Terrible service, very little responsible, they broke my merchandise, with the pretext that I did not declare it after I paid the taxes, they gave it to me broken. Im going to highlight the fact that they gave you an appraisal to collect more money. Then they deliver it broken as if it was worth nothing. I recommend that anyone who is going to make a shipment never use the services of this agency.
My first and last time that I command for this company, they will open the boxes, they stole 3 creams and a Victorias Secret splash plus 2 glasses and a set, apart from that they charged me an extra $100 for not reporting the creams. Avoid a headache and do not send anything through this company

A very irresponsible shipping company, with whom I sent two boxes last December, and I will never use their services again. Several articles did not reach their destination, they were lost and no one can give me a trace of their whereabouts. What they did was send me a video so that I could see how they open the boxes at the ports of disembarkation in the Dominican Republic, and what when they empty all the boxes is that certain items are “transposed” by mistake. Then they arranged to send me some photographs so that I can see the state in which the boxes arrived at their destination, and until now they have been conspicuous by their silence and absence. What hurts me the most is that I sent those boxes to an aunt of mine who is already an elderly woman with a mental disability, who due to her condition could not create a family, and has no one to buy what she needs there. in the Dominican Republic. Also, everything I sent in that box I bought with a lot of work and effort, because I dont live off the system.

I want to start by saying !! Wow !! This company is super good. Send with them twice. The first time a box of food, which came to me in just two weeks. Everything arrived complete, I did not miss anything. The second time, a box of used clothes arrived in two and a half weeks and I didnt miss anything. Do not send with these people they check all the tank and box and take what you send that has value no matter if it is used they steal it there, apart from how expensive they charge I started sending with these people because I moved in the bronx it lasted 8 years and they never stole anything nor did they check my shipments ... the story is that customs checks box by box and tank by tank by a window air used 125 dollars apart from the space that occupies an air of window in a tank so copper that they are crazy that they won thieves in customs they look for money and firearms for the contraband and you rob the client for themselves to sell it there in RD they want one to pay the shipment 110 dollars a tank plus 35 the tank empty more what you steal .. for me these kind of business will go bankrupt because I do not send more, neither family nor my friends that only I got clients .. Lousy service !! They told me 15 for 21 days, and the boxes arrived after 33 days !! They stole half of each box (send 3!) And at the end of the investigation they told me that they are not responsible for anything.
Very poor service. They give you a price over the phone, then another when they look for the box at your house and then when they go to deliver it they tell you another price. Secretaries dont know how to treat clients with respect. They think that only they are right. Last time you use them.

2019-07-23These people are the most irresponsible shipping company I have ever used. I shipped 1 box with them and when it arrived it was missing half the items I shipped. I called to complain and the owner of the company Lupe Fernández straight up called me a liar disrespected me and would not even at least refund me my $170 dollars that I payed for this shipment. Worst experience ever and would never use or recommend these people to no one.

2019-02-25I sent 3 boxes back 2013, the employees that came to my house had to help me closed the boxesc because they were loaded to the top. The way my family received were not even nearly full, its was missing so much stuff that mycfamiky has to sent me pictures and called me because they had never received a package so empty before, to see if that was the way I sent it. The company never took responsibility for any of this.
