They cleared our codes on our vehicle and told us come back if the codes came back. My mother asked if she could leave the car there and still get it looked becayse she was not sure. The employee insisted we take it and just bring it back if there was an issue. The car died a few miles down the road. Once towed back we were told that they dont have the time or space and were better off going somewhere else. Even though we made it clear time was not an issue. My evaluation of the situation is the shop is too busy and too small to deal with real mechanical issues and the influx of customers they have. Very disappointed with the service, dont tell a customer to come back and then when they do in less then 24 hours tell them to go somewhere else. It is clear they dont want your business because they are too busy with they already have.

Great Family owned garage. Bob makes you feel like family, and does not try to up sell you. Very honest , responsive, and takes the time to pin point the exact issue. I took my 81 corvette here for repair. Hands down the best shop in the area. Best place to take your daily and hobby car. Bob has extensive knowledge on new and old cars.

These guys are great! Its so nice to be able to get my car fixed without feeling like Im getting had. The staff is honest and knowledgeable, they replaced the engine in one of my cars and did so on time and budget without any problems. If those doors arw open this is my mechanic.

This family garage is awesome! Always a very fair price and theyre very accommodating when I swoop into town to see mom and need my car worked on in a timely manner....now if they had a motorcycle mechanic and sold cheeseburgers Id be there 3 times a week. Thank you Bob and Donna. Top marks

It was the morning of the big snow storm and I roll my snowblower out of the shed and one of the tires falls off rim. I needed it to be remounted. I called Sarchioto’s since they were within walking distance. Bob answers and he says he was just about to close up and leave but for me to walk on over and he’ll take care of me. He waited for me to get there and mounted my tire for me. Great guy!

Very honest and knowledgeable mechanics, I had them look at my car and they found issues that the dealer did not disclose. I will definitely be going back Sarchiotos for any of my repairs.
