Dr. Jacobs is the most professional dentist I have ever had an experience of working with. Her staff is compassionate and understanding and they all work so well together. I was having pain for over a week and in the matter of less than an hour she was able to treat me and send me back to my daily activities. I am beyond thankful for her work! I highly recommend Dr Jacobs and her staff for any root canal needs.
Dr jacobs is the best !!! She was so patient, caring and kind. I was super nervous she calmed me down. Her staff is super sweet too. Ashley was super caring she kept checking on me. The front desk is same way. Thank you all for being so sweet!!!
Before having oral surgery (apicoectomy, which I had never heard of) I read all the posted reviews about Dr Jacobs and Scarsdale Endo. Much to my generally cynical surprise, Dr Jacobs and the team at Scarsdale Endo, were even more amazing than the reviews! The surgery itself, which I had stressed about, was completely painless with no level of discomfort whatsoever. Post operatively I had no pain and not even any tenderness. Also great music and the most skillful use of Novocaine I had ever experienced. If you need this procedure, the only person you should consider is Dr Jacobs and her team.
Very clean and modern office. The staff is friendly and dr Ramesh is very sweet and comforting. I went in w a terrible toothache and did not feel a thing while she was working on me. I highly recommend her. A bit more pricey than some other endodontists but at least I know It was taken care of
My experience at Scarsdale Endo has been refreshing and very satisfying - not my expected reaction to getting a root canal! Dr Jacobs is careful and communicative. She is gentle and takes pride in her work. I recommend her highly. She and her staff are quintessential professonals.
I had by far the best possible dental experience at this office. After being referred to them for a root canal, I was terrified ( I have an unrealistic fear of dentists and dental procedures ) and from the second I walked into the office I was completely at ease. The facility was immaculate, the staff were incredibly sweet and Dr. Jacobs made the procedure so comfortable. She thoroughly explained everything I needed to know and I plan of referring her to everyone I know who needs dental work.
Let me start by saying that I’m “Dentist phobic.” Dr Jacob’s and her staff are wonderful. She is so caring, compassionate and competent. She was available to me between my first appointment and my second appointment when I had an infection. No one wants a root canal but she made it easy and completely painless. If you need one, run, don’t walk to her lovely office.5+ ⭐️

The entire procedure was pain free and done with the upmost hygiene. I cannot recommend her enough, she went above and beyond from the initial consultation - post-op.
Great experience from beginning to end!! Dr. Jacobs & staff were truly wonderful. I dreaded having to get a Root Canal. (I’ve heard so many horror stories) I wasn’t sure what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised! The office atmosphere is very spa like. Their Covid protocols are on point. (I felt very safe) Also, Dr. Jacobs took the time to explain everything before she began the procedure, so I didn’t feel too anxious. Overall, the procedure was painless. I am very grateful. I had no idea what I was walking into when I showed up at Scarsdale Endo, but it still feels like a dream. Not only was the place gorgeous, a new renovation complete with incredible lighting, a great color palate, and tasteful chandeliers. It was truly a state of the art dental wonderland, from the equipment to the stereo system, I was impressed all around. And I have not even gotten to the staff; EVERYONE was top-notch, and super-professional, kind and genuinely caring. Dr. Jacobs was like a Scarlett Johannsen character from a movie in a doctor’s outfit, but instead of just acting and pretending be a good doctor, she was down to earth and not at all awkward or socially challenged; its rare to find a doctor who is “real,” and Dr. Jacobs is indeed just that. I cannot say enough good things about my visit, and I am writing about a freaking root canal! I can genuinely say that I had the most pleasant root canal experience available on planet earth. I HIGHLY recommend this practice, and if I ever need another root canal, I am demanding that I see Dr. Jacobs again.
I was referred to Dr. Jacobs because I was in need of 3 root canals. I cannot begin to tell you what a painless, amazing experience it was working under the care of Dr. Jacobs. She was beyond patient, extremely pleasant and understanding and she took the time to explain everything, truthfully I never had a dentist with such a wonderful bedside manner (except her uncle, Dr Jove). I would highly recommend her and her entire staff, epitome of excellent service!!!
Let me start off by sharing that I’m one of those people who only leaves a review if I have something negative to say! Secondly, I absolutely hate the dentist and the thought of having to open up a root canal that I had already done kept me up for several nights. I was referred to Scarsdale Endo by my sister in law who is a dentist and although she was out of network on my plan all of the positive reviews encouraged me to choose this practice and I am so glad I did!The entire staff is wonderful and clearly my nervousness was immediately apparent! They treated me with such kindness and patience and Dr.Jacobs was absolutely wonderful! She took the time to talk to me until I was calm and had a genuine care and concern for all of my fears. I highly recommend Dr.Jacobs and would never allow anyone else to perform a root canal on my teeth moving forward! Trust the reviews and know that you will walk out feeling 100 times better!!
I had to have an emergency root canal. I came in the office in a lot of pain and upset. Everyone from the staff to Dr Jacobs were so kind and compassionate. Within 24 hrs I had started to feel better. The next morning they called to check on me. So happy Dr Jacobs was recommended to me. She was amazing as is her staff.
I received outstanding care with Scarsdale Endo. Needing a root canal procedure often happens suddenly and unexpectedly. It’s also painful. The day of a heavy snow fall, I called my dentist realizing I probably needed a root canal. He recommended Scarsdale Endodontics. I called them and they saw me within two hours the same day. The office is state-of-the art in central Scarsdale near the train station.The staff and doctor Jacobs were extremely friendly and professional. X-rays diagnosed a needed root canal which Dr. Jacobs performed. I felt immediately better after the first visit. Two weeks later, I returned for the second and final visit. Dr. Jacobs is amazing , she has gifted hands and a beautiful disposition! I was seen in her office for a root-canal retreatment. My case was complex as I had a bridge and post in place that could not be removed by a previous dentist. However, Dr. Jacobs was able to remove the post and retreat my tooth! Dr. Jacobs is amazing !As a very nervous patient I visited Dr Jacobs for an emergency root canal. She made me feel 100% at ease and worked painlessly on my tooth , constantly checking if I was ok. Dr. Jacobs and her team are wonderful. Super professional. The office is clean, every individual is warm, friendly and helpful.As for the actual dental work and procedures, Dr. Jacobs could not have been any more thorough or professional. PRIOR to beginning the procedures, Dr. Jacobs explained everything in detail -- the problem and work she would perform to correct it. Finally, when complete, she explained the next steps, what to anticipate and availability if any pain, discomfort or problems arise.... For the record, I have experienced zero pain or discomfort.Totally professional and highly recommended.

I was referred to Dr. Jacobs by my dentist in order to fix a root canal that was starting to show signs of trouble. I am not a huge fan of any root canal procedure and I was more than happy to say that Dr. Jacobs and her staff were amazing! Besides the fact that Dr. Jacobs is incredible at her job, she was also super caring, patient, and detailed in her explanation of the entire procedure. Dr. Jacobs spent a lot of time making sure that I understood what was going to happen and made sure that for weeks after that I was feeling perfect. Dr Jacobs is the absolute best. She saw me in an emergency situation on very late notice. She is kind, professional, and even gave me her personal number in case I had more questions. I needed a failed root canal re done (which had developed an infection) and she was gentle and thorough, explaining each step of the process to me. Scarsdale Endo was absolutely wonderful! I found out as most of us do a filling that was done a month ago triggered somthing in my tooth . I was very upset not only for the pain I was in but because it can be a timely and costly experience. I called Scarsdale Endo and they were able to see me that afternoon! As soon as I walked in I was greeted with a friendly smile from the lovely receptionist with forms to complete . Then the other woman at the front desk who was equally as kind/helpful assisted in calling my insurance to get as much coverage as possible and let me tell you it was such a relief ! The surgical assistant then came and got me and was such a doll! Doctor Ramesh was beyond comforting to me the entire appointment she kept checking if I was okay or in any pain. I was in and out in 45 minutes! The second appointment was just finished and I have to say I would recommend the care and staff there to anyone I know!! The office space was clean , bright and very easy to get to as well with tons of street parking! For being in so much pain I cannot Implore you enough to go there for all your endodontic needs for future appointments !! 100/10!!!
Dr. Jacobs is the best of the best! I had two root canals done and I have never been more comfortable in a dental chair in my life. Dr. Jacobs took amazing care of me. She was extremely gentle and thorough. I did not feel any pain throughout the whole visit. Dr. J explained everything clearly so I was completely comfortable and had no further questions when leaving the office. Root canals are unfortunate and no ones idea of a fun time, but if you need to get them done, Dr. Jacobs is the way to go. Shell even make you smile while walking out the door!

Dr. Jacobs is one of a kind—pain free root canal! From the minute you walk in to the office (actually wait outside due to COVID distancing restrictions everything and everyone one is first class-friendly, compassionate and caring. Every step of the way is explained. Dr Jacobs works professionally and explains what she is doing as she does it. She keeps oldies music on in the background(way before her time) and sings along. Whether she just enjoys singing or does it as a calming influence you’d never know, but it works.

I was visiting the area from out of town when one of my teeth started hurting. Dr. Jacobs and her staff got me into the office quickly and diagnosed the problem. I was concerned as the tooth involved already had a crown, but she assured me that she would be able to go through it without the need to replace the crown. Dr Jacobs was amazing!!! I was extremly nervous before getting my root canal because I thought it was going to be painful (I had a friend get a root canal elsewhere & he stated it was very uncomfortable). Dr. Chassen Jacobs is outstanding. About a year ago, she did a root canal and installed a post, so that my local dentist could subsequently install a crown. Because of the odd shape of my root and alignment of my other teeth, my own dentist couldnt align the crown and keep it from getting dislodged. So I went back to Dr. Chassen Jacobs to see what she could do. Dr. Chassen Jacobs spent more than an hour figuring out how to re-align the post, installed a thicker post than usual so that my tooth could be put in perfect alignment, and added the crown on herself. She did all of that without any additional charge. Shes amazing.
Dr. Jacobs is a wonderful endodontist! She has re-done two old, infected root canals with ease, pain free, and great bedside manner. She explains everything, is incredibly professional, and makes you feel comfortable. Highly recommend her!
From the moment I met Dr. Jacobs she became my Sherlock, committed to helping me find viable solution(s) to the pain and discomfort that I had been living with on and off for almost 4 years. Her recommendation to keep a daily diary of what I was experiencing with the tooth/area in question was brilliant as it helped me to get more specific about what was going on and consequently has been helping us find paths to resolution. She then took time and effort out of her schedule to review and comment on my very lengthy notes. She also spoke to me in an early morning phone call, brainstorming with me at a time when I was truly at my wits end after 36 hours of continual pain. That conversation led to her great recommendation for a way of going forward which immediately put me at ease, and led to a retreat of a very old root canal that 24 hours later I can tell you had me feeling significantly better. After seeing several other specialists, I knew I had finally walked through the right door.In a nutshell, Dr. Jacobs is an outstanding and thoughtful practitioner, that very rare combination of head, hands and heart.
‘Root canal’ isn’t exactly a phrase anyone ever wants to hear, but, if you find yourself in that unfortunate circumstance run to Dr. Jacobs’ office. Not only is she an exceptionally skilled endodontist she is simply an outstanding person. I still marvel that she took the time to explain what was happening (a raging infection in a tooth that suffered at the hand of an inferior dentist many years before), explained my treatment options and followed up at the six and twelve month marks to be sure the infection was healing and my jaw bone regenerating. Every person I have ever spoken to in her office is equally kind and compassionate – they almost make you sad to leave their care when treatment is concluded.

2022-01-26Arrived full of anxiety for my long dreaded ROOT CANAL and ended up having a GREAT TIME! Beautiful office. State of the art equipment. Everyone on the team was friendly and comforting…..and then in walked Dr. Jacobs. A consummate professional, but FUN. Explained everything. She has great hands, very gentle. Procedure was COMPLETELY PAINLESS. Dr. Jacobs plays fantastic music during the procedure. She even softly sings along to the music, very pleasantly, with a VERY good voice. I found myself humming along to the music to accompany her singing ……and this was during ROOT CANAL!If you need root canal run, don’t walk, to Dr. Jacobs. Can’t wait for my next one!!!!

2022-03-08It’s hard to imagine a root canal being a great experience, but both of mine were. From the moment you walk in the door the entire staff, from the front desk, to the assistant, to the Endo, put you at ease with their friendliness and professionalism. Even the background music, with Dr. Chassen Jacobs singing along, is comforting. The best part was I did not require any pain pills following either procedure. Not that anyone wants a root canal, but if you do, this is the office to go to!!!

The office is absolutely state of the art, her entire team is compassionate and capable, and Arielle is a fantastic clinician – intelligent, experienced, and warm; sings while she works! As a practicing in orthodontist in Westchester for more than 30 years, she was my choice when I needed a root canal for my molar. She has my strongest recommendation!

2021-09-01My experience with Scarsdale Endo and Dr Jacobs was stress free and above my expectations. I am always anxious about any dental procedure especially a root canal that I couldn’t put off any longer. The office was very welcoming from the moment I entered and very efficient. Dr Jacobs is pleasant, energetic and takes the time to explain the issues, provides the options to resolve them, and patiently answers all of your questions. Her team was able to help with my insurance claim and let me know up front the costs and reimbursements, so that there were no surprises later.Dr Jacobs was able to reduce my anxiety and in a short time my root canal was done and I felt no pain. The day after the team followed up to see how I was feeling, which was appreciated. Dr Jacobs is now the only Endo allowed to work on my teeth from now on. Thank you so much!

2021-10-22I went to Dr Jacobs for a root canal and was incrediably scared. Her entire staff made me feel calm and comfortable. From the moment I sat in the chair I didn’t feel a single thing, not even an injection. I was beyond surprised with the comfort of the procedure and my quick recovery. I didn’t have any pain after or the next day. It was an amazing experience and I will never be scared of a root canal again. Thanks Dr Jacobs. You’re amazing.

2022-04-21I was referred here by my dentist. I had tooth pain and he wasnt sure why. He had done an X-ray and the tooth looked perfectly healthy, aside from a little but of gum recession. When i walked in everyone here was very friendly. I informed them that i am pregnant so the 3d x-ray was not an option. I met with the dentist for 10 minutes. She wasnt positive what was wrong with the tooth, did a hot/cold test, then wanted to give me a root canal. Why would you root canal a tooth that seems healthy? Especially if you can confirm it with the right X-ray? ill tell you why, because the fee for 1/2 of the procedure was $2,300. i was then told the post and crown would need to be finished by another dentist. Ive had root canals in the past that in total have cost this much. When i refused this service i was told that i needed to pay a $250 consultation fee. (WITHOUT ANY XRAYS) Only because i complained of how expensive that is for 10 minutes of time did they offer me a discount of $100. Pricing is unfair.IN RESPONSE TO OWNER- Im not sure where violating HIIPA would even apply here? There are no other details. I was a patient for 10 minutes. I did not recieve x-rays. Yes that was your full fee for 1/2 of the work. I was told by your office this procedure would need to be finished with a crown done by another dentist. Correct, i did not want to start treatment based off of this consultation. However, the staff was extremely friendly and understanding, that i will say.

2022-04-08Dr Ramesh was amazing! Aside from the fact her office feels like a Four Seasons spa, her staff and experience is second to none! Most importantly, Dr Ramesh is awesome! She handled my root canal with precision and care, and I not only didn’t feel anything while in the chair, I was 100% right after. Dr Ramesh is A++++++++!!!

2022-08-09My dentist Dr. Vero (30 years), recommended that I see Dr. Ramesh for dental surgery of course I was very apprehensive about surgery. However I did speak with Dr. Ramesh who was very pleasant and informative and really put me at ease in fact I did have the surgery today. I cant say enough about Scarsdale Endo from the moment you walk in greeted by Nichola Whyte her smile and courtesy is a great welcome, as is Ashley Maravilla who assisted Dr. Ramesh, and of course our discussion about cats and her iguana, Dr. Ramesh was excellent, she immediately made me feel very comfortable throughout the entire procedure and I certainly highly recommend Dr. Ramesh very kind and attentive to a patients concerns.

2022-01-27Most amazing place to get a root canal done. Very clean, professional and caring dental office. The doctors, assistants, and receptionist were all so kind and caring. I definitely recommend this place, loved my experience. And they give a warm towel at the end of your visit, kinda like a spa for your tooth =)
