For the people that are health oriented this is an oasis in Washington Heights. You could find everything that you are looking for, supplements, food, water, vegan food, healthy snacks, books, juices, protein powder, pop corn, gum, vitamins, and more. You could also ask for guidance to the friendly and knowledgeable staff. There is also the opportunity to talk to the owner Mr. Jose for even more guidance and knowledge about your health queries. I have been coming here for nine years now and always find what I am looking for.

Nice store, nice people, but I gave them only two stars because whenever I call, the person doesnt speak english and I am made to wait on hold too long so I just hang up and visit the store when I can.

Great vegan products and options, decent prices, friendly staff! Vegan meats, veggie burgers, cream cheeses, and of course your very healthy items as well. I Love this place. There’s a ton more here but I didn’t wanna look weird haha. Stop by if you’re in the area, they usually make juices as well!

Disappointed all around. First of all, the only reason I went was to get a specific tea. It was the only place I could find on Google that carried it and it said online that it was in stock and even gave a price. I live in Queens, but really wanted this tea, so I made the trip. When I got there, the lady informed me that they did not have the tea, so I found a different brand that seemed similar and asked her opinion. She ended up recommending me a different brand, which I bought. Come to find out, the brand she recommended me was their brand at the store, and only had 1 similar ingredient from the tea I originally wanted, whereas the other tea I had in my hand had 2 of the ingredients (I found all of this out after I got home). I decided to try the tea I was suggested anyways, and not only did it not work, but it made me feel sick. The store itself seemed ok, but be weary if they suggest any Naar products to you. Overall, I am pretty disappointed from start to finish and wish the cashier would’ve actually helped me instead of knowingly leading me in the wrong direction just to sell their product.

They use two machines when giving you the greatest tasting alkaline water. Great prices on their food and health care products. Love the store. Glad it is open every day for your convince.

Old-school and perfect for health food supplements. Also they filter water and have fresh juice at a reasonable price. Go here and support them. They have a store cat and are bilingual.

I was a under the weather and needed some herbal alternatives, decided to search out a health store in my neighborhood and found this place. It is excellent, it may not be big, but the shelves are stocked well with everything you can think of. They had what I needed and more, they also have a fridge packed with veggie foods and kombucha drinks and a host of items that you hope and expect to find in a health food store. There is also a juicer station setup in the back along with a wall of teas. I could not be happier to find this gem in my hood, it kept me from hopping on the train and going downtown to the 90s. You will not be disappointed if you need your in Washington Heights and need a Health food store.
