Im very glad they added this to the area. They are very helpful people. They spent a lot of time trying to help me match paint colors and everyone is always very friendy. It was surprisingly a good place to stop and get Christmas trees as well. Ill be there plenty but especially next Christmas time. The store is very clean and organized. It is new but hopefully it stays just like that.
Very helpful and friendly employees! I only went for pet-safe salt and a container but the guy who helped me went through various sizes until i found the right one and had a wonderful personality and sense of humor and made my trip there so pleasant Id actually look forward to going back there to shop again.
Very helpful and kind people. I had surgery and needed crutches a family member gave me crutches that were missing bolts. I called and DAN came out to my car and put the bolts in and adjusted it for me. True kindness! You dont get that any where else.
Very friendly employees who are willing to help. I cant remember the last time that I went into a hardware store and someone volunteered to help as soon as I walked in the door. They do have 10 pounds of stuffed crammed into a 5 pound store but its well organized and clean.

Nice to have an alternative to the big box stores in the neighborhood. Compact store, but its packed floor to ceiling with hardware, home improvement and outdoor products and its well organized for quick pick, pay and go shopping when thats the mission. Service department in the back to handle repairs, special orders and the like. From my several visits, it seems like they stock most common plumbing, electrical and refinishing products in the sizes and quantities that a small contractor or DIYer would need to complete a small job. Small engine department is a little lacking to my mind, but you can special order or ship to store many parts from the Ace website, so if you can wait, you could probably get almost any part in time. Staff is helpful when you need assistance and happy to fade into the background if youre self-directed. As this is a neighborhood store, it lacks some features of bigger suburban/rural locations, but its probably perfect for 90% of the jobs you encounter in daily life.
This visit was a pleasure. The staff was readily available to help me in my pursuit of hornet spray and a few signs. He directed me to the spray and even pointed out the best values. He readily answered questions and on the few he didnt know he found me the staff members who did.

I recently took a window to be repaired and was quoted 65$ and a 3 to 7 day wait...I took the same window to South Park hardware and it was half the price and had the window in 1 hour.

2021-04-13Ace is great! Its the perfect size hardware store, that has everything Ive ever needed in stock. Plus Everyone at this location greets you and are so nice and helpful! If you get their store rewards card they will send you birthday, holiday, and sometimes other random coupons for $5 or even $10 off at times! Its definitely my favorite hardware store in my area!

2020-05-04We ordered a grill for pickup, and we were accidentally given the wrong one when we went to go get it. We called them once we got home and realized, and they did everything possible to make it right. The next day they had someone deliver the correct grill to our house, and he helped us carry it upstairs to our balcony. He even offered to help us move our old grill downstairs and out to the curb. Excellent customer service.
