I have purchased 2 Outback Survival hats and multiple tins of Leather Seal from Saratoga Saddlery. Their products are top quality. The hats are handsome and practical. The Leather Seal magically cleans and restores boots. Michele in Customer Service is extremely helpful! I ordered the wrong size hat and the return was very easy. Thank you!
So very satisfied with Saratoga Saddlery. Products are great. I have a couple of cowboy hats. One hat lost its shape after a couple of years.... probably because I collapse it and store it in a motorcycle saddlebag when on rides. I took a photo of it and sent the photo to customer service. Within a week I had a new hat! Fantastic. For the record, I no longer store my hat in a saddlebag.I highly recommend Saratoga Saddlery and look forward to buying more products as time progresses. Get many compliments wearing my hats. Quality product that last in wind, rain, sun and cold. Have been in Florida, Colorado and States between wearing my hats. Truthfully, I wear these hats every single day. Love them.Did I mention how great Customer Service is?Hope this help you make a great, long-term decision.
Custom gear at custom prices! I purchased a pair of boots for my wife that she had been eyeing for a year or so. Well, these boots were well worth the wait. The customer service and satisfaction did not disappoint. They also make an in house boot shine that exceeded our expectations.
Worked with Kelly on a pair of Lucchese boots for my wife for my anniversary. She was amazing and helped me find the perfect pair and get them in time.

Not a horse tack store, never the less, some interesting and special items in stock, more of a store so you can look like you ride than one where riders would go to buy things

2021-04-25My husband and I visited the wonderful unique boutique store in downtown Saratoga Springs, we were warmly greeted by the charming owners and found the most beautiful merchandise! My husband purchased a beautiful leather jacket! We will be back soon to buy some boots. They also had beautiful woman’s clothing. The clothing is unique and beautifully made. This store is a must to visit in Saratoga!

I had a request after submitting the order and Kelly promptly met the need, provided updated shipping info and took great care to ensure I was good to go. 2021-07-18High quality store that sells equestrian boots, dresses, and many horse-related items. I bought a pair of Pendleton rain boots a few years back and still own and adore them. Definitely recommended to stop in!
