Honorable Judge Jensen is a very fair and reasonable judge I fought years for my children, yes shes a little rough around the edges but all in all she did what was in the best interest for my children.
Put my out of control teenage on Pins, waste of time. Went to Family court and The judge was rude and disrespectful. If you cant get help though Pins or family court then what do you do? Wait until the child hurts someone or runs away to never be found. No help at allJulie
Everyone who worked there was miserable and unhelpful.. The security guard was downright rude and disrespectful.
Staff was professional and kind every time I went.

2019-02-14We have gone before Jensen way more than anyone would like to. She has NEVER ahead any empathy or compassion. She continues to give my step children’s manipulative narcissistic mother whatever she asks. Loves to tell everyone what a waste of time and money we are. Has called my step kids mother the wrong name on several occasions because she fails to have the correct order in front of her. She also has never looked at the past orders and taken anything into account from the long history between my husband and his children’s mother. If she was a good judge she’d have a clue what was going on with each case. Instead she is demeaning and rude. She flat out refused to let my husband take the modification to trial. How is that ok? We have the right to seek the best for our children. She should not be a family court judge.

2021-10-26I wish I could give her a 0. She should have never been in charge of deciding where children are. She dont listen, she dont care, shes terrible. Glad shes gone. Finally a judge that listens and has a heart.

2018-10-22When I had to appear, my medical professional wrote a letter dismissing me from appearing in person due to late pregnancy complications. The judge, Jensen, kept refusing to honor my care providers request, saying that if she didn’t get the details of my medical standing (violating my HIPAA rights!) then she would continue to deny me my request! So, even though traveling over 4hrs would be putting my unborn child’s life at risk, she had no compassion! She was basically blackmailing me, making me choose between putting my unborn child at risk or losing my custody/visitation rights!Yet she is a family court judge!Plus, court is on Halloween and she knows that I have a toddler to take trick or treating!I feel that the rumors of her biased behavior are thus true and that any parent with a HISTORY of substance abuse is sure to get the short end of the stick. It’s called a “history “ for a reason!! It’s been 6yrs! If u feel that passionate about something that affects 8-10 families, maybe u shouldn’t be a family court judge.After all, it’s clear she doesn’t have my children’s vest interest at heart and I inten to report her to the board ASAP which is why I saved all of the voicemails from her secretary.

2019-01-28This place is like a kangaroo court. never seen anything like this circus. Never been to family court in my life until my son had to come here !!! Never have I seen such biased judges in my life !!!!! They say they have the childs best interest ????? The nicest ones were the guards. Probably cause they knew what a screwing my son was getting from the mother of his daughter !!!!!!!

2019-03-07Judge Densmore is horrible. Apparently its totally okay for a judgement made of 57$ week for a child in 2012 to remain the same after countless issues of non payment, father changing jobs many times, still living at home with parents with no bills while I work full time, pay for child care and have the child 75% of the time. It was one sided from the start. Asked me a ton of questions about my income and glanced at the fathers info for 5 seconds. The father told the judge he stopped working again and will start a new job at a pizza shop next week. Lets rewind to 2014 when that was the same excuse and that judge dismissed me then. Lets not force this person to get his life together and step up to the plate. Lets coddle this behavior. The judge was more than supportive of this father. And more so condemning me for bringing it back to court. I pay 200$ a month just for child care for my child and he pays 228$ a month. Im so glad that i have that $28 to put towards food and other essentials for my daughter! Thank you very much Judge Densmore! Since 2012 i went to school, became a nurse, bought a home and started a business while the father has remained the same. What were to happen if I didnt better my life? We would be on social services. Maybe then you would have ruled this father get his stuff together and better his life so he can evenly contribute since he is the father and it is also his responsibility.

2017-06-19Between the Law Guardians, impossible CPS workers and one sided Judges, Id say its safe to say this is by far the most bias Family Court system there is. My step daughters were beaten, bruised and down right abused for months, we were GIVEN custody for MONTHS until mom attempted to clear her name. She took us to court and was awarded custody back, even with INDICATED CPS cases that she ADMITTED TO against her, because they didnt want to split the children - the children who had nothing but a hostile relationship with one another. Pathetic, ridiculous and absolutely mortifying that somebody behind a podium with a mallet is allowed to make judgment calls on whats in the best interest of children that are living in a hell they are FORCED to call HOME - especially when they have begged to be in the care of their CAPABLE, LOVING father whos home/job/family is STABLE. The only ones suffering are the kids and us, now that were unable to have ANY communication with them, unknown to where they reside or are enrolled in school.We might as well have stamped a piece of paper with a gold star to hand their mother thanking her for bullying, abusing and ostracizing these INNOCENT children from their father, half siblings, entire paternal family, friends and most of society. Nothing good comes of Family Court unless something nearing death happens to a child. Thanks to Saratoga County Ive given up on the Judicial System and their ability to see whats best for peoples children. OPEN YOUR EYES!!!

2019-04-30I received a phone call at the earlier part of March indicating that I would be able to open a child support case. It has now been a month and a half and I have not received any correspondence or phone calls about the matter. I have tried several times to contact the office but unfortunately they only offer an automated system and it keeps rejecting my Social Security number. So again, I’m left with no answers. As a struggling single mother this makes things very difficult. I hope that at some point someone contacts me.

2019-01-06They need to remove the statement Best interest of child from their website.How can you tear a child ftom their home, both sets of grandparents, school and not even ask those caring for her, her whole life -even one question? There is some kind of agenda at Saratoga County Fam. Court and its NOT the best interest of the child.
