Some crazy lady that works there just decided to scream at young worker because he was sitting down because there was no more work go be done in the service department, you can tell she is that very nasty toxic worker who wanna boss people is a rude ugly embarrassing way. Then she realized how wrong she was that she mumbled back “wow there is no work to do, shit” ohh also don’t even stay in the line when calling because they will transfer the calls to Eric and he will never answer any of the calls! No joke! He claims that the secretary just transfer all the calls to him when he is only supposed to answer parts department I think he said! Bit he was definitely a cool dude even though my opinion about him not answering is true! I do t blame him if others don’t know where to transfer the calls to!
Good outdoor showroom, good for servicing your car.The showroom is mostly outdoor and therebis a large selection of cars on display.The maintenance and service center is large, weel organized and clean.You can watch television and have a free coffee while waiting for your vehicle.You can book online for a service appointment for your vehicle.Competent people.
Went in for a oil change and tire rotation. The staff at the service desk were friendly and accommodating from setting up the appointment to dropping off my truck. The waiting area is clean and comfortable. My truck was serviced by a certified mechanic in a reasonable time and returned to me clean, serviced and ready to roll.
I brought my 21 Ranger in so they could figure out why my upfitter switches werent getting power. They just gave me the truck back, and told me that a high-voltage fuse wasnt installed at the factory. They didnt install a fuse, or even offer any solution to the problem. I had to ask to speak to the tech to find out what was wrong. I ended up buying the fuse online and installing it myself. I shouldnt have to fix a new truck thats under warranty and missing parts from the factory.
Brought my car in for service with cruise control, backup warning, and side warning error messages. Paid 300 bucks and was told that they reset code and when I got on the road, all warnings came back on 20 min later.Since it was end of day, I didnt go right back in. Ended up going to another Ford dealer who fixed problem, and was told codes were never reset. Since I never gave this dealer a chance to redo the work, I dont know how it would have been handled, but to pay 300 bucks for a problem that still occurred 20 min after driving away, I am not sure what I paid for.
I had an appt Monday at 9:00am, they looked at the car, ordered what was needed, communicated to me & I picked it up Wednesday morning, it was ready Tuesday pm. I drove to this Ford service center from Manhattan & I had gone several times to Queens Koeppel Ford which was the worst service, mechanics & experiences. Scarsdale Ford has Louie in the Service center & he’s great & I highly recommend this Ford service center.
Sales was fine but service failed miserably. Had our 5 month new car for 7 weeks. Had to beg for a loaner. Also returned car filthy inside and out. I understand supply chain issues but need to do the right thing when issues like that occur. I wasn’t going to leave public review but they wouldn’t answer my emails and kept sending me emails to review.
The dealership is great and made the buying process easy. They gave me a fair price and the salesman was great, very attentive. Only complaint I had was being lied to by the finance manager in regards to an extended warranty. It left a bad taste in my mouth and honestly almost torpedoed the deal at the last moment. Other than that, I can’t say much else.
Very attentive service and professional. Did not have to haggle with sales person as in other dealerships (not Ford). Had the best experience in all my years of buying a car. They listen and work with you to get you what you want not what they want to sell. It was a pleasant experience at Scarsdale Ford. Tried a different Ford Dealer and the salesperson was not very accommodating. Thankfully I found and decided to go to Scarsdale Ford and I wont go anywhere else going forward!! Thank you
My experience with Scarsdale Ford has been wonderful so far. I wanted to look into buying a Bronco Sport Badlands trim. On a whim I stopped by to look at one they had on the lot. I was greeted by Chris Sorgi. He is awesome! Even after I expressed that what I wanted was not on the lot, he still took the time to show me the Big Bend model. Since then, I have worked along with him to place an order for my dream car. I have emailed this man multiple times with questions and additional requests to add on to my order. The man is a Saint! He has always quickly responded to my inquiries. It is such a pleasure dealing with him. I’m looking forward to working with the rest of the team when my car is delivered. Hopefully, they are all equally as awesome as Chris.
Very poor service. I bought an Electric Mustang Mach e through this dealership. My sales person had all the numbers wrong when I went to pick up the car. I had to show him emails where I had documented our discussion before he changed them and redid the contract. Good thing I had it all in writing because he kept questioning the numbers we had agreed upon. In general he showed a lack of interest, perhaps they dont get as much of a commission since the electric cars are bought directly from the Ford website?
Jairo Palacios was our salesman. He was very professional. Took his time with us. He did everything on his hands to give us the best deal. Jairo made sure we was comfortable with the vehicles and prices. Very satisfied, My husband and I went to Scarsdale Ford for our Ford Explorer 2020 and for our Ford Transit 250 Cargo 2021.
The service was amazing, Joe Tarantino was a amazing sales person. He worked with us and got us the best deal possible. So grateful that he called us back into the dealership and told us I can help you. He took his time and that was amazing. I loved my experience at Scarsdale Ford, I dealt with Chris Sorgi who really made things easy. From requesting information to the test drive process, and following up after. Every concern I had was answered, and I took delivery of my car from them in a very smooth quick process. I highly recommend Chris for his sales style, very informative and not high pressure which is how it should be.
It’s a little further to drive but I will go to Stamford for service next time. The poor customer service started with my phone call to confirm my appointment. Turns out Scarsdale Ford couldn’t do the service I requested but no one was going to call me to let me know (I made my appointment online). Then when I arrived for my appointment, I was told the procedure would take four hours which I knew couldn’t be the case. But then I realized that Lou meant they weren’t going to take my car into the garage at my appointment time. I watched it go in an hour later. Even then, it didn’t take four hours. It’s just not a very professional operation.
I dropped of my car there and it took them one whole week to get it fixed. I have made many attempts to get status on my car no one ever returned my phone calls (I left multiple voicemails). They didnt offer me a loaner car so I had to pay Uber twice a day going to work and coming home. I was so frustrated with not getting status I had to call Ford corporate office, surely very next day my car was ready.Hey Scarsdale Ford if youre going to keep somebodys car for a week you should give him a loaner car.I am not going back there ever again
I bought a car 38 days ago, and they gave me a temporary license plate valid for 30 days, my license plate hasnt arrived yet, I called or contacted the seller several times, she doesnt respond, so she doesnt want to help. What saddens me is that when its time to sell the car, they call you all the time, they respond right away, they treat you very well, after you pay, youre not worth anything anymore. I dont recommend it, very lack of consideration for the customer.
I have been a loyal customer for 11 plus years. I have been extremely happy with their service department throughout the years and I would totally recommend anyone who needs maintenance done on their car to stop by Scarsdale Ford. I recommend you speak to Louie in the service center for any issues you may have with your car and he will take excellent care of your needs. A big shout out to Phil as well who manages the service center. Last and not least a big thank you to Deeno the service technician that always keeps my car running smoothly.
Long story short. I schedule an appointment through the Ford app for my 2020 Ford raptor with a moldy carpet and a leak in sunroof somewhere which was stated on service memo. Appointing was 2 weeks out, when I get there to drop the car of the service advisor Louis Costanzo completely denied my car and told me they can’t take the car. “Take it where I bought it” and that they don’t have room for me. He was extremely rude about it. Didn’t honor the appointment made online whatsoever. Also if they wanted you to call it in to speak with service advisor then they should of called me when appointment was made to clarify they can’t take car. Instead they waited 2 weeks until I got there to kick me towards the curve. Told them my wife is pregnant and can’t have her driving a car that smells like mold. His responses was “call Ford customer service” we don’t have room for you. (I would recommend smith Carrin Ford or any other dealer ship that can actually treat clients with respect.)
Scarsdale Ford is truly amazing. Marysol in sales is the Best! I wanted to surprise my wife on mothers day with a new car and the team there all made that possible. This is my second car from Scarsdale Ford and wont be the last. Thinks again to an amazing team for helping me put the biggest smile on my wife face

After he was able to acquire the one specific car we wanted, he took the time to sit with me and went over the car and how everything works. I love the service they give at Scarsdale Ford. There’s a comfortable waiting area with Wi-Fi. I usually wait for my vehicle while it’s being serviced. I’m usually out of there and back on the road in about an hour. Switching my service to Scarsdale was one of my better decisions 😀.
My Experience in leasing my new Ford Escape through Scarsdale Ford was absolutely positive. Scott, my Sales Consultant was great to work with. Knows his stuff,& made the whole experience super easy! Dealership is top notch!Best experience leasing/buying a car I havehad in all the years!
Their service department is terrible. Twice Ive brought in my Focus ST to address recall issues. Both times I told them in advance exactly which recall notice had to be resolved. I showed up with my car. They said to come back in two hours. When I returned they said theyd discovered the exact thing I had brought the car in for them to fix, like this was some big surprise. So its fixed? I asked. Oh no, we have to contact Ford to get permission to fix it. Youll have to bring the car back. So basically they force you to make an appointment, giving up half your workday, just so they can look at the car for 30 seconds and then tell you to make another appointment. This has happened twice. Of course, they also tried to sell me on a bunch of other service items I dont need. Oh, and did I mention they left the car parked out in the rain with the window open? I would avoid this dealer.
Very rude customer service! Made an appointment online but when showed up for the appointment was told “I’m not taking your car, we don’t have space. Call customer service” - Louis Costanzo. Extremely rude, eye rolls and all!! If you don’t know how to treat customers then find another job! Would not recommend this place to anyone.
The service at Scarsdale Ford is unsurpassed! The manager is personable, professional and always goes above and beyond to make sure I leave happy and remain a loyal customer. The service writers are always welcoming and get me in and out as quickly as possible. The technicians are the best in the field. I have never had my car serviced and had to go back because something wasn’t done or done correctly. Once you go to Scarsdale Ford you will never go anywhere else again! Great service team, went out of there way to help me and I didn’t even buy my truck from them (my mistake). Made an appointment, they confirmed 24 hours prior and the staff was full prepared when I arrived. They offered me coffee, water when I pulled in (nice touch) and thanked me for choosing Scarsdale Ford for my service. The vehicle was done when promised and during the service process I was kept informed. On pick up it was ready to go and all concerned had been repaired. Service staff reviewed my paperwork and once again thanked me.I received a follow up call 24 hours after pick up to make sure I was happy with there service and ask if my vehicle was repaired to my satisfaction.Great experience and I have been screaming it from the roof top ever since. You my friends have “EARNED” a customer for life.Thank you for all you did.

Louis Costanzo, the Service Advisor provided great service and very polite. He stated the service will be done in 2 hours and also did the Recall Service on the car I did not know about. The service job was done in 1 1/2 hours and called me to come and pick up the car. Excellent customer service was provided.

I purchased my Expedition at Scarsdale Ford, and I service it there as well, I have another ford Dealership within a mile to my office, but I choose to drive 40 minutes to Scarsdale Ford, they have some amazing, super nice employees which take great care of you!Lou in customer service is an amazing guy, always calm and easy to deal with, Phil the manager goes out of his way to satisfy you, I had a minor issue with my car, and Phil made sure everything was taken care of, always followed up with me as if Im the only customer!this is my first Ford vehicle, I drove 2 other makes before, and i can tell you that Fords Customer service is second to none!I am proud to buy American and to Support an American Brand!
Not a good experience. Was told my oil change would take an hour and a half if i waited for the vehicle. I opted to leave and be picked up. I returned 5 1/2 hours later, and my vehicle was not touched. The service advisor pulled my invoice from a pile of invoices, and told me the vehicle would be serviced as soon as possible. After another two hours i was on my way finally. Other than the oil change my fuel indicator was reset in regards to my vehicle losing fuel more rapidly. My issue is not about the quality of the work. It’s about this place and the Ford dealership in Yonkers not prioritizing my vehicle when i bring it in for a $40 oil change. I feel i am at the mercy of these places because they overbook appointments, and don’t have enough bays/technicians to service the vehicles. Especially, when your vehicle is fairly new and under warranty and you are bringing in for a routine oil change. I feel if my vehicle had not been a lease and had no warranty, and required a lot of labor hours and cost that i would have been treated differently and wouldn’t of had to literally beg for my car to be serviced. I would have even been ok with being told initially to come back at 5:00 to pick up my vehicle instead of being on a string for for 7 1/2 hoursMark
If i could give this place a 0 star i would, honestly the worst dealer i ever been in. I made an appointment with 2 week of advance and left my car all day here, they never call me back to say anything and when i came to pick it up no one took care of the job the were supposed to do. Do not go to this place if you dont want to waste your time!
I HATE this location. I took my car here as alast resort because Smith Cairns was booked. They fixed the problem but as soon as I took it home, a new problem started. I took it to Smith Cairns to see if they could figure out the problem and they said they would charge me $270 to diagnose it. I refused to pay for something that was caused by Ford. So then I call Scarsdale Ford and they said they would charge me the same because my car is out of warranty. Mind you I never told him anything about me or my car. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! I will be calling corporate
I took my car in for a SCHEDULED oil change on Friday.....First, my scheduled time was 930, of which I was 15 mins early. Numerous people came in after me, and left long before I did.....I did not leave until over 4 hours later---just to get an oil change (after being told by service tech 1.5 to 2 hour wait). Second, approximately 1.5 weeks later, I notice a severe oil leakage, and when checked, all oil had drained from engine. I had an independent mechanic check my car, and FORD TECHS FORGOT TO TIGHTEN MY OIL FILTER. So, $40+ for an oil change from Scarsdale Ford wasted (since all oil drained out), plus another $60 to have Fords F-UP corrected!!!! Will NEVER use SCARSDALE Ford again, and I recommend you dont either!!!!
Used the Scarsdale Ford service centre website to make the appointment at least a week ahead requesting a shuttle ride from the service center to find out after dropping off my car that they do not have shuttle service! They never contacted me about the shuttle so I could make other arangments! All they had to say is We are just employees. So disappointed!
This service department is the worse and the managers are non responsive. I brought in my Truck in over a month ago. After several phone calls over two weeks which were not returned I went to the service department to have the nonresponsive service manager with a smirk said I was just going to call you. They said the truck was fixed and after two days it did not start again.Also they broke the cover and left unprotected wires.They did send a tow truck to pick up the truck.After several non returned phone callswent down to service department to get a resolution .The sales manager after several attempts could not get the head service manager on the phone.The non responsive service manager who they contacted stated that they called to pick up the truck last Saturday . The mechanic confirmed that the truck was not ready in person. Therefore the service manager once again misspoke.They charged $3,800 for this and as of this time the truck is not fixed.As of this time the head service manager has not called . They said maybe buy a new truck after charging $3,800.DO NOT USE THEM
Scarsdale Ford is my saving grace when it comes to my car! I’ve been with them since my father purchased his 2005** Ford Escape and I adopted it once I could drive (**Side Note: Ford please bring this model/style back!!) I interact with the Scarsdale Ford Service team whenever my car needs service! Due to the professionalism and attentiveness received for many years at Scarsdale Ford, my family and I decided to stay with the service team at Ford instead of going to other auto service teams, as well as purchase another Ford Vehicle - Ford Escape 2016. The whole team under the leadership of Phil Coiro are amazing. Phil takes the definition of superb customer service to the next level. Everyone at Scarsdale Ford Service feel like a family and treat you the same. From making sure you have a cup of coffee or tea or setting you up in a cab to get wherever you may need. Charmane and Lou at the front are always helpful and the whole service team get the job done!! They all go above and beyond to make sure you and other customers feel taken care of! You should definitely head to Scarsdale Ford for whatever car needs. They are simply the best!! Five Stars!! *****
We have a 2013 Ford CMax Hybrid which we purchased new. Since we moved from Brooklyn 2-1/2 years ago, we have used Scarsdale Ford for all our service needs. We have never had an issue with them. The agents who greet you (especially Charmaine) are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The service staff gets any job done efficiently. We definitely recommend Scarsdale Ford.
I absolutely LOVE Scarsdale Ford! I purchased my Car 5 years ago and go to the Service Department to Service my car.I absolutely love Charmaigne and Lou! They work at the Service Desk and are super polite, knowledgeable and professional!The Service Center is clean and they have Valet Parking attendants who are so sweet.I’ve never had an issue with any staff member and truly feel a part of the Ford Family.If you want good customer service as well as good auto service for your car - I 110% suggest Scarsdale Ford.
Always an exceptional experience. Never disappointed. Tried the dealership 2 miles from my home. No comparison! I travel for an hour and 10 minute round trip for Scarsdales excellent service.In addition to the great service the entire staff should be commended.Lou and Charmaine are very special people. Friendly, humerous, thoughtful and always have a cheerful greeting. Helps make the 70 minute round trip worthwhile.
Excellent service from the moment I walked in until the moment I drove away in my new 2019 Ford Fusion Hybrid. I was a little nervous about driving a hybrid, but Jennifer Chiudina patiently took the time to explain all the bells and whistles. She combines warmth, knowledge and professionalism to make my first solo leasing experience stress free and enjoyable. I highly recommend Scarsdale Ford and will be a customer for life!

If you want anything not working fixed once where you never have to return for the same problem, this is the place to go. And if you want a very reasonable repair bill and Owner Advantage reward points that take money off your next maintenance visit, this is the place to go. Expert repairs with original parts from people who know my car and treat me like family, thats why I buy my cars here and have them serviced here too. Scarsdale Ford is simply the best!
My experience was not nice here at all. Overall the staff and service was disappointing. My dream was to purchase a used jeep Cherokee from here and have my first car from this place. The sales Rep I had an appointment with was very late. I went with another Rep. He helped me with everything until we got to the financials. Thought all was well. He promised me the world and then I had to speak to some manager. I was over charged for the used car note the Insurance was supposed to be an inquiry but they ran my credit and kept trying to get me to take the insurance that I couldnt afford. I never gave them permission to run my credit, especially since I could not afford the payments.. A $12,000 used car that I have to pay mid 400s for! That was ridiculous.. So much for a good first experience. Thank God for White Plains Lincoln. I highly recommend their business.
The best service and repair shop anywhere. You are always greeted by name with a genuine and friendly hello. The service on your car is top-notch and they never look to gouge you. I get updates of what to know about future needs as well. Phil is the best and I love Scarsdale Ford

It was great, i had shortlisted a lot of cars and test driven a few. This was the last dealer i went in to buy my CPO. Jairo from the sales team was Excellent. He was calm, not too pushy, gave me good options to buy them. One step at a time.The price was not much negotiable, i was getting a better deal at other dealers for a newer car, but i had found what i wanted.It was great to have bought my first car from Scarsdale Ford. Lou in service is exceptional and always a pleasure to work with, but by no means should anyone ever attempt to buy a car here, rather than find a way to work with you they would rather say “that’s not happening, have a nice day”. I have since been in contact with the dealer where I originally bought my car in Queens, where I will be returning and building a continued relationship. I’ve never been dismissed like that from a potential $60,000 sale. I wish you well but I will not be returning here.
I am sorry to say this because I know the folks at this Scarsdale Ford Dealership have done their absolute best with respect to the a/c system. Regretfully the issue is still not resolved- not only is it not resolved- its actually worse. My Truck was there for nearly a month- Evaporator Box was replaced due to a leak and when I turned on the A/C today- the air was actually warm. Not sure what else to say. Ill call someone after the holiday. Just not happy about this.
The worst dealership ever. I bought my 2017 fusion not even 1 year yet, and every time I go here to do the service the service staff especially the guy Lou tries always to sell me something. My car recently is making some weird noise that is coming from the engine so las week I made an appointment for today went there left the car, in addition I asked them to do the service as well even though it wasn’t due yet. However, after 2-3 hours, again this guy Lou calls me and tells me “your car needs new tires new rear braking pads and rotors, needs alignment this that and all these will cost you $1800 plus tax! I was like what? How about the engine problem that I stated? Oh he says we need to do this first. However, I went back there and I am asking this Lou and the mechanic together about the engine issue, the mechanic says “oh I don’t hear no noise, and that is probably normal noise”, I showed him the video of the engine making noise and I asked him to come by my car and check it together he refuses to come out. So Lou stated everything what my car needs which my warranty doesn’t cover, but he didn’t care about the main reason for what I sent the car there and both ignored me including the mechanic. In other words they proved me that as soon as they realize that you have warranty they’re not gonna fix your car. However, I’ll send my car to another dealership and if they tell me that the engine has an issue, I’ll definitely file a lawsuit against this dealership.

I just purchased a Used Ford F150XLT there and had a Excellent Buying Experience with the Saleperson, Marysol Ruiz. She was very attentive to what I wanted in a Truck. She went over all the interior video & audio equipment and told me if I had any questions I could come back and get additional Training. I give them 5 out of 5 Stars for Customer Service.
Called up to make appointment guy was very rude, almost like why are you bothering me . It was only for recall work but I think 🤔 he should treat me like a guy having $1,000.00 worth of work done .I bought the ford it’s not my problem that a recall popped up.I called somewhere else got a pleasant guy and will continue working with them.You made a bad mistake,I was going to get a new escape and a F250 this spring from you know I will take my business elsewhere.
I am on my second car from Scarsdale Ford. Joe Tarantino was excellent and easy to work with. The service department is the best I have been to and they consistently do great work. They recently repaired my Fusion that had vibration issues. Charmane was friendly as usual and provided undivided attention for my concerns. Mike, the tech that worked on my car, did an excellent job and went into detail about what was done to my car. I will definitely be going back when my car requires major service or when I am in need of a new car.
One of my company vehicles had been recalled and we reached out to Ford in Scarsdale in schedule an appointment. They were not very polite or professional on either of our attempts to contact. Almost as if we were bothering them to do their job. I would not recommend if youre a business owner and need fast service. Very disappointed with their poor attitudes and negative outlooks on their jobs. I hope this feed back helps them better manage their customer service department. Thank you.
Car dealers and mechanics dont typically elicit positive reviews so I had to share my incredulously perfect experience at Scarsdale Ford Service as a direct result of service manager Phil Coiros impeccable customer service. He is a gem! True blue and turned a potentially expensive repair into something manageable. As a result theyve got my business for life. A million and five thanks Phil!
Scarsdale Ford is the best place to get your car serviced. The customer service is great. I did had one small issue last time I went. My cabin air filter was replaced and the technician did not re-install the glove compartment correctly. Other then this small issue, Scarsdale Ford is my preferred place to service my car.
Very good customer service and extremely professional. They got me a good rate on an automobile and they were able to do it for me with less than prime credit. I could have gotten more on trade in else where. But haggling with them when I got the car I wanted. I recommend them highly.

Without telling me they were going to go through my whole car they call me to tell me my water pump is leaking, my spark plugs need to be replaced, and my rear breaks and rotors need to be replaced. Brought my car straight to my mechanic , after they tried to charge me over 1500 for all those parts , and he told me my spark plugs were fine, my breaks and rotors were fine, and you could clearly tell they pried my water pump loose, and that it wasn’t leaking yet but they clearly damaged it. I had my car checked out the week before by the same mechanic and he said they definitely damaged the water pump.TL;DR. THESE GUYS ARE CROOKSthey will take your car in for recall, and either lie or damage your car to try and over charge you for work you do not need.
I don’t think I’d buy a car from anywhere else. Mr. Jairo Palacios and Mr. Juan Muriel provided exceptional service upon every visit. Whether it was to service my vehicle with Lou or purchasing another vehicle, they were patient and extremely helpful. They took the time and necessary measures to find something that fit my budget and needs without any surprises. Dont use this dealer!! couple weeks ago I walked into scarsdale Ford dealer I was interested of buying an 2016 Ford F150 red color that they had in stock for quite a bit of time the car was list for $27.626. Stephanie was my sales person that show me the truck we walked in to the office to talk and negotiate long story short my offer to the dealer was $26,500 Stephanie spoke with the manager and said they cant take anything and the price is negotiable, I said thank you and I left, since that day I was harassed by Stephanie on the phone, she called me every day trying sell me the car. after 2nd day of her calling me I stoped answering and send her to my voice mail, after week of her calling and Im not answering I picked up the phone to end this harassment and told her if she calling because they accepted my offer and she said NO they cant reduce the price so I told her do not call me anymore if they dont accept my offer, on Saturday 1/18/20 as Im searching for a truck I saw that the truck price was reduce to $26,900 for this price I was interested to buy.I called in at 12PM and spoke with Jario to confirm that the car is available and schedule test drive between 1-2PM with Jario (with all the respect for Stephanie I think she is bad sales person and her finance manager is not better then her) I arrived to the place at1:30PM and asked for Jario as soon as he saw me he apologized by saying that he tried to reach me on the phone to tell that the car was is not available and was sold by another sales person. as off 1/21/20 the car is still available for sale. I believe that every thing that happened in life is for good. On 1/20/20 I found the same truck better equipped and better price $26,300 with everything that I need in a pick up truck l walked into the dealer and in 20min with unbelievable service I purchased my new truck.shame on you Scarsdale Ford with this kind of service you dont need to be in business
I originally posted a one star because the service department was giving me the runaround to schedule an appointment for a warranty repair 4 months before the warranty expired that would otherwise cost me a ton of money if not performed while under warranty. After close to 6 weeks of trying to have this dealer schedule an appointment with them canceling on me a few times I gave up and gave them a one star and was prepared to go to another dealership. I received a call from service apologizing and they asked me to change my rating which I did but then got the same treatment. They get back the ONE STAR. I am even more disappointed because I gave them another chance and they did the same thing! I went to another dealer that I never dealt with and was treated like their best customer!
Scarsdale Ford was great. No high pressure tactics, which I appreciated. I went for multiple test drives of my new Escape and never heard a word of complaint. The process was easy and stress-free. I would recommend Scarsdale Ford to my family and friends without hesitation.
I have not found them to have used car prices in my price range or that are competitive with what I have been able to find at some other places in my last two car searches so I have not bought a car here. However, if I found a car here that was within my price range or if I were buying a new car here I would be willing to buy a car here based on my experience with the service department. I bring my Fords here for service and they have fair prices and good customer service.
Bought a 2015 fusion from Scarsdale Ford recently, Easy smooth purchase with no hassles. Gary Did everything he said he would and more. Car was clean and ready at the expected time and I was driving out in 10 minutes. Owners are on premises and involved.Would definitely recommend giving this dealer and Gary a call or a drop in.
Brought my car in for an airbag recall, the car was fine otherwise. When I came back to pick it up, they tried to tell me I needed spark plugs, rear breaks and rotors, an oil change(which I had just done if they read the sticker on the window). They say it would cost me over $1500. Brought the car straight to my family mechanic instead, said the car was still fine and that SCARSDALE FORD is full of it.
I am very happy with my Ford Edge SEL and Mr Joseph Tarantino all the stars available for Mr Tarantino. I was with another Ford Dealer and they did not have want I wanted. I call Ford of Scarsdale and Mr Tarantino answered my call. I explained to him what I was looking for he gave me his ext. to call if I would like to stop by the dealer and take a look at the vehicle. The cool thing was he did not ask for my name or number no pressure which I really like. The next day I spoke to him and went in and got my vehicle process was smooth less than an hour in and out. THANKS VERY MUCH!!!!
They took great and gentle care of my ‘03 mustang until this year. Now they see to my ‘15 Focus which I got from them pre-owned for a fabulous price. I love these guys. Lou and Charmaine are terrific funny helpful knowledgeable you name it. They both have beautiful eyes too. Totally trust this place and if I could remember the names of their fabulous service guys I would put them down too. When I can I even make cookies and bring them with me when I go for service. Very nice people, worked with me so well I had negative equity from a bad car deal in Toyota and I have bad credit they got me out of the loan I was in and in a brand new 2018 Ecosport lease it took them a lot to work with me with not much down and bad credit but they made it work and around my budget thank you Darren for working with me if anybody is in this situation call them at Westchester Automotive and they will help.P.S they gave me a lot of discounts and help for being a student :)
First of all I want to preface this with I NEVER write reviews, but in this case I was really impressed. Wow!!! I had the great distinction of working with a very knowledgeable young man at your dealership, Justin Gonzalez while I was in search of a Hybrid vehicle. I was looking at the Honda Accord Hybrid and wanted to see the Fusion Hybrid, but they were mostly the Titanium and out of my price range. So Justin showed me the C-Max and the Energi which were both really great cars. He spent a great deal of time explaining the benefits of the Fords, their rebates and how they compared to the Accord. He also took the time to talk about the service department. He was so engaging that I seriously almost bought the vehicle from him, but ultimately the price for a comparably equipped vehicle, the lack of trunk space and the standard review mirror won over the charming young man.My daughter will be graduating next year and I most definitely will come back to Scarsdale Ford and seek out Justin to help me with the purchase of a vehicle for her to go to college with. I am confident hell be able to find a safe and affordable vehicle for her. What an asset to your dealership to have such a refreshing young man!

My most recent visit was faster than I could imagine. I had another recall on my Fusion, which by the way is a bit disappointing.....because this was my 3rd recall! Whats going on with Ford factories? I was in and out before I knew it! They replaced some linkage associated with the gears. I also had an oil change done. Lou was great! Very happy on how they expedited the service.
Service department is good enough.If i have an issue, they will fix it.If i call ahead and schedule an appointment, and ask for a loaner car for the day, they will have one ready for me.I have had multiple issues with my 2012 Ford Explorer and they have fixed most of them.I still have issues, but they do not cover them under warranty. I have noticed the paint is already coming off in places, and lots of rusting already, and the interior is already starting to fall apart. However, i have been told this is not covered under an extended warranty.This is not the service departments fault,
I can barely say that 1 star is good enough for the service dept at Scarsdale Ford. After purchasing my 2016 Explorer, I thought it was only fair to get my first service there. However after 2+ hours there for just an oil change and checking the battery..I finally was able to enjoy my Saturday. Needless to say that a new truck with a little over 5,000 miles shouldt have battery issues, but whatever of course nothing was wrong with it. I was extremely upset wasting my morning there while all I got in return was we are so sorry for the wait and oh wait..yes Hey, its like being in a doctors office, sometimes you have to wait. Yah not exactly the response I was hoping for. I am completely disgusted with Scarsdale Ford and will never return, not even for a 2 hour oil change. Imagine if there was something really wrong with my car. Lets not forget the $10 coupon Ford kept sending me emails about to use with my upcoming service. Right...only I have to go online to receive it. Wow!!! What a waste of my time. Thank you for nothing Scarsdale Ford!!! I will make sure to pass on the great service you provide for your customers.

I purchased my 2017 Ford Mustang GT at Scarsdale Ford. The Manger Kevin Bartolo and the sales rep Chris Sorgi were both very helpful. When it was time to pick up my car, it was probably one of the quickest processes Ive ever experienced and the sale rep took the time to walk me through everything possible about the features in the car. They really were a pleasure to deal with.
I had appointment for oil change and tire rotation and it took more than three hours. Had someone alerted me to this, would not have waited for the vehicle. Prior experiences have been great but this time was not acceptable and likely cause me to seek service elsewhere.
Service department could be much better. I had an appointment for 9:00 am. Simple oil change. By 10:00 am. My truck was still not pulled in. The staff seemed not to care until i told them to just give me the keys so I could leave.Then I got the oh sorry for that well have it in right away. Thumbs down to Scarsdale Ford service department.
Bought a vehicle from this dealership in 2017. Driving the vehicle I have had to replace a total of 7 tires and have had to do extensive wheel repair. The total cost of the repairs have been approximately 3500 dollars. I have missed work and lost money as a result, not to mention the total of 20 hours in time waiting for a tow truck. The tires have blown out on the highway multiple times and almost caused a few accidents.I have asked for a possible solution or another vehicle seeing as though the vehicle I bought is not safe and not road worthy. They low balled me on the trade in value and were expecting me to come out of pocket. I believe a dealer should stand by its vehicles and at least reasonably work with a customer with a grievance. I also can not forget the fact the head gasket had to be done which was covered by Ford but its stands to the unreliability of this vehicle. I will personally never buy a Ford or by from this dealership again.
They love you when you lease or buy a car from them but then they could carless about ya once you drive off the lot. I leased an Explorer from them about 3 years ago from a great salesman and friend Gary and now he does not work there anymore now wonder! Now Im calling to get info on how the returning of the lease goes. Left a message and still have had no one call me back. So I returned it to another Ford dealership that was willing to help me! Not only will I never lease or buy a Ford for the rest of my life after the stuff I went through with my 2016 Explorer but I will never recommend this place to my worst enemy! Btw I also had dealership that I was dealing with try to call them to get info on the Explorer and they were rude to them and blew the guy off! Very unfriendly place! Great way to run your business maybe talk to the receptionist as well to remind them to mute the phone before they go and complain as well! Stay classy Scarsdale Ford stay classy! After visiting 5 other dealerships for different brands we walked into Scarsdale Ford and within 10 minutes we were behind the wheel of the car we wanted. We test drove alone, for as long as we wanted, came back to a representative that had ALL the information needed and did not have to go and ask the manager in the back The numbers were clearly explained, the terms were carefully spelled and we leased the car in a few minutes. Picked up the vehicle in impeccable condition the next day. Awesome.

And I was so excited with my new car they explained to me how its worked with the APP.And all the people who work in there they so nice to me and my family I have 5 kids and is not easy but each one helps to have patience to them, thank you all.❤
I recently took my sons 2016 Ford Escape in for its 1st service to Scarsdale Ford. I was greeted by a friendly, knowledgeable staff and a hot cup of coffee (it was that -2 degree February weekend in NY). Oil change, tire rotation, multi point inspection including tire pressure check and fluid top off. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. I was in and out in under an hour. WARNING The mechanics either dont know what theyre doing or they are a bunch of crooks. Ive had 4 major jobs done in the last 2 months (1st job...feul injector- I was using 89 instead of 87 so that explains why job had to get done in the first place but they left my cars engine hesitating on acceleration after that job ... then rotors became warped out of nowhere so brakes have to be replaced with that....ok....then its my front bushings and the entire lower control arm has to be replaced with that) Got it replaced. I took a step back and realized theres something wrong here. I have a 2014 Ford Fusion and theres no reason for my car to have had so many problems. Each time I had my vehicle serviced I left with a new problem so be careful with them. Last time I went right after I had the bushings replaced, all of a sudden they claimed my rear bearings were worn. Oh no, somethings wrong here...I had it checked by 2 other Ford dealerships and they could not confirm. It turns out I just needed a wheel alignment. I wonder what else theyve misdiagnosed. Thats very unprofessional. I learned my lesson. Lou and Charmaine in the service department wear their emotions on their sleeves so their customer service skills will not likely keep a smile on your face. Never again. Im not one to leave bad reviews but you guys should know so that this doesnt happen to anyone else. Take your business elsewhere.
I was in a car accident on a Friday and when my insurance file it as a total lost I did not know what I was going to do. I need a car for work and so I started to call around and came across Scarsdale Ford and over the phone they worked with me. I told them what I was working with and that was not much, but I needed a car to get to work. I then got a call back in about 30 mins and was told to come in and take a look at a 2012 Ford Taurus. When I arrived they showed me a very pretty blue full leather very clean 2012, payment I can live with and 0 down. I took delivery a few hours later. The overall experience was not what I expected from a car dealer they took care of me and really helped me out and would go back when I am ready for my next car I will consider 1st Scarsdale Ford. Called to see if they could service a vehicle ( cust satisfaction bulletin) they told me the truck was, was too big for their facility ... Yet, I saw a dump truck was on their lift when I was there the other day. I asked which dealer to take the vehicle to be serviced, and they said, cant help you buddy, you gotta call around. This place is a joke, and the customer service is disgusting. Thats fine if you cannot service the vehicle, but dont brush me off.
After recently leasing a Chevrolet Equinox for Wifey, we started to ponder trading-in my Taurus SHO for an additional Chevrolet. We were in no rush but we were kicking tires and discussing their models & options at the dinner table. Then one day on a whim I replied to a marketing email from Ford. It did not take long to realize that Scarsdale Fords sales dept is exceptional. Informative, polite, courteous and extremely professional. Our salesman Chris did a masterful job of helping us assess our needs. With the year-end incentives, we traded the SHO for a new Explorer and could not be happier with a car buying experience. My 2013 Ford Focus broke down on A Saturday while I was on the Cross Westchester Expressway.. The Transmission was shot. I managed to get it to the service Department at Scarsdale Ford. It was 11:30 and they closed at 2:PM . Phil the service manager was wonderful. We were on the way to a weekend vacation and Id thought it was ruined. BUT He got us a rental car ( free of charge) helped move our belongings to the rental and made arrangements for the car to be fixed under warranty.Vacation was great and so was the service. Problems happen but the way they are handled makes the difference. I was very happy with the service and would recommend them... .
Aside from the fact that my 2018 Ford Fusion SE is a fantastic car, my experience with Chris at Scarsdale Ford could not have been more pleasant- he was so helpful with my trade in-(Audi A5 2010) which was significant, bc it had some problems. I also was feeling very mistreated at the nearest Audi Service place, and had really had it. My family has had several Cars from Scarsdale Ford over the years and I am now also a fan.I couldn’t find my Audi paperwork and instead of asking me to take my time to find it, then come in, he took care of replacing it for me. His offer-I didn’t even ask. My work schedule can be insane, on top of my problems with my Audi compounding the stress.Chris Sorgi at Scarsdale Ford took all that stress away, and I am now driving a fantastic car, with the confidence that if anything comes up with it any time, I will be well taken care of.

Recently my Ford Explorer had to be checked for an unusual situation.....floor of front passenger seat was flooding with water. Obviously a leak somewhere. Chris Lamonica my service Manager went above and beyond to get to the route of this. From having the technician clear above any leaves under the hood that could be blocking something to eventually blasting water until they found where leak was coming from. This was a time consuming job. Thank you to Chris for keeping on top of the job and giving me constant updates as to when I would get my car back. Chris is a hardworking and committed young man. I searched many places (5 other dealerships) to find a dealer knowledgeable about the Ford Transit and Scott Schiller was they guy who could help. I suggest you try this dealership and I can recommend Scot personally. I had never heard of this dealership before and I did not know Scott prior to this purchase.
Just took ownership of my brand new 2018 lightning blue mustang GT! i traveled from long island ny all the way to scaresdale after reading the great reviews and boy did they live up to everything people said online. My salesman Jairo Palacios was an absolute gentlemen every step along the way. i traded in my 2008 gt/cs and was given a very fair trade in value. Jario even made sure i could pick up my car a day early because bad storms are rolling in the day i was suppose to pick my car up. Every step of the way this dealer did things right and the way they were suppose to the first time around. There was none of that typical car salesman feeling here, you felt like the dealer really valued you as a customer. i cant thank the staff of scaresdale ford enough for the amazing service and for the smile this mustang put on my face the entire way home !!! 5 stars hats off to scaresdale ford
Was quite disappointed with the SERVICE department when calling a few months ago. Was scheduled for service but never received a courtesy call, and when asked to speak to a manager was treated in an unprofessional manner. The manager was quick and curt and couldn’t help me comprehend the problem I️ was having with my vehicle. Would like to think the sales team is phenomenal and that this particular service manager was having a bad day.
I was in need of a cargo van as mine was totaled in an accident. I found they had one in Whiteplains that I thought would suit my needs. Came up to look, bought on the spot. I am over an hour away in central New Jersey and when I came to pick it up, the process was quick and efficient. Happy with my experience to date.

Christopher Sorgi helped us with the purhase of a new Focus. He was easy to talk with, correspondence with him was professional and all calls and messages were returned quickly. The car was prepaired, full of fuel and ready for pick up when requested. There was minimal sales pressure and he handled the entire transaction. I would reccomend this dealership to any one looking to purchase a Ford product in lower Westchester.
I wish I can give them a 0.Went twice there for service. First time I tought it was bad luck with customer service; however, second time it was worst. Lady at the service was really rude at us. She always claims that the system is down.I tried to complain about it, but no one answered my phone calls. Never going back.
We leased a 2016 Ford Fusion through Marysol. We have never had such a terrific experience at a car dealership. We werent quite sure which model we wanted but Marysol walked us through everything and we decided on the Fusion. We went in on a Monday night and an hour and a half later we were eating pizza having a toast to our new car. We picked it up on a Saturday (our request) and the car and Marysol were ready and waiting for us. She went over all of the features with us and told us that she is always available to us to answer any questions going forward. Very highly recommend Scarsdale Ford and Marysol!

From start to pickup of the vehicle was well handled and professional, John got me the car I wanted for the price I wanted and never tried to push me into something I did not need or want. I highly recommend this dealership and especially John!
Horrible customer service assistance. Their website prices not mention the real prices on receipt! Arrogant attitude and wasting time guaranteed. Bad experience for you. The way they trick customers just ridiculous. They will tell you that price $0.00 its not free. But they advertise their website and you make the appointment online and thats what you getting.Check out their website and look the real prices, but its a fake. Firstly they told me that its even not their website.
Worst Service EVER. They do not want you to know about specials, they will overcharge you. They do not honor their own website and promotions or advantage reward points. They no not keep promises, I will call you later weeks later, no call. They will get upset if you point that something is wrong, or something is needed. This is not customer service is a HUSTLE, First time they will SMILE. Next time they will see how they can rip you off.
The man driving in car #55 at 10:10am 6/7/19 was screaming obscenities at me just now for absolutely no reason. I dont know his name but I have pictures of this van and the license plate. He even got out of his car as if to attack me. Please deal with this. It is so unprofessional and you do not need this for your company.

2022-04-27Ive spent time back and forth with them since ordering a Bronco. In fact I transferred my order to them from another dealer which was unresponsive. Sure enough Scarsdale Ford seems to have the same, old-school, attitude. I ask simple questions about the order and accessories and Im just passed on to someone else who doesnt respond. Then I was told the manager, Juan, wants to you come in to meet. I couldnt get out of them what Juan wanted to discuss and offered a Zoom which never happened. Suspect there are Ford dealers who actually answer questions and respond to emails, but this isnt one of them. Theyll be obliterated when the auto industry grows up and dismantles the dealer model.

2022-04-15I have purchased 3 Ford SUV’s from Scarsdale Ford. My first was an Escape years ago. Then an Explorer in 2018. That vehicle sadly was totaled in a multi rollover accident in August 2021.I had received an email (not long after the accident) asking if I was interested in selling that 2018 Explorer, but I contacted the gentleman, Joe Tarantino, and explained to him that I didn’t own the vehicle anymore.I had purchased a Dodge Durango after the accident as the Ford Explorer ST’s were no where to be found due to the scamdemic and also chip issues and shortages on SUV’s.Joe knows I am a first responder and asked me if I was interested in ordering one. And I did. Roughly around November 2021. They even applied the First Responder discount which was a great deal.Joe was kind and patient enough to wait for my down payment…finally the truck arrived the end of March 2022. Joe, along with Scarsdale Ford, waited a few weeks for my funds and didn’t sell the ST Explorer to anyone else. They trusted that I would pick it up.It was an overall outstanding experience. Joe is the nicest salesman ever and if we need any additional vehicles I will definitely be returning to Joe Tarantino and Scarsdale Ford.Everything went smooth and effortless. I couldn’t be happier.

2022-06-04Brand new F150 came with a broken water pump. The cap was not properly installed and I cant open the tailgate. Scott is a terrible salesperson. Completely unresponsive. I spent a lot of money on this truck and the service is horrible. They do not value their customers.
