Although store was under construction while we were there, everyone in the tile and kitchen department went out of their way to help us. The men who came to our house to gut & re-install our bathroom were always on time and showed up when they said. Even the shower door installer was a pleasure. No mess in our house at all. All around great experience. Will be back for our kitchen later this year.
My tiles are beautiful. The experience was perfection. I am beyond pleased. The service was special I learned more from the guys at Sams than any tile shop I visited and so I said these are the guys for me.
Nice store with a great selection of beautiful and unique high end cabinets, counters, flooring, quartz, tile, granite, vanities and other kitchen and bath materials and accessories. The staff is super friendly and professional.
If youre willing to shell out 5 to 10 grad to get minor work done then they are your guys. Questionable fees that add up to more than their installation fee are applied to products they dont get to install.
Personable and very knowledgeable people. Very impressed with the inventory and creative solutions to design issues. Go there first and you wont need to go anywhere else.
The typical hood winkers. They promise one thing and deliver something completely different. Ill be taking my contracting somewhere else. When they make a mistake they make excuses and do not own up to anything. They cant even calculate square yards correctly.
Best place to go for all of your floor covering needs. Expert sales reps, facility is always well stocked. Expert installation!
Buyers beware! Freight Fee that totaled more that half the total price of the flooring? Prayed off of a girl who didnt know any better. I hope you are proud of your selves.

He guided me honestly.This is one stop shopping.I purchased everything from Sams, 4 types of tile, grout, faucets, vanity, vanity mirror, sink, tub, toilet, counter top.He has quality products Kohler, Delta etc.and I am beyond pleased with my purchase. Sams is local.I highly recommend Sams, they have a beautiful showroom with many options.

2017-06-27Buyer beware!!! One of the worse purchasing experiences Ive ever had in my life. After spending a couple thousand at this place, our order came in short tile, wrong color and without finishes. The salesman was provided specific measurements (to the inch) and I specifically requested extra tile. This way I had an extra box if we ever needed to do repairs. The job was forced to be halted midstream due to being short. After bringing the issue to the salesmans attention, he told me he ordered more but it was not his fault. Then, the extra tile comes in, in the wrong color. We had a second order of tile (entrance way). Same request (extra tile)...same result as we were short tile on the second project too. On top of it all, we needed some of the entrance way tile to be beveled on one side. Those too were short in quantity.To top it all off, I wrote an email to the owner explaining how poor of an experience I had. As an owner, you would think hed want to hear about it. He proceeds to tell me that it was not there fault. Not your fault the wrong color came in? Or that you were short on all three orders? Or that you beveled the wrong sides? I came to realize the salesman was the owners son. Go figure.This place is a joke. Dont make the same mistake I did. I can tell by the other reviews Im not the only person who had a horrible experience.

2020-06-26Absolutely HORRENDOUS customer service. We ordered tile from them which was delivered a full week after we were told it would be, and we didnt even receive a call advising us that the tile hadnt arrived. Then, after we finally picked up the tile, the day we were having it installed, we realized that it was the wrong color. I called Sams and spoke with Mike, who told me that it wasnt his fault that the tile was not correct, that he would certainly not be able to correct the issue for me that day, and that he couldnt tell me when it could be fixed. He took no responsibility and I received no apology for the mistake. After Mike interrupted me over and over again and ultimately hung up the phone on me, I called back and asked to speak with the supervisor, John. I started to explain the situation and he also interrupted, telling me that he already knew what was going on and didnt need to hear it again. He then hung up on me several times as well. These people lack basic customer service skills and even common human decency. There are plenty of other places to buy tile around Mahopac, dont waste your time or money on this place!!!

2020-10-06The team at Sam’s tile are all professionals. They have it all covered flooring,wall tile, vanity’s and shower door.they also have a complete section just for kitchen cabinets and countertops. The whole staff is excellent

2017-03-21If youre looking to redo a bathroom or kitchen Sams showroom has a large selection in tile, bathroom cabinetry and accessories; actually I dont need to shop anywhere else. The team is extremely helpful and go out of their way to assist you. They are professional, know the industry and their products plus have a great sense of humor.
