Worst subway if ever been to! 5 employees none can even wash the tables, just standing around on there phones and the proped the side door open smoking while it all blew back in the store. There was actually 4 employees smoking at one time
Probably the best Subway I have been to. Everything is fresh and the rolls are fluffy. Amy was very friendly and upbeat. Its nice to see people enjoying their jobs and providing great service.
Had a wonderful hot meatball sub with Pepsi and chips. Very good.
It was a subway... but the place was immaculate the employees were super nice... definitely recommended!
The girl that waited on us actually rolled her eyes when we walked up to the counter. She wore gloves but kept going back and forth and touched everything she could. She even picked up garbage off the floor then touched our food! I will never be back!

2021-12-04This is a generous 2 star review. I am an easy going frequent flyer to this location and am normally very happy with this establishment. I know the owner well and I am sure she would be very disappointed with the customer service I received as well.. The worker was so miserable. Here is a pictire of the two protein bowls I ordered. They are barely half full!!! And that was after asking for more. I didnt dare ask again because she was so miserable. Anything we said seemed to say she seemed annoyed with. And I only made one request! Like i said, I am normally extremely happy with this location. I will definitely leave a better review after my next 5 star service. Its just going to take a bit to get over this one.

2022-01-02I am a frequent flyer here and have never had a problem until tonight, there was a few people in line and there was two woman working and one was busting her butt to try help customers and was still in a cheerful mood while the other was a older woman was standing there and was rude to not only us but a older man in front of us that was having issues with not knowing how to use gift card she was not helpful at all to him and kept giving him smart remarks. Than I asked for xtra mayonnaise on my sub and I only got one line. Finally after about 30 minutes we were out of there with two people working and only one person in front of us. Definitely disappointed.

2021-10-30Worst customer service experience I have EVER had tonight. This is the first time I have felt compelled to write a bad review. Worker was clearly annoyed that I came in at 7:30-7:45ish while she was cleaning-- closing time is 9!?!?! She was very abrasive, ordering me rather than asking me what I wanted. I understand that the service industry can be stressful at times,- Ive waitress for 23 years so I tend to try and be sympathetic but the way she treated me was unacceptable. I would never treat any guest the way she did me tonight. Very disappointed and will try to avoid this location next time I drive to Penn Yan to visit my mother.

2021-01-27Just walked in to order a sub for myself. There were 0 other people in the restaurant or in line. The staff member told me she just received a large call in order and I would need to wait 10 minutes while she made the call in order subs. I surprisingly asked that she couldn’t make my order since I was here in person, and there was no line? She politely stated, no, it’s company policy to make their subs first. If that’s truly company policy it’s unfortunate. Left to go get dinner somewhere else.

2021-05-28Ordered online and subway charged me,when i went to store to pickup,they said we are out of bread. İf there is no bread why am İ charged ? Although they have flatbread they say we are completely out of bread. Told him to do my tuna on flat bread, on top of these he didnt toast my order.they dont know how to treat people.

2020-10-13BBQ Rib sub...Ordered toasted, but it was still cold...This is a great location, with great people.And maybe the rib cant get hot...I just wish it could have been.Definitely wont stop me from ordering again. 😎

2021-05-30Make this subway last option on Penn Yan, I ordered tuna sandwich and it made my stomach crazy, I had whole night pain in my stomach. If I had knowed I would go bed with empty stomach. Just think about twice to eat there.

2021-07-15They was out of lettuce and chocolate chip cookies. They were extremely busy around 2pm. The ladies was very pleasant.

2019-07-17Bought 2 sandwiches there for lunch while we worked the new tractor up on my sons vineyard. I like the fresh ingredients there. Downside was very slow preparation, and she put tomatoes on both sandwiches even though not ordered.
