They seem like they dont work well under pressure. When theyre busy, they can be rude and feisty. When I was at the cash register, the lady In the was so much in a rush to get me outta there. I was going to buy some cookies with my sandwich and I just change my mind. Terrible customer service.
Standard Subway. A little unkempt. When I went at night the garbage was overflowing, and the soda machine was busted. There was only one guy there working alone and there were about 7 or 8 customers. Probably understaffed. The food was as expected and the guy eas nice.
This subway is amazing! The location is clearly under new ownership. Everyone who works here is very friendly, quick and helpful. The restaurant is so clean so there is no doubt I will definitely be back!
The Indian guy was really rude. Went there twice and ended up having same bad experience.
Significant improvement lately at this Subway. Must be new ownership or management. If you havent been here in a while I recommend giving it another shot, highly.
Grabbed a sub this afternoon for lunch - location is clearly under new ownership. Staff is responsive, helpful and quick and the restaurant is so clean. Will definitely be back!
Friendly and helpful staff, quick service and always great choices of many breads and meats to eat, always love the meatball sub, cookies are always fresh, very clean tables and floors.
Was downtown for a doctor visit and stopped into Subway. Always reliable. This location was especially clean and the employees were nice and friendly.

This location refuses to stock regular mayo. They force light mayo on you and if you insist on regular they rudely say “it tastes the same.” Not going back here

Guy there didnt want to take my coupon I had to wait almost 10min to wait for him to call the owner to see if he can take the coupon all I wanted was a drink imagine if I had a free sandwich coming my way

The older brothers (uncles) are flirting and they are Edokko in New York.
The service is sensational !!! I was with my daughter on vacation in NY and I avoid these places where I have to speak the name of the ingredients in English because something always comes wrong. But in this shop the attendants were very solicitous, they showed us and they taught the name in English, they let us prove things before deciding. Super friendly service!
As always, to eat a tasty sandwich, the same flavor as everywhere. Excellent travel option.

2022-07-09Came by on a Saturday at 6:45. Google says they are open until 7:30 the sign says they are open until 8. The guy inside motioned that they were closed and looked like they had been for a while. They need to update their times! (Also you cant order online from this location!)

2019-04-30Had my worst Subway experience at this Subway at Maiden. The staff was rude, complained about our choices and finally left out some ingredients in my friends sanwich because the other sandwich was too full. Highly recommend to go to another Subway branch.

2019-05-13The staff was fast and helpful. They gave me my sandwich the way I wanted it to be. They accept cards. You can sit and eat there. They have a soda machine that you can get refills. I got a chicken bacon ranch sandwich. Is a wheelchair accessible entrance. Its a little hiding but theres a guy in the corner promoting where it is at.

2017-02-13It can get very crowded during lunch time so be prepared to have to wait if you come during that time. The staff works as hard as possible it seems and tries to be friendly for the most part. If you come during non-rush times they are much friendlier. Its subway so lots of subway choices to choose from with different bread choices including different toppings as in all subway restaurants around the world. The price is inexpensive and can be a healthy alternative for a lunch. Get the subway rewards card and go there often it builds up quickly (unlike other rewards programs) Ive had over a dozen free sandwiches.

2017-07-13Amazing experience, Ive been living in fidi for 3 years and I was hesitant of coming back to this location but Im glad I did. I was pleasantly surprised at how different everything was, from management to staff even to the ambiance. If I ever need to get a quick bite I would definitely come back!

2017-07-13This subway ROCKS!! The staff and food was nothing short of amazing! This location is super clean and Im still thinking about the smell of that bread! You can count on me for a foot long at least twice a week when Im able to get away from my desk : )

2013-03-25Probably close to one of the worst fast food restaurants that Ive ever been to, very dirty and messy. The Sandwiches are decent but one cant really mess that up as they have certain patterns that they must follow and cant mess up on food unless they would want to go out of business. If you want to just go in and grab some food, eating it somewhere else thats nicer as this would be your best option to actually enjoy your food.

2018-02-12This location is clean and bright, but they are very light on the toppings; I always have to say more, please twice. When I say, a lot of olives I shouldnt be easily able to count how many are on my sandwich.
