Well, I was sitting home hungry and thought maybe a sub from subway will be nice. I checked what time they close and google says 10:30. So I started walking there (a 2 mile walk). When I got there a customer was leaving and I also noticed the open sign was still up. I looked at the store hours in the front glass just to make sure I wasnt coming in too late. It was Thursday March 3rd which says they close at 10:30. I walked in at 9:35, seconds after a customer walked out and the lady working there said they are closed. How are you closed an hour early? Subway really disappointed me on this one. Im going to stick to getting my subs at Wegmans from now on. Thanks subway, 4 miles later and I didnt have a sub and was still hungry.
It really depends on who makes your food there but its still the best Subway in town. If you get the right person they will go above and beyond to make sure you get a good meal to remember. When I found this one and got my sub made the right way it was an easy decision. its the only one I go to when in town and in the mood for a sub. They made a sub for me once that was so good and had so much on it that it was the first time i couldnt finish it. They did this several times after and thats why i will definitely go back and I would absolutely recommend this place for a good meal.
Horrible service bad attitude I understand this pandemic makes things harder but don’t work if the few of us left can’t trust that you handling ur food with care properly
Subways located on Delaware works well as a team. The male staff is a bit more friendlier then the female staff nonetheless they are all professional and attentive to the clients need. The ingredients look and taste fresh. My oldest grandson loves their chicken sandwich on the herbed and cheese bread.
1. No greetting. (Good morning) 11:50 a.m. instead she ask me what do you want2. Ordered a combo and she dosnt hear and end paying almost $14 for a chicken teriyaky with a bag of chips and a fountain drink.3. No happy employee = no happy customer4. No thanks for select your restaurant to take my wife to have some lunch.5. I dont give 1 star because she dosnt curse in front of me & the place was clean, so i give you 2 stars.
I agree with Angela complete as I’ve had a very similar experience. Can someone please tell me how in the world does this make sense: about 4 customers in line and boy who works is working hard finishing everyone’s subs trying to get through the line while girl sees customers and decides she wants to fill the chips rack instead of finish the line..?!?
I loved going here for an egg whites Sub. Now they are no longer selling them anymore! Very disappointed. Please bring back the egg whites Subs. Thank you! Spanish dude with the curly hair is super unenthusiastic about taking your order and kind of rude just slips the sub together like he don’t wanna even be there. Not a pleasant experience.
Daytime lady is a great person. She makes a mean sub. Im always happy when she works which is most of the time. Thank you Lady!
I went to subway for dinner and purchased a chicken caesar wrap meal for $12. When I got home, the wrap seemed smaller than normal so I measured.... and it was only 5 big! For that price... I could have gotten a full size sub. Thats not even mentioning that it was stuffed with veggies and barely had any meat.Last time I will go to this subway as I overheard employees mentioning a cheap owner which is likely why they are not putting the standard amount of meat in their wraps or sandwiches
Lunch hour on a week day only one worker who was as slow as could be. Unbelievable. people were leaving...
Dont eat there! I used to work there!! Its dirty! People dont wash there hands,answer the phone with gloves on while surviving your food N dnt wash there hands after there done touching money! All the employs talk about eachother! There never prepared for the right day or not enough Product!
The Subway was understaffed - one guy during a noon rush when other places would have 3 people. When the credit card machine broke, he was totally overwhelmed - work on helping customers, communicate the cash only, or fix the machine.
Every time I come in there’s different people working but today I swear must be the blind leading the blind 2 people working took almost 35 minutes to do 3 subs have one guy trying so hard to move and get the subs done and the women moving slower than a snail up hill and standing at the register last time I go back

I was turned away at the door cause the girl sitting outside said she was told to only take mobile orders so she could take her break. How is this my problem?
The staff tends to be extremely slow and there are times when your order is rung up incorrectly in your overcharged
Came here on my lunch break at 2:00pm on the 8th and the door was locked but there was a lady inside who saw me? Probably not guna come back.

The woman behind the counter was rude had absolutely no knowledge of what the hell she was doing I tried to use my Subway points on my card and she had no clue what the hell to suggest to me really really sad when you work at a place and you dont know what the hell youre doing especially when it says media as that type of job theres no rocket science here SMH I went to the other Subway and I got treated like gold

The best subway around in my opinion. The service is always friendly and on point and they easily make the best subway subs in WNY.
Its subway. Go there to expect a cheap and made quick sub made with cheap ingredients. Think Little Ceasers. Nothing wrong with cheap in a pinch, but definitely not the best out there
Dont go to that store after 9pm even though they are open until 10pm. The staff make you feel like the customer are disturbing while they are preparing to close.
They are very skimpy with their food and the owner its not very nice I rate it poorly

Doors were locked before the store was closed. Guess they dont need the money. The sandwich artist just sat there on her phone while I tried the door.

2022-03-07This Subway Was good until they hired a unprofessional young lady. I dont know if she is still there because I havent been back since December 2021. Issue one, I ordered a footlong cold cut combo, she advised me there was only enough meat for a six inch. The meat looked old and dry. I asked for a meatball sub. There was no meatballs.. She was non chalant, so I was non chalant when I left and kept my money in my purse! Couldnt believe she was about to sell me old meat!!! I must stress a NEED for upper management to require more of employees!

2022-02-17This location had written both online and on the front of the location that they open at 9am. We had gotten there two minutes early and saw they had already had their open sign on and lit up. We waiting till 9 to try the door and the employee inside simply looked over at us and shook his head no, assuming that meant they weren’t quite ready to open yet. So we waited in the rain for about 2-3 minutes. After that we gestured to the employee to see if they were opening the doors anytime soon and he simply shook his head no again and we followed up by asking through the glass door when they were opening and after a small exchange of having to yell through the door because he wouldn’t come to the door and politely informed us he wasn’t opening until 10am we informed him the sign said 9am and we had no choice but to leave. The online information states this location opens at 9am which others state 10am and why we chose to come to this location to begin with. Information is wrong both online and on the front of the location and should be changed immediately.

2021-06-19Usually a pleasant place to eat. However, today’s experience not so much. On the website it’s say closes 9pm. I’ve been there plenty of times a bit before 9 and was services with no issue. Today I arrived 8:30pm. When I walked in there was 3 young ladies that I hadn’t recognized at this location before. cleaning and putting food away. I was told immediately that they were closing. I asked if they closed at 9 as the website said so and was told again they are closing. From my understanding closed at 9 pm means lock the door, clean, put things away AT 9pm not 30 mins to 9. After a few more exchanged words with the young lady she started to make my sub with a visible attitude. 3 other people came in after me and she also turned them away . Telling them they are closing. My sub was hardly toasted as I requested because she has already turned the oven off and tried melting my cheeses from the heat that was left due to the oven still being warm. This should not be tolerated by the owner as he will lose lots of money. I hope he checks his reviews.

2021-05-044/26/21 at 1:00pm. Went to the 2730 Subway. 3 customers in line. In hurry for getting back to work so decide to save time by going to the restaurant beside it, got my order and 5 minutes later went back to the same Subway. The SAME people still in line. So we waited. The cashier then got on his cell phone and had all of us still waiting I. Ask him to wait on us and he got extremely rude.

2019-10-20Not one of the main Subways I go to but whenever I do, I always get good service here. The staff is always friendly and its never too busy when I go... The food itself is good and they always give you a decent amount of toppings. The area is always clean and there are places to sit of course. Overall, I recommend this location as far as somewhere to eat and being easily accessible from the busy traffic up and down Delaware.

2021-05-22There is a Skinny dark skin lady wt fake eyelashes(that you will see and will know)be carefull with that lady she steal money from their costumers its the 3rd time that i go and i order a 6inch and she charge a 12inch sub. 3rd time that she try to steal money from us! Be carefull read the receipt several times!! Money dnt come from the sky....

2018-12-24If I can give this place less than 1 star I so would. It’s the night before Christmas Eve, so I expected it to be a little busy due to last minute shopping. I go in with my mom and her husband for a quick bite. Soon as we walking in a thin girl with brown hair said “Just to let you guys know I’m the only one working tonight.” First of all, how is it that on one of the busiest nights of the year there’s only one person working? Second of all she said it with an attitude as if she wanted us to leave. About 5 minutes goes by and she’s still working on the same sub and putting on ingredients extra slow, while looking at the line of people. Again, pretty much hoping that people will leave so it’s less worse on her. As people start to walk out, a man puts $5 in the tip jar and says “F this place” while walking out. We decided to wait a few more minutes and she still was taking her sweet old time. We decided to leave. Been going to this location for years, never had a problem. Really should look into the girl that works Sunday nights because now they just lost a few customers.

2019-12-01The sub was great! Steak and cheese on garlic bread, yumminess. And the guy and gal that waited on us were super helpful and friendly. I would have added a photo but I forgot, because we ate them so fast😉
