakfast pizza? Need I say more....

2021-08-06They robbed me on August 1. I had 3 vouchers from spirit airlines for a total of 21 dollars. They asked me to give them my credit card that I wont be charged, but it was a lie. I was charged on my credit card and they stole my vouchers. That is so disrespectful. I need a full refund.
