The comments seem to have a problem with the online pickup. I dont know anything about that, but I do know that the older guy working there is extremely kind, and the subs were great!
I love subway subs but workers do not read the orders online or listen very well, I didnt get my order the way I wanted it after I took it home I had to take alot of stuff out of sub that I never ordered, wasnt happy
On the 21 of this month i went to this subway. When I walked into the store it had a strong smell of chemicals and paint that the workers could not even function.i over heard customers saying the store should be close while they do the work. A manager was supposed to be there in that store but there was not one.there was only 2 workers that was working that looked pale and breathing funny. This is not good condition for worker or customers.
I went to Subway on Christmas eve. It was 1pm, i had decided to treat my family while out last minute Christmas shopping. one of my daughters is a vegetarian. I ordered a tuna sub. We dont have any tuna. the young woman informed me. Why, I asked. Because it is christmas Eve and we are closing early and we dont want to prep anything. She replied rudely. Another young woman came behind the counter to inform the woman speaking to me that she had just heard that they would need to cut more tomatoes (they were out). Great, said the other woman very sarcastically. They were also out of the garlic cheddar bread. I feel like if you are not going to offer all the selections, then you should not be open at all. I understand if there is no more, but to just not want to prepare it seems wrong. I was very unsatisfied with my experience at that Subway.
I was out in courtland to visit a friend. We stop at this subway on Saturday it was a horrible smell in the place and fumes. I believe they was painting the place. Customers was walking in and back out because off how bad it smelled. Some of their employees looked very pale and couldnt function correctly. I felt really bad for those workers. The fumes was horrible the employees had no mask nothing protecting them from the fumes and horrible smell. Will not be going back .
From my experience everytime i go to this location (and not one of the other 3 locations within 15 miles.) I lose my appatite for subway. staff frequently changes and each batch is ruder than the last. unless your running out of gas or lose a tire its worth the 5 min drive to the main st location.
Not happy at all went in and had to walk rite back out the store had a very strong odor the store should have closed during those hours i feel bad for whom ever had to work.... P.S i work as managment and anytime someone is working on the building someone of management is/should always be their and available. Tip to your management team
Sandwiches were not very good, bread wasnt done, they had no chips or any kind of milk for the kids. The lady who made our meals was not helpful, rude and acted like she didnt wanna be there. I suggest they get their acts together
So yesterday I went to subway 281 it was horrible smelled like chemicals where sitting there for days it’s terrible what they did to the workers what’s her name amber and Nate they almost passed out they could not think or function correctly 3 and a half hours in a confined space with those strong chemicals every one was walking in and going rite back out no one could breath that’s just pure Torture I have much respect for them 2 workers even asked there bosses if they can close for those few hours
Had a new guy training, so order was slow. New sausage sub is...EH. But, no COVID lines at drive thru....cause there is no drive thru....
Subway 281 was horrable yeasterday the chemicals where so strong the workers told us whome have kids to please exit the store because of the strong smell managment should have been there during those hours the to workers working yeasterday looked very pale had to ask us matipul times what we orderd because the chemicals where getting to thete brain they could barly stand up get it together subway thats just wrong in so many ways
Yeasterday i went into subway 281 it was horrable what those workers had to be in i seen the girl useing her astmah pump i seen the guy crying in help to breath they could not function that is not a way to treat your employees the store should have been closed down yeasterday that can cause some serrous health issues for those to especially the woman needing to use her asthma pump just terrable
Seldom a line, but even if there is its still fast. Friendly folks working there. Its easy to get healthy food, and know the calories, like any subway. Lots of parking. A little hard to notice from the street unless youre looking for it.

2017-08-21I hadnt been to this particular subway in years, and I regret ordering from them today. It was about 8pm... They close at 10 so the guy there wasnt rushed at the last second or anything. I ordered two subs with the app. In the comments, I asked the employee to toast my sub with the veggies on. Fast forward 20 minutes, Ive got the food with me at my dinner table. Quick service. However, my sub (steak) was not toasted at all...definitely not toasted with the veggies like I had asked. Yuck. The worst part honestly was that the subs were absolutely overloaded. I love veggies. Even extra veggies... Load them on. But this was outrageous. Way too much for even half of them to stay inside the bread. A really terrible meal. I wont be going back.

2020-06-26I just had the best experience today! I forgot to add sub oil and seasoning when I placed my order online. The you lady graciously offered to open my sandwich up and fix it! Even though I couldnt see her smell I heard and felt she was smiling! I will definitely come back again when Im working in the area!!! Thank Subway!!!

2021-05-04The Sandwich Artist did a fantastic job but he was completely alone. So I waited in line for 20+ minites for 2 cold subs. Obviously the Subway corporation is not broke, and they pay their workers min. wage. So maybe staffing 2 ppl in the evening? Just a thought. Cheap a holes

2019-09-23Went to Subway the other day and noticed that there was a horrible smell inside there. The employees were having problems breathing and when they asked about possible protection for their lungs they were told that they would be fine and were told to continue to work. I only know this because I asked questions while I was there. I ended up not ordering because I couldnt be inside any longer than I was because it was just not a place to be inside with the smells in there. I felt bad for the employees. I wont go back, not just because of the smell but because of the treatment of their employees.

2021-02-16Went to subway on west road with the family. The bread was overcooked I dont get toasted and the cookies were very hard and burnt. Anyone looking to order should just go to Riverside not worth ordering from west road.

2019-04-125 customers in line, two employees working and one who just gives glances, but doesnt bother speaking. With four hot sandwiches waiting, they decide to fill an online order for someone who isnt there.I ordered three steak sandwiches with olives and green peppers and when I say olives, onions and peppers on the third, the guy picks up the pepper shaker... I said, oh that should be green pepper the employee gives the dirtiest dead pan look. He never said a word the whole time and I left with for sandwiches that had gone cold.When you have two employees and a full line, maybe online orders at dinner time can wait.
