We paid our 50% deposit in December for an April installation. Here we sit without a functional kitchen and it is nearly July. They came and installed some of the cabinets but not all. They say some appliances still back ordered (from December). According to my plumber and electrician plans/elevations were wrong as we are missing an outlet in backsplash which is code. No one calls me back, no one apologizing. Nothing.

Ive had a GREAT experience with Scavolini. Not only am I enjoying the high quality of my new kitchen cabinets, but the design they created is elegant, efficient and simply beautiful. Its a pleasure for me now to be in my kitchen--it feels like twice the size. Working with the designer and team was also delightful. They answered all my questions in a timely manner, kept their word on deliveries, solved problems efficiently, and provided solutions for each of my requests. I highly recommend Scavolini.

We did a gut renovation of a New York apartment that presented many challenges and headaches, but throughout the entire process Daniele and his team at Scavolini were our go-to people for creativity, knowledge and professionalism. Daniele was attentive and patient from the beginning of the design process and made sure that every aspect of the project was done correctly, even beyond installation and completion. The kitchen is absolutely stunning and a delight to cook in. Designing a kitchen is not only choosing the style of cabinetry, there are also considerations regarding layout,appliances, electricity, plumbing, venting and lighting. Danieles expertise in all these aspects ensured that every part of the job came together in the best way possible. We are delighted that we chose Scavolini and recommend Daniele and his entire team unreservedly.

The objective was to create a handicap-accessible home bathroom that is beautiful and looks anything but institutionally functional. We began the design process with Scavolini at the very end of 2018, after seeing this Scavolini sink and vanity online.The space was new construction, an addition to a single family suburban home. The Scavolini products were manufactured and delivered to the nearest Scavolini warehouse, ready for installation, before the addition was ready.The Scavolini part of this project cost about $12,000.I worked with three Scavolini staff at the Soho, NY showroom. All were very knowledgeable, clearly understood the objective, and made excellent suggestions.I consider the Scavolini products top quality.

We worked with Angelo LoScrudato on our complete kitchen remodel and are extremely happy with the results. Angelo was very helpful in laying out the space and accommodating some custom design ideas that we wanted to incorporate. The end result is absolutely beautiful and very high quality.

Its a shame that the service is so bad and the designers will lie to your face when something isnt properly installed. Its also shame that it takes forever to deliver and they lie to you about scheduling. All a shame because the product is actually really nice. Ive had two kitchens from them, Ill never use them again. Not worth the headache. Theyll never return your phone calls, youll always get the runaround, and if youre lucky enough to get a installation date youll be told, oh thats the date for us to come and make sure it is ready to be delivered. Then youll wait two weeks for the scheduled delivery of the items and then once its delivered will you get an installation date. So know youll have your kitchen installed one month after waiting 4-5 months for it to come over from Italy. Good luck.In response to your question:Following up on my review, this was at the SoHo store on West Broadway. The designer did not communicate delivery information and when I had questions, I would never get a phone call returned. This store is preoccupied with trying to get business in new development buildings, not doing small kitchens. It was even told to me that, we are working on bigger jobs at the moment so will get to you when we can. What kind of service is that? I waited 2 months after I paid a downpayment to get the CAD. Such a terrible experience and this was only the beginning. I hope everyone who sees this thinks before using them.

On the positive side - the cabinets are great. Everything else is down the hill from here. The designer service is a bogus. The primitive CAD drawings they provide only give you a vague idea of the final product. The size calculations are approximate and dont guarantee everything will fit. Our sink was chosen and approved by the designer, but it turned out to be incompatible with the cabinets and the countertop. The designer and the expert installers missed this obvious fact, and we were left in agony half way into the installation scrambling to find another sink for the pre-cut cabinets. The designer never apologized or admitted her mistake, never offered any help to fix the problem, and whats worse - blamed it all on us. The site manager who was supposed to be on site and supervise the installation never came. The expert in-house installers that guarantee the picture-like look of the finished product are your typical contractors who Scavolini outsources the installation to. They do install the cabinets, but are neither willing nor capable to address any issues such as less then perfect walls. Bottom line - great product and HORRIBLE service!

Just finished my kitchen and bathroom with Scavolini and couldnt be happier. After doing comparisons between different brands, Im happy with the decision of going with them. The process was very good and its always a pleasure with professional people that get things done.
