Ordered 4 subs through app to pick up. Not 1 of the 4 were correct. On one we ordered smashed avocado ($1.79 add on) didnt get it. No mayo or vinaigrette on another. Only ordered 1 toasted, all 4 were. Barely any lettuce and meat was chincey. Sad just Sad. The one that was free standing always did a great job but that one appears to be closed down. Smart to close the one that does a good job

Went there about 2 days ago and the man working there was rude, terrible attitude and made the worst sandwiches ever. Put about a literal tsp of tuna on my sandwich so I paid nearly $7 for 6 inches of bread. Your job is making SANDWICHES not saving lives like really?? Quit acting like its the hardest job in the world. Waste of money to come here.

Really disappointing experience.As soon as the male stepped we were not cared for anymore and our sandwiches look awefull put together. Wasted my money could have done a better job myself at home!

Poor Customer service. Usually go to the one that isnt in a walmart down the street. But it seemed convenient, so gave it a go. Was very disappointing. Undercooked chicken on the sandwich, dropping uncooked chicken on the topping bins, etc. Sloppy. Just plain sloppy. There was a subway franchise at Bogram AFB in Afghanistan with the locals making it. It was a better experience in a combat zone then this place. Sandwich artists were giggling over the young boy in front of us, conversing about it for a good few minutes before coming to take the order. Im very polite, out of respect. Even during this visit. No receipt. Horrible sandwich took 2 bites had to throw out. Ownership should clean house, these two gals will ruin any reputation you have.

Here early morning for a quick flatbread breakfast sandwich. Only 1 staff member working getting everything set for her shift. Didnt see me here at first, but once she did was extremely fast and courteous getting my meal. Sandwich was great, as was her service!!

Chain in a chain. They have ample seating. The day I visited the toaster was down so they couldnt toast sandwiches and could only meat in the microwave. The clerk was apologetic and friendly. The cookie tasted a little like soap.

Only stocked for half the sandwiches. Also employee is very rude and doesn’t say what your out of just puts hands up like I know what that means.

I had good luck I took the lid off the cup and I saw only dirt. they are not cleaning the soda fountain

Great people who work to make their customers happy, especially Wyndell. Make sure to ask for him to make your food and hell make it perfectly the way to want it.
