The employees are absolutely phenomenal- feels like family here. My boyfriend and I stop by before every sabres home game.
Wow the food was excellent!!! I was very impressed!! The spicy corn was especially tasty.
Everything was smooth from start to finish! Pickup order was online, they had my order ready 10 minutes early, and everyone was efficient and friendly. Couldn’t recommend this location more!
What a great experience, ordered from here today with the office. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed their food. I got a burrito bowl and I dont know if the worker was just in a great mood or what but the portion size was huge! The Cholula corn salsa was dynamite and the chicken was seasoned perfectly! Everyones orders were spot on, not a single mistake and when your ordering for 8 people, that rarely happens. Salsaritas will definitely be seeing a lot of business from us!
This is one of my favorite places to eat in Buffalo. The atmosphere is great and the staff is usually really nice and helpful. They have so many ingredients and Ive never had anything there that I didnt like. I highly suggest you try it out!😃
Great flavor! Ordered on line for 4:30. Was not ready when I got there, but that is fine. Fresh is better than soggy. Someone for got the steak in my steak salad, but was an easy fix.Was unfortunately there to witness a costumer outburst on an employee, he handled it with grace and style! The customer was clearly in the wrong and swindled an extra cup out o him, then proceeded to make a scene about plastic ware.Minutes later while I ate out side said customer had a group of 2 kids and 2 adults, magically the missing items appeared!Was greeted by the manager, he was pleasant and a little funny.Great place, the reward system is appealing, employees are stand out, manager is pleasant.Will go back today, for the food is flavorful and fresh!
5 star service, big portions, place is clean and the flavor of the food is good, they give you options to choose family packs o fiesta packs. 100% recomended. Nice place to eat and to have a good time.
Went here last night for dinner. The people working were friendly and the food was good! Not skimpy with anything. My only complain was the coke zero in the machine was flat lol.
Decent burrito, a bit expensive but there arent any other burrito places around so beggers cant be choosers. Service was good, theres indoor dining. Table was filthy dirty tough. ¯_(ツ)_/¯ what ya gonna do?Lack of other burrito options and decent food means Ill be back, but the price will keep me from coming regularly despite my love of burritos.

This has slowly become the worst food Ive ever gotten. The first time, I get it, they gave the wrong order because the names on the orders sound similar. A second time, I had to physically call the store to release my order for delivery, because they never said the order was ready, and it sat there for 20 minutes, cold, before I called and then it SUDDENLY is available for the driver as I hang up the phone, when they blamed doordash. Then, it shows up, and I get the entirely wrong order again, with all kinds of random stuff added, that I am allergic to. Go in to get your food, or else youll get whatever is handed off.
I stop in for lunch at Salsarita’s maybe twice a month. But everything I walk in, the manager recognizes me and greets me as an old friend. The atmosphere is relaxed, the flavors of the meat and sides are great and the staff always seems to strive for excellence when preparing your order. Always a nice stop!PS: They started serving refried beans again which is a HUGE win compared to when they started only going for Black Beans. It’s the little things that make this chain worth the trip!
Awesome!!!! On Time Delivery! Superior Service! Both with ordering Catering and having them deliver it and going into this Location! Staff is Great ! Friendly! Accurate and Fast!! This location is ALWAYS slamming at the Lunchtime hour! All Staff is working hard! Including the Manager who is ALWAYS doing something! Whether it is straightening the Eating area, serving or cashing out! This manager is obviously Great to his Staff because he is willing to jump in and help wherever it is needed. His staff seems to have very little turnover which in this area speaks volumes.AND the food is always fantastic here as well!
I go here about once a week. I love it and the girls that work there know my order. I love that. Its always clean and friendly and their food is consistently great. Most of the staff has been there for years so its nice to see the same people time and time again. Ive never had a problem since Ive been going there.
I love Salsaritas specially the 1 at this location. But tonight it was really off. One of the staff which was a woman, was very polite and attentive. But her co-worker which was a guy, wasnt rude but I could tell that he was in a bad mood and probably had a long day because it was before closing time. But my portion on what I ordered was unreasonably small. Im not the one to complain but it was so small, the person I was with spoke up and mentioned what she saw. He still left it as is. It was messed up though but because of this one unfortunate incident Im not going to give up on Salsaritas. Just hope they do better next time
If this restaurant is going to use Skip the Dishes as part of their delivery service, they need to have better communication. On my break today I ordered a combo from here and only received the entree not the chips/queso and drink as advertised. When I called to find out why, I was told that I hadnt ordered what I had, even though I had a receipt listing all the items that should be included. They then made no effort to fix the problem, so I had to go through Skip the Dishes to get the food I had already paid for. I had to wait double the time I had expected. The food quality is decent, but not good enough for this hassle.
I always enjoy it here. The food is good and the proportions they give you for the price can last you two decent meals. The staff are friendly as well!
I HAD to give a five star rating after this past Sunday (the St. Patrick’s Day Parade). Though it was a complete cluster, the staff didn’t seem stressed or annoyed (which pretty much everyone else working in food services was with the crowd). More specifically I want to bring attention to how hard working, energetic and friendly Cookie was. She deserved to be praised for her exemplary service and positive attitude!!!!

Young lady that waited on me was very nice..smelled very clean in there..dining area still not opened as of 6/17.I had a Rice Bowl..it was great..so many toppings with Mexican rice..DELISH...yummy..Ate down by the lake..beautiful view..

Great food. much better than a moes or chipotle. friendly service. could use s better layout after the food. right now it creates an opportunity to spill your entire tray but not being able to slide it over and because its congested with customers. you have to back track to get eating utensils and condiments and again get in other customers way.
Cant believe I have not reviewed you guys yet!!! When they say Chipotle or Moes?!? I saw Salsaritas LOUD!!!! Hands down, my favorite place. Yes, its downtown and yes, a lot of my favorite spots are downtown but I have been around awhile to see these places grow and continue to thrive. The quality here is ALWAYS great. One of the last times I went, the worker was low on shrimp and cooked some for me DESPITE it being the last 10 minutes or so before closing. I always get the combo, chips and drink for a few bucks extra, so yeahhh man... It gets no better!! Clean, a bunch of seats, friendly service and good food. Probably one of the biggest thumbs up I can give as far as reviews go...
Less of a line in winter then summer for lunch but everything is fresh and good. They have a walk up to the food where you go down the line looking through their deli like window to order what looks good, pay, and either take out or grab a seat and they do have beer.
Great Mexican meals with plenty of options. If youre a foreigner and your English is more academic, perhaps you wont understand when waits are telling you the options youre not used to have (they speak a bit fast🌝)Food quality is good enough and the prices are ok. Watch for the spicy sauces, you might like it a lot though

Usually its great but this time it was just okay. I have a seafood allergy and one of the workers was making a shrimp rice bowl for the customer ahead of me and she was very sloppy. She dripped a bunch of juice from the shrimp in the queso so I requested fresh queso to avoid getting sick. The manager went and got fresh queso from the kitchen, I was happy, even though he seemed annoyed he still smiled. The food was okay.
Super long line ar lunch time but it moved rather quickly. Their menu is really easy to follow and they have a lot of options.I had a chicken burrito. It was decent, but nothing amazing.
Always delicious. The chips and queso are top notch. I always get the two taco combo. Service is pretty quick and friendly. It tends to get very busy at lunch time so take that into consideration.
Generally great, Im a repeat customer but it can be 80% hit and 20% miss. The hits are so tasty and fresh it keeps me trying. Them misses are generally small things like new guacamole that is very brown on top or half the chips are fresh and crisp while the other half are rock hard stale. Little more effort and this place is an easy 5 star.
Employees serving uncooked food to customers sans any protective barrier and facemask/face covering. Will not go there again unfortunately due to unsanitary conditions. I know three people have died due to covid-19. No respect to human lives; no respect to the customers health.
I ordered off of grub hub and i realize that may have something to do with this review, but my order came with no fork, there was no ice in my drink, my food was cold, and late and the chips were very stale, overpriced for the mediocre meal that it is. however the woman i talked with that was at the store was very nice and i dont want this review to reflect poorly on her.
The food was noticeably old...the ground beef looked dry,what was left of it. The beans had a layer of crust on them my taco bowl was filled 1/4 of the way. Ive been to this chain at different locations and Ive never seen any of them in this condition
Ordered on skip, it took over an hour, and came cold. Paid 12$ for one burrito, chips, and a drink. My taco didn’t even come like I ordered it either. Not one to leave bad reviews but this place deserves it.
I can say from experience first hand,that food is delicious, fresh and a great variety they serve drinks alcolhol an non alcohol. The employees are very helpful an professional. I would recommend that anyone go there for any occasion an it is also child friendly.
I thought this was a pretty solid place. The service was quick and friendly, and the food was good too. The queso was really good, it didn’t taste too heavy or anything. Definitely a good enough place to go back.

Rude staff!! I ordered online to pick up on my very short lunch break from work.. when I arrived a worker told me it wasnt ready yet and it was to be ready 15 mins from now I explained I was in a hurry and he gave me attitude and said he would make it, then he went into the back and never came back out. I then asked the girl at the register if he was coming back, surprised she went back to find out. When she walked back out her face was red and she was laughing. Most likely he was hiding out and they were laughing about it. Either way it was extremely unprofessional and highly irritating. Other gentleman prepared my order and handed it to me.
One of the best managed restaurants in buffalo, the employees are always very polite and the experience is consistent every time, which is rare to find these days.
Ive been to a few other franchise locations and the Salsaritas on Chippewa seems to be the only one thats consistently excellent. When Im hungry and I feel like I need to gorge to the point of intestinal distress (pleasant pain) I order the large burrito combo and get to work.
Undercooked rice, unbearably sweet tea, long waits even when preordering. No free salsa despite salsa being in the name. They then ask you to complete a review that is bugged and non functional.Stick to Moes
Well the salad was fabulous taking my friend there for the 1st time which she thought it amazing my only regrets were the lemons and limes were old and the container leaked all over so quality should be worked on and the employees are always smoking outside hopefully their washing there hands after

Its a dirty, generic copy of Chipotle. Food quality and service are significantly reduced from the Chipotle model to pump up the bottom line.

Fast and quick service, although Sunday hours are not normal. Website says 8pm, google says 6pm, i went there at 5:30 and it looked like a ghost town in there. Not sure if someone is clocking out early or they just dont care.

I LOVE Salsaritas, but the customer service on the day I visited was terrible. The food wasnt fresh, the preparer had an attitude and threw my few on the tray, and the cashier wasnt pleasant. I was very disappointed.
Ordered and got the bare minimum of everything. Taco salad had a small bit of steak and a couple of lettuce leaves. Tacos were bare. Never coming here again.

Skip the dish needs to cut this place, they gave me the wrong drinks, the tacos i ordered were just meat on shell, they gave a large bowl of all there toppings and maybe 20 chips to eat it, a random burrito...the only redeeming factor to there subpar food and service was there sugared dough...ill never order again

2022-06-28Whether it’s dine-in, takeout, or deliver the food is always prepared quickly and comes out the same way every single time; meeting expectations and delicious. The portions are bountiful and presentation is spot on. I would recommend Salsarita’s (Chippewa) to anyone I know with confidence.

2021-04-28We stopped by for a quick take out lunch. It was my first time at this location. This is your standard make your own taco/ burrito/ salad spot. We chose burrito and a burrito bowl. There are some great lunch specials here everyday if you are looking for a bargain. Large portion sizes. Lots of indoor seating.First of all the chips, salsa and queso here are awesome! If you get the combo meal you get a huge bag of chips for each meal with your choice of guacamole or queso and salsa. The chips are super light, fresh and addicting. Definitely a highlight of coming to eat here. The queso is creamy and not too spicy, probably some of the best for a take out chain. Salsa was fresh with a little kick. Great to eat alone or as a topping. The guacamole was just ok. Edible but not super fresh and no overwhelming flavor of avocado after eating.The steak and chicken in the meals was just ok. We weren’t overly impressed. The quality was mediocre at best. It was palatable with the fresh ingredients and toppings. I have been to other locations of Salsaritas and the meat seemed to be better, as in maybe more fresh and better prepared.The staff was wearing masks and following covid protocols.

2022-03-31Ordered a steak bowl with all the toppings, except queso and a side of hot salsa. The bowl was delicious and the flavorful hot salsa had me sweating without being ridiculously hot. Very tasty!

2022-02-05Bad experience if you order delivery from this place. As a delivery driver, let me elaborate: both orders placed at 11am. Arrive at 1130. Both orders not ready. I ask how much longer. Manager gets cheeky with me. They expect the delivery drivers to prepare the drinks and even go as far as instruct me how to do so, but it is in our contract to specifically not prepare food or drinks. Employees not properly wearing masks, putting me at higher risk of contracting COVID and transmitting it to my recipients.

2022-02-02They have great food. Its hard to find good Mexican food in Buffalo new york. They make a great burrito. They have an assortment of salsas to choose from and I love their queso. I like them better than Chipotle but I like Chipotle too...

2021-11-17I really fall in love with this Mexican restaurant. The portions are huge, this time I ordered a burrito bowl, the portion is so huge that I had difficulties in finishing it. The guy in the restaurant who make the burrito bowl was super nice. You can make your own bowl with whatever you need everything is displayed in the salad bar. I went for a rice-based burrito bowl with vegetarian options. The vegetarian options are quite a lot in this restaurant. The guy who make the burrito bowl put everything a lot and make it super huge bowl for me. I definitely can recommend this restaurant if someone is looking for a good vegetarian burrito bowl.Last but not least, I dine in the restaurant the restaurant is super clean at maintained all the covid-19 related hygiene measures.

2021-12-05We picked our order right before close tonight please what ever you do don’t order right before they close. Our burritos were ice cold I had no cheese on mine a bunch of moist rice and no Pico de gallo.The other had no beans cracked shell and chicken was hard. It may be a nice place but not tonight at all. Disappointed
