I have gone here several times. I am a fan of their pizza with the old fashioned pepperoni. But the lose stars on their fish fry. We got it twice in the last couple months. In both cases a take out. The first time they forgot the roll and tarter sauce. I was already home so I just ignored it and luckily I had stuff to make my own at home. The food was pretty good.We took a second shot at it. This time I actually paid a dollar or whatever it was to get extra tarter sauce figuring this way they couldnt forget. Well, the remembered the regular order of tarter but didnt put the extra in the bag. Not only that but no coleslaw. We got the roll but no coleslaw. Again, I was already home but I was pretty aggravated. I called and explained both instances... all I got was....we can send someone out to you in 10 or 15 minutes with it. The fish was already almost room temperature and I just hung up. Honestly, they should have refunded my credit card for at least a portion of my order. I am not looking for free food.....but I was just very disappointed in the food/store/customer service.

We ordered three things ...First the thin thin pizza says its on wheat dough ... it was a wheat tortilla gross! It should say that in the description.The second thing was the fish fry. We ordered extra tarter sauce and PAID for it. When we picked up our order we were told no tarter sauce. I would have expected a call so we could have the option of changing our order. Especially since we ordered extra. I dont know about you, but I dont eat a fish fry without tarter sauce, so it went in the garbage.The third was the garbage plate was ok. Thats the only reason this gets 2 stars and not 1.

The last two times Ive ordered here its been on a Friday night and its been totally chaotic. Missing orders, incorrect orders, and super long wait times. They really need to figure out a better process or train employees better. Hoping they figure it out because I really like this place

I have no quarrel with the food, which is always good, but getting too expensive. Its $18.95 now for a 12 (medium) white pizza! Then theres the ever increasing delivery charge (currently $3.50 + tax = $3.78), which is a pure profit grab. They are sure to remind you that the driver does not share in this exorbitant charge, so make sure you tip the driver appropriately. Such arrogance! I used to be a loyal customer. My delivery orders were routinely in the $40 range. But Ive had enough. There are plenty of other pizza places to choose from. And thats what Im doing.

We ordered pizza from your Penfield location and needless to say, we were very disappointed. The pizza looked like it had been sitting around under the warming lights for 10-15 mins. We specifically asked for our 20 wings well done and they weren’t at all. We had pizza and wings from Salvatore’s last weekend for a party and it was great, so we wanted to try again. Definitely not worth the $30 we paid.

First time here at this location. There was a huge winter storm right now dumping almost 10 inches on the ground and they had their entrance fully cleared and salted unlike the rest of the plaza. Food was quick and delicious. Loved the staff as well the girl behind the counter was very nice and fun to chat with. Will def come back to this location.

I typically have no difficulty with words but let me tell you.... I am truly at a loss for words when it comes to Craig and his team at the Penfield store on 250/441. First of all.... customer service is beyond exemplary..... whether it’s a phone call to the store or a visit in person, I am treated like I actually matter, notJust the next customer on a busy Friday night.......Next, the quality of food is second to none.... I’ve been around the pizza block a few thousand times, and every time I order from Craig at this Penfield location... its like they just opened a fresh bag of everything for me specifically... everything tastes and feels top notch......I live beyond the delivery zone of this location, yet I have no problem driving past other locations to pick up my order at this store, not to mention cleanliness, which enhances my Salvatores experience....Thank you Craig!!!

I ordered a large chicken finger parm sub it was the best sub I’ve ever had in a while so much flavor and juicy ness but it was crispy everything was made perfectly I will order more and I suggest if you haven’t yet try one
