Excellent service and very little wait time for my appointment. Pleasant workers and very nice customer wait facility. I own a 2020 Ford Edge and very happy with the vehicle’s performance. Reasonably priced too.
The staff at the Haverstraw branch is always on point and the environment is always clean and presentable. Someone is always available to answer any questions that I may have. Convenient location and friendly service. I appreciate the fact that they know my name and makes me feel like a valued member.
I don’t typically write Google reviews but Nick Mazzara of Shultz Ford in Haverstraw deserves recognition for his excellent salesmanship. I met him about a month ago as he came into my business and we started talking. I told him I wanted to get out of my current lease with Honda which was to be up in February. We got the ball rolling via text and a few phone calls and he worked to get me right where I wanted to be and then some. He was kind, courteous and very communicative from beginning to end and got me an excellent deal on a new Explorer XLT. I couldn’t be happier and would recommend him and this dealership to anyone looking to get into a Ford vehicle. I also met another young man named Tyler who was just as nice. Thank you guys, I’m happy to have met you both.
Schultz Ford cleared up some of the many choices available for the Transit. I waited 6 months for this fully equipped but basic vehicle which I can modify myself. After driving it , I can say the wait was worth it. No pressure for an extended warranty. I will take care of that myself.

It was an absolute pleasure buying a new F-150 at this dealership. Brian and Tyler gave me information, not pressure. I felt like I had control over the entire process, unlike some dealerships I have had experience with in the past, where they would make you feel like you were being pushed through a sales machine. My father was a lifelong customer of Schultz Ford. His lease was up on his Escape right after he passed and I couldn’t bare giving back his car so soon. I was using the car while he was sick to help my mom and visit with him. John and Brian at Schultz Ford listened to my story and were able to help me buy out his lease and made the process easy and informative. They did not try to get in any extra or hidden costs and when I picked up my car after it was inspected I was shocked and overjoyed to find out they gave me 4 brand new tires at no charge because they and the dealership wanted to know I would be safe! Great experience! No negative feelings or feedback at all! No buyers remorse!

Great service after the sale. Schultz took the time to document an out-of-warranty problem on my car to Ford and get the repair paid by Ford (this is a common issue on my car but theres no recall). Other dealers and brands have left me with a big repair bill in the same situation, so this effort by Schultz (and Ford) was a huge, pleasant surprise. This kind of positive outcome is rarely possible without the dealer making the case FOR the customer.
I had a first appt and I was welcomed with smiles before 7 am. Everyone was friendly and ready to start the day. They welcomed me by name and got my car in right away. I had inspection and oil change and was in an out in less than an hour. Had a little issue with membership rewards and they were patient with my handling my account online and quickly got me checked out and started my day. Great service!
Bought my new Focus here in 2014 and had a great experience. Internet Sales in Haverstraw handled all my questions/concerns/financing and made sire I met an urgent $4500 rebate deadline before turning me over to the Nanuet location (where the car was in stock) for delivery.Now I have 33k and have had a couple of warranty items and a recall over three service visits at this shop. Schultz Haverstraw Service (all staff but especially Wayne) have consistently done an outstanding job of treating me as a valued customer...communicating in advance/during/after service, standing behind Fords products, helping me with transportation during repairs...in short, making it a genuine pleasure to drop off/pick up my car and helping me enjoy my Ford ownership experience. Im glad to find such a good dealership so close to my home.
I bought a new Ford Edge from this dealership after requesting pricing via Consumer Reports (TrueCar). For various aspects of the purchase I dealt with Cindy, Chris, Tony and Brian. They are all good folks. I dreaded the thought of buying a car for the same reasons most people do, but I ended up finding it to be a pleasure. Even with a Ford dealership 8 minutes from my home, if I had to do it again Id still drive 40 minutes to Haverstraw to deal with this easygoing group of straight shooters.
Purchased a CPO car this passed Saturday. John the salesman was great, helpful and informative. Chris the finance manager was also helpful. They worked with us with our trade and the whole process was very low pressure and efficient. I have always hated buying a car because of the back and forth dealing and high pressure tactics and the long 4 to 5 hour ordeal but this purchase was painless and a real treat to me and my wife. First time in 30 years of purchasing cars. Highly recommend them if they work like this all the time.
I wanted to buy a truck the same day. I came at 230pm and they had like 9 of them. However, they said that I had to wait until Saturday to buy one because I came too late in the day. I had to drive up to a different Ford dealer immediately after where I showed up at 445pm and had the truck I wanted (for less money than at West Haverstraw) by 730pm. Ive never seen a dealer so reluctant to make a sale. I was annoyed at the time, but now Im glad they turned me down because I ended up with a much better deal elsewhere, even if it took me an extra 105 minutes.
The guys over at Schultz Ford of West Haverstraw, especially Tyler Cueto (the sales manager), really go above and beyond for their customers. To start, my boyfriend owns his own business and also works a side job. We had made several appointments to get service done for his business van that had to be cancelled and rescheduled the day of due to unforeseen conflicts we had with the side job and they were always understanding and accommodating even though it was probably very frustrating.THEN when we finally did make it in for service, they quickly provided my boyfriend with a rental for the day. When we returned the rental, my father accidentally left his cell phone inside it. This wasn’t realized until much later in the evening and when we made Tyler aware of this he personally waited, past business hours, to ensure that we got the phone back. He continued to call us and check in to make sure we were all on the same page for getting the phone and when he finally did leave (which I had to insist he did!) he wrapped the phone and clearly labeled it so that it wouldn’t be mistaken for trash or exposed to the elements.Definitely going to be bringing more business to the guys over at Schultz Ford of West Haverstraw. They clearly care a lot about their customers and provide so much more than service.
Tyler Cueto is always a pleasure to deal with. Gave me the best deal on my 2017 Focus RS and now 2 years later on an extended warranty. If you go there ask for him, hes the best!!

Do not get services done here! I was charged $325 to run deep diagnostics to see what was wrong with my truck. They could not tell me what the problem was after 2 weeks. Ridiculous. Do not recommend ever.
Schultz Ford in West Haverstraw is always a pleasant experience and mostly because of the people that work there. You are always greeted with a smile and kind words. It amazes me that they recognize me when I walk through the door. In a world of take a number, Schultz Ford is definitely going the extra mile.
The service people miraculously missed over $2000 of work the first time around, when they roped me in with a minor job. They messed up my steering, then blamed a bunch of other issues that they missed or ignored to tell me about the first time.Now my car is unstable. I understand that it benefits their business if I just go get a new car from them, but they need to at least pretend to have the customers best interests in mind. I would not recommend them to anyone.
Bought new leftover Edge over phone. Very seemless and no headaches- rare for this industry. Would definitely recommend this dealership. Fare price and good customer service.

I live in orange county, traveled to the local dealers whom ive been loyal to for years and was basically told that loyalty really dosent matter anymore. I happened to stop in Schultz ford and from the minute i met Roger i knew this was the kind of dealer and dealership that i wanted to work with. The professionalism, courtesy and knowledge that the staff shows is undoubtedly unseen anymore in these times. Tyler and Roger showed us every option available to us and made sure we got the absolute best deal and experience Ive ever received at a dealership. Please no matter where you live, give them a chance, you seriously are treated like family and ZERO pressure at all! In a market where many dealers are trying to take advantage of the customer, they worked tirelessly to make the best deal possible and sold us both cars under MSRP and extended all rebates to us. They make the process so easy and are fair, it’s so refreshing! Not only did they give us the best value for our trades, they gave rebates and discounts and gave us the best possible price on our new vehicles. We have purchased many, many Fords from Schultz over the last decade, and recommend them to friends and family because the process is smooth, there’s no haggling, they give you the best price they can. 2021-12-17Always a pleasure to take my 2017 F-150 to the people at Schultz. I live 45 minutes away, across the Hudson River...tolls and all. Why should I be passing three other Ford dealers in my local Westchester County area? The reason is very simple: They Speak Trucks. Not cars. Not foreign junk. Just trucks and they are excellent at this sole job.

2020-05-26Dropped off my truck today with a rattling noise coming from somewhere on the front of the truck. Upon picking my truck up from the dealership, i spoke with the technician who worked on the truck. The tech stated that it was the coil spring hanging up on the driver side control arm. The tech and myself took a look at the issue and confirmed it was not coming from there.I went in to speak with the manager to try and get my diagnosis fee waved considering they never found the problem. The manager became very standoffish and proceeded to act like i wasnt even there. All i was asking for was to get the fee waived since they never found the problem. The manager refused to look at my truck being that i had after market rims, tires and a leveling kit on it. I then told the manager that the Leveling kit was installed by a Ford Dealership. The manager ignored me and handed me my bill.Highly disappointed with the service manager. I would not recommend getting any work done to your car or truck at this dealership. As a customer who bought a certified pre-owned truck through them, one would think the service would be better.....Guess not.. Hopefully this review will help someone in the future.In the pictures i highlighted the problems the tech was showing me where the issue was coming from. We both agreed after looking at it that it couldnt be coming from there.

2021-11-15First off I have to say every single person I’ve dealt with at this dealership has been honest and transparent, which is a breath of fresh air! I originally leased a vehicle here in 2019 Ford Escape with John Fastiggi and it was such a quick and smooth process. I had moved since then and my lease was up. I went into a local dealership to purchase the vehicle and had an AWFUL experience. If it were not for the saving grace of Brian and Tyler who I called to validate information I would’ve paid more than I had to due to some very deceitful and borderline criminal individuals at another dealership. I honestly am so grateful that Tyler and Brian were truthful and no non-sense. They would not allow another dealership to take advantage of me even though I was an out of state stranger and was of no benefit to them. For that I will sing their praises forevermore! THANK YOU!
