I could not find a spare tire hoist for my 2018 F-150 until a parts store gave me the actual part number. After plugging the number into Google I found a Ford dealership that had it, in California. In New York I contacted Sayville Ford through a parts form on their website. They called me back within an hour and said the part would be available for pickup the next day. It was and I am happy to say I installed it later that day. Great service!

2012 Ford F350 DRW,If I could give 0 stars, I would.I came to New York for a delivery (im from out of state), I did not expect to for the potholes to take my truck out of commission. 4 of my wheel studs broke, and I managed to make it to this dealership, late Friday night. Dealership service closed at 9 pm and I arrived at 8 PM. They turned me away and sent me off with 4 broken wheels studs, saying it would be too long of a job tonight. Thats fair. They told me to come back in the morning and then it would be possible to get it done.I slept in Long Island, somehow made it back to the dealership with another broken stud, (5 now), and they turned me away again. Saying there arent any technicians available to do this job.I got sent away 2 times by this dealership, with an undeliverable truck. I finally went inside, bought the parts I needed, and took it to a local shop and they were incredibly helpful. I could of done the job in 30 minutes or less, speaks laziness of the employees.

Excellent experience today. Service writer Mark is helpful and cheerful. Also had a nice conversation with a finance mgr named Tom. All issues with my car were handled professionally.

Good luck if you want to get a call back as to the status of your vehicle! I have been in this service center 2x for a transmission issue on my 2017 F150. 1ST time it took them over 5 WEEKS to fix it.. Now I am in here over 3 WEEKS! Dimitry who is supposed to be my service advisor will not return phone calls and instead tells the receptionist to relay the message, the tech is still working on your vehicle. Stay clear of this place!!

Car is less than two years old and the condensate drain is leaking filling the car with mold. They say it’s not under warranty because the mileage is too high. Service advisor knew nothing about cars. It was embarrassing.And to top it off, I made a night appointment to which they were going to work on it, was told someone would call me in the morning and I had to call at 11:55 to find out the status. Will never go back or buy from them

Charged me $500+ in diagnostic work even when I told the clerk that I was fairly certain that one issue was related to the rest, and was proven right.Besides the outrageous prices the service itself was subpar at best.I brought my car in on a Wednesday morning with an appointment, I didnt receive my car back until FRIDAY AFTERNOON, communication was atrocious, I had to call them 4 times wondering what was taking so long for simple diagnostic work. The first time I called I was told they were working on the car as we spoke and they should be done in an hour or two, 6 hours later I call again and was told it should be done in 5 minutes, another hour and a half passes and I call again to finally hear that the diagnostic work is complete, I need a new Instrument Cluster, but ford doesnt make the part anymore so I would have to wait until the could find the part for me. At that point I ask to just pick up my car, I have had enough.Even inside the office area it seemed very jumbled up and unorganized even after I paid I was not told where my car even was.I would not recommend coming here for any service.

Basically just thieves disguised as mechanics. They charged me $325 just to look at my car and assess the problems it had. A nearby mechanic shop only charged $70 to tell me the same thing. And then Sayville Ford tried to coerce me into paying $5000 in repairs on a car thats only worth $4000 with no damage, and only has about 50,000 miles of life left on it. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
