Supply Captain is a great place to get customized apparel and accessories. The staff are kind and professional.
Terrible store. Their flag is just slapped in the window dragging on the ground being treated like a peice of trash. The store has no sense of orginization things just scattered and thrown around on shelves. They claim to sell airsoft guns and gear and have a sign claiming to supplie airsoft with a valken sign but yet there isnt a single thing related to the sport in the actual store. We wandered around the 20 by 20 foot space and not once did anyone ask us if we needed anything.
This place is Amazing!! The vinyl decals, the sublimation process, their embroidery all amazing work. Great prices and customer service also !

2020-10-22I came to get some custom embroidery done for a cloak for a customer. David and Melinda helped me out so much. They advised me about the different designs, how they could be adjusted and flipped. It was a great experience getting the work done.

2017-06-01Supply Captain Designs has been my go to for unique gifts. The have been incredibly easy to work with, super creative and their prices are great. The owners and staff are helpful, nice and patient. Their military surplus is quite impressive and they have taken the time to explain to me what products are best for my family. I highly recommend them.

2018-11-19Be sure to leave plenty of shopping time - there is a huge selection that deserves to be thoroughly looked through.We ordered a variety of items for our rescue: beanies, shirts (different styles) and even adorable onesies... well be picking up pajama bottoms soon, too.The fabric quality was very good; the print and embroidery was done very well and the sizes are true.

2016-08-23Its a military surplus store. Its simple, its cheap, and you get stuff that, if you treat it right, will last at least five years. The guy running it was polite and easy going. There was nothing he didnt know about his stock and answered every question. Bought a shoulder bag and module pockets for college at a $25 total. What more could you ask.

2019-02-20I personally know the owners but this review is not biased at all. They always get my orders wrong and mess up a lot. They are always fighting and cussing in the back about messing my order up. Their product are “ok” quality. The service is very slow. I totally recommend if you like:- slow service- your order getting messed up 1+ times- yelling owners- good products(for the most part)- hard parking locationI don’t really recommend.

2020-11-23Ordered the Andrew in the window decal, picture is clear and nice however I wish you could sick them on outside looking in, purchased as a joke to put in family members windows. Did not realize I have to do it from the inside, disappointing for that reason ☹️

2019-03-16When I got my first few orders they were great. Then I tried to order extra items and the issues started. It took a couple of extra weeks for the first extra jackets and 4 months for another.
