Cans are crappy. Rude manager. The place has home downhill. I would recommend Saratoga taxi over them any day! Get your moneys worth and get treated with respect by going elsewhere.
Absolutely unimpressed. Call at 2:10 and the dispatch says give me a few minutes. Whatever that means. No one shows up for 40 minutes. I call back and the dispatch says I just got on at 2 and I dont see any record of it and we dont have any cars available. How? Ugh. Unhappy.
One simple in- town ride for 1st time. I plan to repeat. Excellent.
They did not show up!! I reserved a cab to pick me up from the train station and they just never showed up. I called and called to try and find out where they were but they never picked up either. So I ended up having to take a different company for double the price.Horribly rude on the phone as well. Would not recommend this cab service to anyone.
We have a BnB in Town and Saratoga Hybrid are the most dependable, polite and CLEAN cabs in Saratoga ! Reasonably priced and take cards.
A taxi driver at this company almost hit my car!!! Pulled out right in front of me and almost got into a crash. What a careless jerk! Now my transmission is messed up. This didnt help my transmission at all!
They were quick to arrive, friendly and the decently priced, would use again and recommend. Very clean car.
The drive was quick. They arrived to pick me up on time. The driver was very nice and understanding.
Quoted me $22 for Saratoga to Malta, when in the Summer it was $13. Not a good way to do business.
There was a heavy woman driver who was rude and obnoxious to me and my wife,and she smelled or it was the cab that smelled,either way I would never use that company again,thank God for UBER

Brake checked me while on my motorcycle. GoPro footage turned into police.
You dont have much choice in cabs but you are screwed getting a taxi from then anyway
Said 15-20 minutes. Took 45 to pick me up. Waited on hold for 15 minutes. Guy was rude on phone.

2019-11-13Needed taxi to take house sitter to bus Dept in Albany yesterday. Two other companies had no person answering their phone. Lynn answered and gave me info.Called back to firm up time and cost with Lynn.Driver arrived exactly on time. House sitter said trip “was very nice—👌👌👌👌👌”Good enough for us to call them first next time..

2016-02-18I never needed a taxi before living in rural Saratoga but my car was in service and had my first experience. I must say from the initial phone call to the drop off I had nothing but great customer service. I scheduled my pick up for 1:30 and they were here 10 minutes early. Clean and new auto with a friendly and amiable driver by the name of Eric. I dont leave reviews but if it wasnt for Google reviews I would have not picked Saratoga Hybrid so I want to pay it forward. I highly recommend this service to anyone needing a lift.

2016-09-05Called for taxi to Saratoga train station and was given 10 minute estimate.Called after waiting 20 minutes and was on hold for another 10-15 minutes. Driver still had not show up.Called several more times and got through and explained that I was fairly upset, as Id now missed the last train from Saratoga.The dispatcher was very unapologetic (they should be there, must be traffic). I explained the situation and he said all he could do was offer me a comped ride right now to the train station (which wasnt a solution).I let him know that wasnt really rectifying the situation - and was trying to explain that I needed a ride to Albany in an attempt to catch the train. He cut me off with his response of well, thats too bad).I let him know that I didnt plan on using them again in the future. His response Good for you. For every one we lose, we get three more and he then hung up.Id highly recommend not using.

2019-02-07I had a lovely ride! My driver told me the history of Marino’s Pizza, and had great story’s about the city. I sort of wish I could have kept riding with her for longer. The cab was clean and prices were fare.

2016-08-22Had the worst experience. Told me 20 minutes to pick up, came in 40 minutes, thats not even the worst. I got charged 30 dollars for a 2.5 mile ride. The driver first put in the wrong address about 7 miles away and they said 30 dollars, after correcting her and telling her I normally pay about 16 bucks she says oh thats just 2 miles away and we get on the way thinking the price would change, she called the office and he wouldnt budge. Avoid if you can. I will review this cab in every platform possible cause Im still mad

2017-03-03I love these guys!. Friendly, on time and reliable. I use them whenever I need a cab and they have a car available. I recommend them to my patrons as well. It is Saratoga and we get wicked busy/swamped during track season. Love you guys, 😎

2018-06-19This is the best taxi/car service!!! My child goes to appointments in Albany, Clifton Park and even Massachusetts. We know all our drivers by name. The vehicles they drive are well kept and low profile (a big yellow cab would draw a lot of attention on my cul de sac) and they text or call me (rather than blow the horn). It feels like a friend is picking us up and not strangers. I would recommend this service to anyone. Especially to parents that have trouble (for medical/behavioral reasons) transporting their children in a car/car seat.

2016-12-31Have tried them before, personally i would take the few extra minutes to call Saratoga Taxi, I feel their cars are more modern and MUCH more comfortable & clean.I cant stand small crammed and uncomfortable cars especially when you have a bit to drive.

2019-05-28Disappointing. Called a day ahead to schedule a ride to the Albany Train Station and they couldnt schedule it. She was very polite but just said she couldnt do it. Will have to try Lyft or Uber. Onwards and upwards.
