Lovely views of the Verrazzano Bridge and all the ships coming and going. Really peaceful and I feel like its a safe place to spend some time. A little bit more parking spots would be nice to have but not too many.
It is simply a place to park right off the highway. The view is nice, but I did not see a bathroom and the lot is not close to anything else. There is one under the bridge that is just as nice and has a pedestrian overpass to walk to a store, although its a bit of a walk. Just nice to have the option.

Very nice and relaxing and beautiful. If youre ever on your way home from NJ or Staten Island, on the belt pkwy, there are plenty of opportunities to pull over by the water and relax, go fishing, go for a jog and enjoy the view. But only on the eastbound side.
Just pure beauty. The expanse is a great place to think. Now they have 4-person bikes at the Kohl parking lot.

Beautiful spot to park your car (for free!) and admire the sunset. You can do everything here, bike, run, fly kites, theres plenty of open spots. You can only access this spot going east on the highway.
Great view of the ocean, and allow you to stop and rest. Easy access to a walkway for resting in long drive. No EV charring.

Nice to stop and look at the water and take a stroll. Parking is very limited though.
A spot on the side of the road to stop on our way to JFK airport. There is a walking trail along the river.
Excellent spot to stop for a break from driving for five or ten minutes, beautiful view and very relaxing!
