Completed my Bronco purchase as an original reservation holder with salseman Robert Tarnowski and financing with Tom. They are nice and personable, easy to communicate with and I was in and out quickly. Ive been in communication with Robert from early on in the ordering process and he has always been pleasant to work with, easy to get into contact with, and quick to answer my questions and resolve any issues. Overall an easy, no pressure experience.
Vinnie, Lisa and Tommy were amazing with helping us get the lease buyout on our Mustang done quickly and easily. We were on the fence on what to do so while in service I popped in to see our previous salesperson Lisa and even though she was out sick that day Vinnie was fantastic. The service manager Nick even lowered the car on the hoist to grab paperwork I needed from the glove compartment so we could get everything done before my oil change was finished! One more quick visit back with Lisa, Vinnie and Tommy and we were all done. I cannot recommend the sales and service team at this dealer enough.
We love our new 2022 F-150 Powerboost Hybrid Lariat. Thank you Jason our salesman for going above and beyond to be accommodating and helpful. Thank you Tom Finance for helping to make the finance part go so smoothly. And thank you to Decklin our tech assistant for setting our new truck and app up. I was able to find the exact truck we wanted and more, get financed for it and drive it home with no hassles at all.
Dont go anywhere but Sayville Ford to get your next vehicle. Today we purchased the Ford Explorer ST and Vinny our salesman made our buying experience an absolute pleasure. Hes extremely knowledgeable, informative and really worked hard to get us the best deal possible. Being in a wheel chair was challenging for me today but Vinny took me around the showroom and did everything possible to accommodate us. We felt comfortable with Vinny throughout the entire buying process. After spending time with Vinny we were directed to the Finance Department and sat with another wonderful gentlemen named Carlo. Carlo was honest and upfront and once again worked to get us the best deal on our monthly payment. Finally, we were introduced to Collin who sat with us in our new car and explained, in detail, every button and switch function in the car. He was extremely knowledgeable and patient in answering all of our many questions. Thank you Vinny, Carlo and Collin! Great Job!
Horrible experience with the service department on an insurance comprehensive claim for damage from a pothole! They do not know NY Insurance Laws and attempted to intimidate and strong-arm family members into having work done and/or pay for backordered parts for a quote that they did not authorize. We wanted to replace all wheels and tires with an aftermarket set but they claimed that we were committing insurance fraud if we didnt replace the wheel with the overpriced OEM they quoted; over $1500 for one wheel and tire!!!!!! Police and the insurance company had to be involved to have the vehicle released after they blocked it in their lot with other official vehicles that were there for service! The insurance company demanded the release of the vehicle after agreeing for payment of ONLY storage and diagnostic fees (Diagnostic that never happened as they did not move or have an open lift for the insurance adjuster to inspect underneath the vehicle) and had it towed to another Ford dealer to repair. Sayville Ford management never admitted that they got it wrong!! In NY only the customer can authorize insurance repairs. Time to get some training Sayville Ford!!
We recently purchase a pre owned Ford F 150. Our salesperson Jesse was great. He was extremely helpful and answered all our questions. He was professional and courteous. Colin sat in the truck with us and explained how everything worked and helped us connect our phone. He was very knowledgeable. Could not have asked for better service. Just picked up my new F150 from Sayville Ford.From the start Jason Mirels was honest, fair and in no way pushy. Took all the time needed to answer my questions and assist during the waiting while my truck was on order. He communicated to update me regularly. When we picked the truck up again no pressure during the final paperwork and gave me a fair price on my trade. We were introduced to Declan. He showed us all the features and set up the ford apps and goodies in the truck. He was knowledgeable about all the options and worked efficiently to get us all set to roll. Nice in the current market to deal with a straight forward team to make their customers happy. Walked in and was immediately greeted by Vinny and shortly after that we had a deal on a new Explorer. Wanted to share our experience last night. My wife and three grandchildren had a problem with our ford edge still under warranty. No lights radio playing while the car is off a number of other strange things .I went to them (another edge) and put them all in my car and sent them home. I called the service department and they were so nice and set a appointment. At that point i was close to the dealer and it was getting dark (no headlights) so i brought it straight there. Conner came out to see the problem. He was so nice and helpful. He took the car straight in and in 15 minutes the car was fixed.I guess it needed a reboot ? What a nice guy. This is the reason i go there for my cars and service. I also work for Alliance Systems . We buy all our trucks and vans there and never had a problem . Thank you

Spent a couole of days going in and out of dealerships, this was by far the best one. Luis was an awesome salesman with a great personality. From previous experiences at other places, it was a breath of fresh air to speak with someone personable. My wife and I think that salesmen/women should be molded to act in the same way that Luis conducted himself. The only reason I have my 2022 ford ranger is because of him. Glad we gave him this sale, he deserved it.
Ive been buying my vehicles from Lisa Pevese at Sayville Ford from 1987 to my latest 2019 Ranger -Lariat . Shes always honest and incredible knowledgeable when making the sale. Their service department has definitely improved over the years and Ive found it easy to make appointments and quick to get basic service done satisfactorily.
Would give 4.5 if possible. Experience was very positive. Our salesperson Jason was knowledgeable, promptly responded to questions/issues and worked with us to get best deal possible, given the low inventory situation and high demand for the new Mustang Mach-E GT! Another local Ford dealership acted like they were doing us a favor to discuss the car! Car itself is a blast to drive!

On June 17, 2021 my husband and I purchased a 2017 ford edge. Jason was AMAZING!!!! He made purchasing a car super easy. I had a great experience with Marianna purchasing a new Bronco Sport. She was able to locate a hard to find model with an almost impossible feature (the moonroof!) and lucky enough it was available for us within a few days. She was extremely patient when I couldn’t get in to pick up the car for a week because of sick kids and even picked me up from my house to bring me to the dealership when I was finally available. Collin was great helping me get setup with Ford Pass and the paperwork and delivery process took no more than an hour. Super efficient process!

Then Recently I Went Back In Because My 3 Year Lease Was Coming To An End At The End Of May And Met With Jessie, He Took The Time To Help Me Out And Answered Our Questions To The Best Of His Knowledge And Helped Me Pick Out My Next Vehicle Witch I Ended Up custom Building A Maverick That Jessie Took The Time To Help Me Build. I Must Say I Would Highly Recommend Sayville FORD To All My Family And Friends Because Jessie And The Staff There Are Amazing ,Very Friendly And Courteous People And Will Not pressure You. I brought my car in back in April for work, mechanically they did good work. I was dissapointed my car was not cleaned up from the oil cooling line leak. Im still waiting on someone to rectify my scratched wheels....i messaged my advisor 2 times and have gotten 0 response since April. These clearly were scratched by an impact gun using the improper attachments.
Great dealership to work with. Followed through with everything they said they would. Had my new truck cleaned perfectly, filled with fuel, which is rare now, and delivered my truck to me without a scratch on it in perfect condition with even my window sticker carefully placed in my glove box.
Bought a Bronco sport here last spring, sales team was excellent. Had service done last week and everything went excellent. Vehicle maintenance is a necessary evil but if all my experiences are similar to this last visit, I have no worries leaving my truck in their hands.

My purchase of the vehicle was best experience buying a vehicle John deveteaux was great start to finish in finance Tommy lumley made everything run smoothe picked up my vehicle same day great experience. Service on the other hand has to be said for they need to be revamped or changed or unless you can leave your vehicle and not get a loaner but who knows how long they will have your car.I would definitely buy my next truck there I just wish service would care about the customers more!! My f-50 shuts itself off while driving at any speed and u loose steering brakes everything and u gottta put it in park to restart it. It is not an easy task to accomplish on a major road without getting rear ended.

Just bought a 2022 explorer timberline and couldnt have been happier with the experience. Our sales rep Luis Calvo was very communicative through process and when we arrived on pick up day only spent 30 min signing papers. Longest part was waiting for the car to finish inspection. Dunclan the vehicle specialist helped us set up our Ford apps and gave a quick run down on features. Was a great experience and would definitely recommend.

Can’t say enough about how easy it was to work with Bob P (retired), Rose, and Tom!!Ordered a new 21 Explorer ST to replace the 18 Explorer Sport I was leasing. Ordered with Bob back in April … due to a worldwide shortage on basically everything, my vehicle wasn’t built until September. Bob retired around June/July, but Rose was able to pick up where Bob left off. Rose kept me updated on the status of the vehicle build process - when it got scheduled, when it actually went into production, when it was leaving the factory, an when it got to the dealership. She was as excited as me when the Explorer got delivered to Sayville Ford, and had the vehicle prepped for delivery in about 48 hours. Turning in the old lease and doing the paperwork with Rose and Tom was super easy and quick!I highly recommend working with Rose and Tom over at Sayville Ford. We have never had any issue with this dealership, and you can see a couple other vehicles we got thru Sayville Ford in my picture.
Ive only ever dealt with John Malinoski. Hes an absolute professional and really cares about his customers. Hes thoroughly knowledgeable and helps you choose the right vehicle. But he doesnt stop when you drive away, he follows up with phone calls to make sure everything is great. I highly recommend going to John if you need a new vehicle.Incidentally, a young man named Declan who ran me through all of the technical points such as setting up my phone and explaining all the buttons and stuff. Rob Tarnowski was the salesperson for our 2022 Escape....great guy. He has a very pleasant demeanor, great sense of humor and was very patient with my numerous questions. Ben was a wonderful sales person, although I didnt end up buying my over experience with the sales team was positive.The dealer policies are trash, how do you expect people to buy a vehicle without telling them the interest rate until day of? Financial department is aids. Real pice of work.
The team at Sayville Ford (Robert T the salesman and the finance team) couldn’t have made the buying process any better. They worked with me to get a great deal on a new car and a fair price on my trade in. The finance team made the process very simple and gave me a great rate. The process in the past with other dealerships also seems to take a whole day from start to finish. The process with Sayville Ford only took about 3-4 hours and I drove off with my new car. Highly recommended!!!
Bought new F 150 Lariat the end of 2020. Truck burns oil and have had it to the dealer 5 times for their oil consumption test . Nothing is fixed. Since last oil change for oil consumption test about 6,500 miles I added 2 quarts of oil. Ford dealer found it was over a quart and a half low when I brought it in. Thats almost 4 quarts (1 gallon) . This means driving an average of 12,000 to 15,000 miles a year I will put 2 GALLONS of oil into the atmosphere annually. What the heck???
This is my third ford, second from Sayville Ford. I drive further to go there because I had such a great experience with my last lease. Today I picked up my new Ford Edge. I absolutely loved working with Rose St. Pierre again. She knew I was pretty set on what I wanted and came through within a few weeks. Great communication skills, super friendly and pleasure to do business with her.
Sales was great, finance was great, service department not so much.Service advisors don’t return phone calls, very difficult to get in touch with. I’ve called several times to be told they will call me back or try calling again in 30 mins and I will see if I can get someone. So far after sales has nothing short of a disappointment
Sayville Ford is awesome! Ive owned a Fusion for over 10 years, and always brought it there for my oil changes and the service department was always great. It made sense for us to go there when we were in the market for a new car. We went in on a whim on a Thursday morning and met Ryan MacDonell. He could not have been nicer or more professional. He definitely knows his stuff. He showed us around, we test drove a Ranger, then laid eyes on the Bronco. My husband and I were immediately impressed, but the inventory wasnt exactly what we were looking for as far as colors and packages. Ryan answered all of our questions, didnt make us feel like we had to buy a car, and was super helpful. We left our information with him and told us to call us as soon as something we were interested in came in. Two days later, at 9:05am, he called me. He couldnt have been more spot on with what we were looking for. We are happy to say that there is a beautiful Bronco Sport in our driveway, and we couldnt be happier. Ryan is a great guy, super knowledgeable, very professional and made our purchase completely stress free. We will be back very soon to look into a new truck for my husband. The whole staff was also friendly; Joe handled our financing and also couldnt have been nicer. Colin helped me sync up my phone and all the features, which I needed... it wasnt too complicated but I definitely needed some help. We are thrilled with our Bronco! This place does some things right and some things wrong. Actually go a Honda there that worked out well, but interest was 7%, they lost the title, lost the warranty, and just seemed like they didnt have their act together in a few ways. Also stopped by to pick up a few spark plugs that another parts department did not have. They had the plugs, but guy charged me incorrectly just to get an extra $5 out of me. Professionally shady with the appearance of a full competent dealership.

As many would agree, the purchase of a car is a big commitment and there are so many dealers that simply treat it as a transaction which often result in experiences that are rushed or people feeling bullied.I had a similar experience with a dealer near by (I wont say who, but their initials are Stevens Ford); and after that abrasive experience, you can imagine that I had little to no desire to want to continue.However, my wife encouraged me to reach out to Sayville Ford after reading some decent reviews here and on dealer rater.So I did and got connected with Rose St. Pierre, a lovely young lady that took the time to listen to me and worked quickly and effectively in resolving what I needed to get done.While It may seem a bit polly-annish, I dont believe that I have ever had an experience like this at a dealership. It wasnt about over-selling or pushing a script/narrative - she was PHENOMENAL. Im sure that this is more of the norm as I enjoyed the energy buzzing through the dealership during my visit.So if you are in Suffolk and dont want to waste your time - reach out to Rose and this dealership! When you find a honest and truthful person, you will return to that person. So far Conner is the reason I return to Sayville ford to service my vehicle. Although he no longer works in service, I will still call on him if I had any issues with anything as he treats his customers with respect and that means a lot in the business.
This is the 4th car I bought from Sayville Ford over the last ~12 years for either myself or a family member. And all from Tony Aiello the best sales consultant out there. Cant say enough good things about him. Honest, fair and an overall great person. One of the main reasons why I didnt even consider going to a different Ford dealer or consider another brand of car. When the overall experience is always great, it makes you want to come back over and over. This time around we had a delivery specialist, Declan Quinn, help us when picking up the car. I purchased my 2018 Ford F-150 from Sayville ford. My only complaint is that every single time I bring my truck in for “the works” car wash included, they NEVER wash my car. When they give me my car back, I point it out to them. They take it back and do a terrible job leaving soap streaks all over.This happens every time. Do yourself a favor, remove the free car wash if you’re gonna not do it every time.It’s very annoying.
Went to Sayville Ford to trade in my 2016 Focus and browse something a little newer and more fun, Chris was able to appraise the car and gave me top dollar for the car. Even with checking KBB this price was a great deal. I wound up taking out the 2020 Mustang EcoBoost 2.3L and fell in love. we sat down to talk pricing and they were able to get to a price that i loved for my payments and the deal was done.While wrapping up and heading into financing, it was to my surprise that ford had evaluated my credit slightly lower than expected. i was crushed and thought my chance of getting the mustang had been gone. But Joe and Chris were able to not only get me the price we agreed on but even threw in some perks for the small headache. I was able to walk out with the car i wanted for a price i loved and dealt with people that i felt had my best interest the whole time.If you are browsing dealerships and are on the fence as to where to go. How you going to try and give it back with the check engine light on and tell me your company didnt do nothing. Went to Sayville Ford to find a truck for my husband. We were paired with our salesman Luis and couldnt have been happier with his service. He made the process very easy for us. There was a small computer issue with the car after we left the dealership and he had it fixed the next weekend no charge. We would absolutely go there and work with him again.
Advisor did not relay instructions to the Tech adequately. A Tech used a flat head screwdriver to pry off a rear badge damaging the paint and the sheet metal. Also, it looked like a 6 year old fixed the top rail because it had epoxy fingerprints all over it. Did a good job at the actual mechanical repair but it took 3 days to do it all. First day it sat there. Second day they pryed off the badge and had a glue party. Third time finally did the mechanical repair and cleaned the glue fairly well. Decided to cut my losses, got a refund and will have a reputive body shop do a quality repair. I called last week and left a message on your voicemail. Still havent heard from Mr. Korade. Maybe your reply is an automated response, and you have no idea what is going on. Even gave you the RO number. Maybe you do know whats going on and didnt want to hear from me. I know I had a poor experience, you asked me to call you, I did and you never returned my call.
I bought my new car from John D. I can’t express how happy I was I sat with a salesman like him. I went to at least 5 other dealerships that week and none cared about my concerns as much as him. I have a reservation for Ford Lightning for over a year now with Ford Motors. Today I got message that it is the time to come and build and price my reservation. I build the desire configuration online and come to my appointment . The sales manager via his salesperson Tony A. did not waste any time and inform me that they adding $5000 markup on the car and this is their way to make money on the car (On $81,019 they adding $5000 so the price is $86,000, $5k over MSRP). Although it was at night, that was a daylight robbery :-). I wanted my local dealership to gain from my reservation and assigned them as my dealership I would like to take delivery of the car - clearly BIG mistakeClearly not a place to do business. I have it recorded on my phone and next is send complaints to Ford Motors corporate.Well, I guess no Ford for me, will wait for the Tesla pre Order i have of the Cyber Truck.

Sayville Ford are thieves.They wasted my time, gave false advertising and do not care about the consumer.They think charging $10,000 over the advertised price is good business practice. They justify charging a premium.($10,000 over sticker is their idea of a premium.)When questioned, their response is that Ford cannot get vehicles therefore the consumer should pay through the nose to get one of the little inventory they do have.The D.A. should be investigating their business practice.I purchased the same exact truck at another dealer for over $10,000 less. I guess it really is buyer beware!The window sticker was $67,460.00The Roush performance upgrade price was $85,590.00The quoted sales price from the Salesperson was$94,590.00.It was clearly stated we need almost $10,000.00 over sticker because of inventory problems.There was NO misunderstanding.You clearly do not care about the consumer...
After an absolutely horrible experience with the women at their customer service desk, I should have known something would be wrong. I have a 2018 Ford F-150 Platinum, that I bought only a year ago. I got the extended warranty that I pay monthly for that is supposed to include a rental car from ANY Ford dealership when the car needs service. The trucks modem didn’t work from day 1 but no one had a rental car and I have 2 kids, so I need a rental vehicle if I am going to bring it in. They told me At Sayville ford that updating the sync would fix it. It didn’t which, the women on the phone at ford pass told me a year ago. They had my truck here for 2 days and literally did absolutely nothing except turn off the check engine light and replace valve cover which should be covered under the warranty. Then had the audacity to charge me for work done “because the mechanic needs to be paid” which is what the warranty covers! I had to argue down the charge to $80 for updating the sync system that I didn’t need updated, but the women at customer service told me she wouldn’t give me back the vehicle unless I paid her. They actually caused more damage to the truck by not tightening anything they touched, as you can see by the photo they left the hose loose and the turbos stopped working and left me on the side of the road 3 days later. They left nuts and bolts under the hood that were rattling as I drove home as well! I pay monthly for a warranty and this should have all been fixed and covered. We will probably need another vehicle that has 3 rows in the next year. I like to support American made vehicles and companies and the absolutely horrible service from this dealership has me reconsidering that! Don’t go here unless you just want to spend hours arguing and then bring home a more broken vehicle then you dropped off!

So I reserved the Brand new for Ford Bronco, used a local dealer thinking they would do the right thing and they are charging me 5k over sticker price. Paul my sales man told me he cant do anything its what all the dealerships are doing. Not good business being I have to wait a year for the vehicle.

After 5 months of waiting for my new F150 Lariat...I picked it up Friday 10/15!! Initially ordered with Bob P (retired) in May, Rose took over where Bob left off. He left me in great hands! Rose stayed on top of the production and delivery dates for me. Gave me up to date delays on shipping from the factory (expected) and had fast responses to any questions I had.Rose has been excellent! I went to Sayville Ford to sell my car because they are listed as a recommended merchant for a KBB cash offer for my used car. My experience is bad for a few reasons. 1) They worked out an offer which is more than 40% less than the KBB original offer. Note that I got another offer that is only 8% less. 2) After asking me a bunch of questions, John managed to make my car not eligible for an KBB offer. lol, Bait and switch? 3) John seems to be very junior and does not know the situation. Lack of knowledge to appraise the car and market. 4) It is too sharp of a contrast compared to their repeatedly, warm emails, which convinced me to drive a 40 minutes round trip. That is probably what they are good at.If you are like me recommended me to get a KBB cash offer from them, you may think twice.

We are on our seventh vehicle purchased from Sayville and will continue to be customers because of the excellent service we receive. Just leased a ‘21 Explorer. I’ve been through my fair share of cars and dealers. By far this was my most pleasant and surprisingly painless process. Deal was done 9:30 pm Monday 11/15. Car in driveway 6 pm Tuesday 11/16. My salesman was Tony A. Kindest guy you’ll meet and stayed a half hour after closing to get me a great deal. Declan was great and patient when showing me the features and tech of new car and had it set up in 10 minutes. Tom L. in finance was also great. Far cry from some typical sleezballs out there. This was my first New car buying experience. I checked out a few dealers and while all the cars were great, the desperation and aggressiveness coming from the salesmen were too much to handle. During this process I went to Sayville Ford 4 times and spent a couple hours there. I didn’t take my decision lightly and had lots of questions and cold feet. My salesman Kyle was there every step of the way. He was very kind and upbeat. He knew everything about the car. He made a nervous situation very exciting for me with his enthusiasm. I have already suggested to my brother to find a Ford he likes because I found the best salesperson to work with. Joe was the finance manager and was really very helpful too. He knew what I needed and though it was not easy to make happen, he did figured out how to get the deal done. A very nice man, Liam, showed me around my car and told me how to use all the tech. He was very patient and figured out what ever button I pushed did. He was another very upbeat personality. Honestly, from the moment I walked in the door each and every time I was greeted by people I wanted to be around. Happy, kind, pleasant, these things seem obvious and trivial but they were not found at the other dealerships. I really don’t want to buy a new car for a very long time but I will return here and recommend Sayville Ford and specifically Kyle to my family and friends.

Honestly the best experience at a dealership ever! Paul was great helping us out with the test drive but after being on a strict budget I had to walk away from the deal. Decided to call back the next day and discussed a number I was comfortable with! The following night I went to seal the deal and unfortunately Paul had an emergency so Chris helped us out. He was just as amazing! Finance manger Joseph made it easy to understand everything I had to sign and made it quick and very painless (which in the past with other dealerships hasn’t been so easy). I absolutely love my 2020 escape and the fact that they have someone to show you how to use the system in the car made it so much easier when I got home to set everything up. All in all it was a great experience
I can say enough about the outstanding experience I had with Jason, Colin and Tom. Jason is knowledgeable, professional, and went above and beyond to find my truck. Colin was so patient and kind while reviewing my new vehicle. Tom, from finance is honest, professional and works hard to help his customers. To be honest, the only reason I am back at Sayville is from my outstanding experience with Tom and the team from 2018. I had nothing but problems with my 2018 Expedition, and my vehicle was I. The shop over 3 months total of my 39 month lease. Chris in Service is terrible, lacks integrity and acta like his customers are stupid. But Dimitri, Kenya and staff are outstanding and always willing to help.
I brought my 2016 GT350 in for some Warranty work...I get my car back, and this is how my steering wheel looks now. They claim I did not notice the scratches, and they did not do it. Come On Really???? Who would not notice this on a car I bought for its potential collector value? Best part is the Staff in the Service Department hangs up on you when you ask legitimate questions. UPDATE... I now found my ABS sensor not put back correctly. Also my Right Front Hub bearing is shot, like I said... I ordered two new Hub Bearings and will install them myself, like I should have originally... AVOID THIS FACILITY!!!!

2022-03-05I walked in to Saville Ford on Wednesday 3/2/2022 to look at The New Ford Bronco was immediately warmly greeted by Sophia. She kindly took my information and directed me to my Salesman Vincent Visceglia. Somehow he knew exactly how to catch me. He took me to the beauty in the showroom with a very Unique Area 51 color. If that and the awesome piece of machinery I was looking at didn’t get my full attention then when he opened the door and immediately told me it was a six speed that completed the job!! From the time I sat down with Vincent until the first tracks off the lot I was treated in a way that made me feel relaxed and comfortable. Knowledgeable, friendly and professional is how to describe Vincent. He took the time to get to know me and what I was looking for. 2022-03-06I worked with Jason as my salesman and he helped me get into a 2022 Bronco Sport Big Bend. He was very knowledgeable, patient and had great communication throughout the process. I was given at time frame on when my vehicle would be in, and it arrived nearly two weeks early. On the day I went in and picked up my new car, I was in and out within an hour. They took my trade and gave me more then a fair amount for it. Overall, a great experience and I’ll recommend them to friends and family.

He was attentive, personable and on top of everything! He definitely made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. 2021-12-23Sayville ford is located conveniently on Sunrise highway on the south service road. They have a massive selection ranging from muscle cars to super duty trucks. In fact their inventory was surprisingly high considering the chip shortage so they have plenty of cars and there is little to no waiting. The dealership is clean, and the salesmen are kind and helpful. Vinny helped me find the right car, and even went above and beyond. He made the experience of buying my first new car significantly less stressful. He isnt your typical salesman, and I consider that very good thing. The customer service at sayville ford exceeds all expectations. Joe from finance helped me get a loan at an affordable rate, and set up the financing where I can easily afford the payments. Very trustworthy dealer!

2022-04-12Luis Calvo is great. I’ve bought three vehicles from him and I recommend that anyone that goes there asks to speak with him about purchasing or leasing a vehicle. I’m very happy with the experience he’s given me top to bottom when it comes to purchasing vehicles here. He’s also been super awesome answering my questions and looking out for me._______________________________________________Due to past experiences and seeing the same mustang I purchased from them that had many expensive issues and traded in only 3000 miles later now listed as certified pre-owned instead of used like when I purchased it I will probably be closing the sales relationship that I have with this dealership. Someone else gets to take advantage of the benefits that I didn’t when I purchased it with only 6900 miles on the odometer and it makes me wonder if they were aware of the issues that it had before I purchased it and fixed them on my dollar. This is not a reflection of Luis whatsoever so I kindly ask that Cliff and other staff members at Sayville Ford don’t penalize him due to the rest of my review.
