It used to be a good and clean place, but for a while now, they have had flies all over the vegetables area, and it doesnt seem that they are doing anything about it.
Suppose to close the store at 10 pm they closed and locked the doors at 930 after i saw a mouse run thru the store. Very unsanitary but what more can u expect from this neighborhood.
I like coming to this location. The staff here are always very polite. Their services are really good and the facility is always clean.

Quick service, make sure to ask them to put extra of your choices otherwise you will get a bun with lettuce and tomatoes
Worker has bad attitude and lazy, he is mad at all customer for nothing. He doesn’t want to work, owner should hire someone better.

2021-05-15Horrible customer service. Rude owner and staff. Didnt greet me after I said good afternoon, I had to repeat it, and he said What!! He saw the coupons in my hand, and pointed to the sign that said no coupons. I couldnt believe that. I dont mind the fact that they dont participate in the coupons, I do mind not being greeted and being given hand gestures without conversation. He could have simply said we dont participate, however we do have other good deals.This was one of the worst and oddest experiences I have ever faced in Brooklyn. Dont waste your time or money going to this particular Subways. Honestly, they shouldnt represent Subways at all. They discredit the entire Franchise!!I went to other Subways who didnt participate in the coupons, and purchased 2 delicious sandwiches for my husband and I.

2021-02-20I ordered a spicy Italian with double meat this morning and they REALLY loaded it up. It was amazing, some subway are stingy, but this one is great. Thank you to whoever made that sandwich, youre amazing! Thats how all subway should be!

2020-10-21No dine in right now so only pick up, takeout and delivery. Made a to-go order with the app. The order was accurate and done when I arrived for pick up. Polite and friendly staff. Clean place and all the chairs was pushed to the side.

2019-07-19One of the WORST Subway ever. Full of Attitude staff, will talk to you rudely and treat you like you are a beggar. It didn’t happen only once its a every time thing. Old ladies there with the attitude treating the customers like they ow them money. Im done with this location and BEWARE OF THIS LOCATION.

2019-04-19The staff at this subway not polite next time i will record them she was cleaning with chemicals when i came in then went back behind the counter put gloves on got upset cause i said something about it then on top of that gave me a wrap like she was never train to do it. I been to other subways they heat the wrap up she gave me everything cold. Just piled everything on top instead of spreading it out. Then when i said something about the way she made it she got upset. You never know what type of customers you meet you might meet somebody that can report this business.

2019-11-16Bad customer service /refusing to serve whe it comes to a service they getting pay for .i told the indian guy i want to redeem a coupon i have from the uber snack program wich is given to diamond drivers from uber for a good service and uber is paying subway for 6 inc sub and a 20oz soda and cookies and the guy give me and attitude and just told me i dont wanna take that someone from the franchise should call them and teach them how to serve those new customers coming in to give them business because is free for the drivers does not mean uber is not going to pay you
