Last time I visited a Subway I was disappointed in the amount of meat that was in the sandwich. Not at all like there commercials. But on a good note, you can always pay for extra meat to be added.
The food is regularly well prepared and flavorful, employees gives excellent service. I really like how clean it is and atmosphere. Keep up the good work.
Ordered a soup guy put the lid with no gloves, the other guy was picking his facemask every 2 seconds Nd making the sandwiches with the same hand thew it all to the garbage

Their sofa flat and they won’t even switch it out for a different kind. The worse I rather not eat. Over priced place you won’t be seeing me anymore foh then wants to tell me I owe him .50 cents more

2021-12-07This location is super clean including the bathroom; the staff is friendly and attentive. Only downside is constant issues with the app when I want to order ahead and for some reason when the app works this location doesn’t allow the buy one get one half off.

2021-02-27I was here yesterday 2/26/20And I made an online order. I came inside and my order wasnt there, someone else came and took my order by mistake. They were nice enough to make me a new order and well it was just delicious 🤤Definitely can tell it was made with much love! All I asked in my order and extras just like wanted. I would without a doubt come back!

2021-07-03This location is horrible. They were yelling at each other and customers, the food had a weird after taste and the bread wasn’t fresh. Me and my daughter Emily came here yesterday and she saw a ROACH on the table. The place was filthy and filled with ants. I will never go here again. You should either.

2021-03-09The place has changed a lot lately. The bread is never fresh. I order the same thing everytime and the price is always different. The Subway in Shirley is 2 dollars cheaper. I dont particularly enjoy an employee wiping the counter down with a dirty rag and not changing their gloves before making a sandwich.

2020-09-06Asked if they were honoring the buy 2 footlongs get 1 free promotion before ordering and was told yes. Still charged me for all 3 subs. Wouldnt give me a refund, told me I had to come back when the manager was there. Horrible customer service. Save yourself the aggravation and go elsewhere!

2020-08-23Ordered a subway club. They told me that theyre out of roast beef, havent had it in over a month, claims nationwide shortage at all subways. Asked to replace shredded steak for the roast beef, tried to charge me extra for the turkey and ham. I told the guy that made the sub that I didnt cause the roast beef shortage and shouldnt pay for replacing steak, theyre both beef. He still charged me but only for 1 additional meat.

2018-07-28I gave an employee a tax exempt form , And he didn’t know how to use it. He then called his manager who wasn’t help either I am very disappointed in the service that I received today. They were extremely rude and even threatens to call the cops on me. I work for a large company I will make sure no one from my job ever goes back to subway to be treated in this manner again.Definitely the worse subways ever , hope the get Proper trained employees

2019-03-22The Subway in Medford NY is one of the best Subway restaurants. Clean and courteous service..and they offer a variety of mixed citrus juices..very good. Forgot the name..but not the taste..so good!

2013-04-15Extremely friendly service, accommodating even my most unusual requests for sandwich toppings. As a semi-regular customer, the employees recognize and greet me, often remembering what my preferences are for sandwiches. Comfortable and friendly atmosphere.

2019-01-16Definitely a language barrier for the one in Medford, the food looked old and dry, the servings were small. I had the Philly Cheese Steak. I will not be going back anytime soon. It was a big disappointment! Subway, make it right!
