Jason is a PRO! He is upfront about his rates, his turnaround and his handling. After dealing with one of his unprofessional competitors (whom operates on 49th and Madison), it was a breath of fresh-air to have my Passport Expediting handled with care. I cant recommend his services enough!
I went by appointment at same day passport office New York at 347 5th ave location on Tuesday and received my passport on Wednesday. It suppose to delivered on Thursday . I was surprised when i received call on Wednesday by 4:45 pm. Danny did great job . They do not take passport photos at this location so please take two passport size photo. thanks you
I applied my us passport with same day service at this location on Wednesday early morning this week. When i called in, they told me that I can pick up my passport on next day if i came before 9:30am, but I did not get it on time and delayed my China Visa apply.
Complete waste of my time. Go straight to the agency. They claim to be open at 8 yet no one was able to be there until 930. I got there at 730 to be safe and the one guy that actually was there claimed he couldnt see me cause I was late. Yet he was there the whole time and pretended not to be there until I ran into him at 815 and he told me he had no time for me. At around 830 someone called saying they would be there by 930 to assist me. Why say youll be open at a certain time if you wont be assisting your customers at that time? The 1 star is for the security downstairs that tried helping me out cause he saw how desperate I was.
My number is one digit off from this places phone and also it seems like a scam. I’m tired of phone calls from ppl who click the digits in reverse order on their phone keypad and reach me instead. I hope you close down so this doesn’t happen anymore cuz I don’t really wanna change my number 🤣
SCAM... not sure why people don’t listen to the previous reviews. I never used the service but my mate did and it’s absolutely a scheme. Police had to get involved. Literally read the reviews and listen otherwise you’re knowingly putting yourself in a bad situation.
Shady place. Set up reservation tried to call in and no response. What kind of business is this. No return calls and i called over a period of 2 hours and i called the day before as well. Very sad. Just go to the passport spot couple blocks down, they actually have someone to talk to and actual business hours that are real
Just called for someone that needs a passport as soon as possible for a death in family. The guy picked up rudely and also said Im full already I will have time Monday.
The email and on of the phone numbers is dead, and the other number goes to a wireless customer VM.
DO NOT GO I REPEAT DO NOT GO . They will charge you 299 on top of 205 for the passport a bunch of bs go to Hudson street
Lady was very unprofessional on the phone. I felt like I was speaking to a merchant.

2022-05-01I was super afraid to come here after reading the reviews. I took a leap of faith due to my partner needing a passport asap— Dinesh was excellent! Within a few hours, he was able to schedule an appointment at the New York Passport Agency even though there wasn’t any availability. A few days later was my partner’s appointment, and he was able to receive his passport the very same day. Even after he was paid for his services, he still remained in contact to assure everything went as planned. Recommended! Thank you!

2022-03-09I was super Skeptical because of the reviews but i went ahead and worked with them to get a passport asap for my dad, he recently became a U.S Citizen and we wanted to fly out, we went to this place to get a new passport asap. Everything worked out perfectly! We received his passport one day before our trip, TY!

2022-05-09The service which I received is exactly as the gentleman offered. I got the passport with weeks due to delays brought on by covid but i received it on the date he stated. My only concern was with the fees which I had to pay. Whereas he initially stated $300 to get the express service, when i got to the office the price had gone up to $450 and I had already gotten the application processed at a passport office.

2021-06-04I will be reporting them to the bbb and someone needs to investigate how they use their cash only funds. I paid them to make an appointment with usps only for me to get to site and usps office says they haven’t processed passports in 3 months. I went back to this place and she refused to give me a refund.

2019-08-08I should have listened to the reviews. Everyone is very friendly, but best to go to the official passport agency. I payed this third party agency $400 and had to go to the passport agency anyways. And I received my passport soon than they could produce it. They do not refund even though they didn’t fulfill their end of the deal. They are not very knowledgeable on what is sufficient documentation needed for a passport. Go to the passport agency, it takes longer but In the end it is cheaper; and less hassle.

2021-04-05I called and the woman was rude! I told her my situation and she said “oh well try changing the day of your flight cus there’s no way you can get a passport that quickly for the child.” How rude!

2021-01-06Don’t go here....!!!! These people charge you $262 fee just to photo copy your paperwork and make you an appointment at another place like if you cant do that your self and it doesn’t even cover what you have to pay for the passport so youll be paying almost $500 for a passport that costs about $180... and when we were leaving he took the paperwork copy with my sons information and ask us what about my work? What work you just took copy’s I’ll give you $1 for the copys but thats it and he took the copy’s anyway...

2016-12-19First of all, I have to say that I was very impressed. Skeptical yes, since this was my first time ever applying for a passport and I was very short on time for travel. However, when I first spoke with Jason he described the entire process to me over the phone. He calmed my fears. I went to the office for the first time on Friday, December 9th and I was traveling very early morning Wednesday, December 14th. I had my application filled out and all my original documentation needed for the process. Jason took care of all the rest. He took the pictures which would have been another hassle for me since I was short in time. These other professional places were trying to charge up to $600. and then you still had to do all the leg work for them. Once my pictures were taken (and he took a few samples until I was pleased) then he sent me with documents to the post office and everything was accepted by the federal office and then I returned the enclosed packet from the post office back to Jason. That was all the work that I had to do. He guaranteed delivery for my by Tuesday, evening. He called me Tuesday afternoon the passport would be ready and it was. He was very professional and straight forward and every time I called the office, he picked up. I think I must have called him about 10 times that Friday - LOL but he never sounded bothered by it at all. I will definitely recommend and send a lot of business his way. I also met with his partner, Anthony and he was also very pleasant and professional. Again, I was very impressed. My passport looked beautiful.MB

2017-09-03I expedited my US passport with Same Day office at the 347 5th Ave location with an appointment on August 29th. I was traveling on Labor Day weekend and my passport was expired. This office was able to get my US passport in time for my trip. I called multiple places in New York but no one could guarantee it due to the Labor Day weekend. Same Day office got my passport to me by Friday. Now I am ready to travel on Monday to France. I thank you for your quick service and recommend everyone to come here!!

2017-09-14PLEASE READ ENTIRELY - THIS WILL HELP YOU !!!! This review is not about service but pricing. My mother needed a passport for a flight in a weeks time. We were both panicking because we did not realize her passport expired a month back. Heres the thing... I googled same-day passport service and these guys popped up. I called and asked for pricing on 2-3 day turnaround. The guy said $420 !!! I then called my mom and told her the price and she was not thrilled. We googled some more.... I found the actual passport agency website and made an appointment for travel in less than 2 weeks (expedite service by appointment only unless your flight is in 3 days time - only then, walk ins are welcomed) BUTTT we missed our scheduled time because of train traffic - NYC what can you say - luckily my moms flight was now 3 days away and she was welcomed to walk in. She told me the process was flawless and took about 20 -30 mins ( she went in at 9am btw as a walk in). The process if you make an appointment takes 15 mins tops. SHE PAID $170 !!! and received her passport the VERY NEXT DAY !!!!!!!!!! - so people , some of us have time and some dont BUTT if you do - just make an appointment online for the ACTUAL passport agency. you pay less and can receive your passport within hours ! just go very early lol ( 376 hudson st). I am happy I listened to my mom and did not jump the gun and paid $420 ! ...
